本发明公开了一种五仁养心年糕,是由下述重量份的原料制成:糯米150-180、酸枣仁10-15、柏子仁10-15、薏苡仁15-20、核桃仁8-12、甜杏仁6-8、荔枝20-30、百合4-5、莲子2-3、五味子2-3、苦丁茶3-4、夜交藤1-2、茯苓1-2、植物脂肪粉10-14、白糖15-20、椰子油6-7、营养液3-4;本发明将酸枣仁、柏子仁、薏苡仁、核桃仁、甜杏仁与糯米配伍,不但使得年糕富有嚼劲、风味独特,更具有养心安神、补肾润肺、改善睡眠、润肠通便的功效,添加荔枝使其果香浓郁,成品年糕质地细腻、香甜糯软、营养美味。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健年糕,尤其涉及一种五仁养心年糕及其制备方法。
背景技术
年糕是一种传统美食,是用黏性大的米或米粉蒸熟制成,其主要成分为淀粉和水,过于单一,并且不易消化,保健功能不显著,为此本发明提供一种多口味、富有口感、营养均衡、保健功能突出的年糕食品。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种五仁养心年糕及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种五仁养心年糕,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
糯米150-180、酸枣仁10-15、柏子仁10-15、薏苡仁15-20、核桃仁8-12、甜杏仁6-8、荔枝20-30、百合4-5、莲子2-3、五味子2-3、苦丁茶3-4、夜交藤1-2、茯苓1-2、植物脂肪粉10-14、白糖15-20、椰子油6-7、营养液3-4;
所述营养液是由下述重量比的原料制成:三七花:制首乌:乌梅=1:1:3-4。
一种五仁养心年糕制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将三七花、制首乌清洗干净,送入蒸锅,文火蒸制10-15分钟,取出与去核的乌梅混合,加入1-2倍新鲜椰肉磨成浆,得到营养液;
(2)将糯米、酸枣仁、柏子仁、薏苡仁、核桃仁、甜杏仁淘洗干净,晾干后送入锅中,倒入适量竹炭粉,文火翻炒至熟香,筛去竹炭粉,加入2-3倍清水磨浆,压滤脱水,得到混合米粉;
(3)将新鲜荔枝去壳去核,将百合、莲子、五味子、苦丁茶、夜交藤、茯苓清洗干净,全部混合打浆,加入4-5倍清水,小火慢炖60-70分钟,得到果浆;
(4)将上述营养液、混合米粉、果浆与剩余全部原料混合均匀,送入蒸锅,大火蒸熟,取出送入年糕成型机中挤压成型,灭菌包装,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明将酸枣仁、柏子仁、薏苡仁、核桃仁、甜杏仁与糯米配伍,不但使得年糕富有嚼劲、风味独特,更具有养心安神、补肾润肺、改善睡眠、润肠通便的功效,添加荔枝使其果香浓郁,成品年糕质地细腻、香甜糯软、营养美味。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种五仁养心年糕,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
糯米180、酸枣仁15、柏子仁15、薏苡仁20、核桃仁12、甜杏仁8、荔枝30、百合5、莲子3、五味子3、苦丁茶4、夜交藤2、茯苓2、植物脂肪粉14、白糖20、椰子油7、营养液4;
所述营养液是由下述重量比的原料制成:三七花:制首乌:乌梅=1:1:4。
一种五仁养心年糕制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将三七花、制首乌清洗干净,送入蒸锅,文火蒸制15分钟,取出与去核的乌梅混合,加入1倍新鲜椰肉磨成浆,得到营养液;
(2)将糯米、酸枣仁、柏子仁、薏苡仁、核桃仁、甜杏仁淘洗干净,晾干后送入锅中,倒入适量竹炭粉,文火翻炒至熟香,筛去竹炭粉,加入3倍清水磨浆,压滤脱水,得到混合米粉;
(3)将新鲜荔枝去壳去核,将百合、莲子、五味子、苦丁茶、夜交藤、茯苓清洗干净,全部混合打浆,加入5倍清水,小火慢炖60分钟,得到果浆;
(4)将上述营养液、混合米粉、果浆与剩余全部原料混合均匀,送入蒸锅,大火蒸熟,取出送入年糕成型机中挤压成型,灭菌包装,得到成品。

1.一种五仁养心年糕,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
糯米150-180、酸枣仁10-15、柏子仁10-15、薏苡仁15-20、核桃仁8-12、甜杏仁6-8、荔枝20-30、百合4-5、莲子2-3、五味子2-3、苦丁茶3-4、夜交藤1-2、茯苓1-2、植物脂肪粉10-14、白糖15-20、椰子油6-7、营养液3-4;
所述营养液是由下述重量比的原料制成:三七花:制首乌:乌梅=1:1:3-4。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的五仁养心年糕制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将三七花、制首乌清洗干净,送入蒸锅,文火蒸制10-15分钟,取出与去核的乌梅混合,加入1-2倍新鲜椰肉磨成浆,得到营养液;
(2)将糯米、酸枣仁、柏子仁、薏苡仁、核桃仁、甜杏仁淘洗干净,晾干后送入锅中,倒入适量竹炭粉,文火翻炒至熟香,筛去竹炭粉,加入2-3倍清水磨浆,压滤脱水,得到混合米粉;
(3)将新鲜荔枝去壳去核,将百合、莲子、五味子、苦丁茶、夜交藤、茯苓清洗干净,全部混合打浆,加入4-5倍清水,小火慢炖60-70分钟,得到果浆;
(4)将上述营养液、混合米粉、果浆与剩余全部原料混合均匀,送入蒸锅,大火蒸熟,取出送入年糕成型机中挤压成型,灭菌包装,得到成品。
