本发明公开了一种仙人掌面条的加工方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:精面粉80-100、核桃粉10-15、绿豆粉10-15、仙人掌30-40、罗布麻叶2-3、桃仁1-2、川芎1-3、灵芝2-3、竹叶兰1-3、玉米须2-3、枸杞1-2、扁豆花2-3、荷叶2-3、营养添加剂5-7、白糖适量;本发明提供了一种仙人掌面条的加工方法,将仙人掌处理干净后用白糖腌制,然后打成浆料做为原料加工成面条;采用本发明方法生产的面条,口感细腻、色泽碧绿、爽滑可口、营养丰富,适合各年龄层次人群食用。

本发明涉及一种仙人掌面条的加工方法,属于食品加工领域。
背景技术
面条作为我国北方的一种主食,有着悠久的历史。传统的面条大都一单一的面粉为原料,口味单一,营养结构简单,随着人们生活质量的不断提高,保健意识的不断增强,各种各样的保健面条也应运而生,成为了消费者的宠儿。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种仙人掌面条的加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种仙人掌面条的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)称取以下重量份的原料:精面粉80-100、核桃粉10-15、绿豆粉10-15、仙人掌30-40、罗布麻叶2-3、桃仁1-2、川芎1-3、灵芝2-3、竹叶兰1-3、玉米须2-3、枸杞1-2、扁豆花2-3、荷叶2-3、营养添加剂5-7、白糖适量;
所述的营养添加剂是由薏仁油、郁李仁粉、天花粉以0.01-0.03:1-3:1-3组成;
(2)将罗布麻叶、桃仁、川芎、灵芝、竹叶兰、玉米须、枸杞、扁豆花、荷叶加入适量水中,加热提取,得提取液;
(3)将仙人掌去刺洗净后,切成小块,加入适量白糖,腌制30-40分钟,然后打成果浆,得仙人掌浆;
(4)将上述制得的提取液、仙人掌汁加入至精面粉中,然后将核桃粉、绿豆粉等剩余原料加入其中,搅拌混合后用和面机和成面团,再制成面条,晾干,即得。
