本发明公开了一种减肥美容年糕,是由下述重量份的原料制成:血糯米120-140、糯玉米粒30-40、黄瓜10-15、葡萄柚10-15、黑番茄8-10、甜菊叶7-8、玉美人3-5、合欢花3-5、桃花2-3、梨花1-2、葛花1-2、大麦苗粉20-30、菱角粉10-15、石榴籽油6-7、米醋3-5、营养液2-3;本发明以血糯米、糯玉米粒代替传统糯米,糯性十足,更加营养美味,添加黄瓜、葡萄柚、黑番茄、大麦苗粉、菱角粉等原料使得年糕富含膳食纤维、促进肠蠕动、排毒通便,长期食用能够补血养肝、润肤养颜、减肥抗癌。

本发明涉及一种保健年糕,尤其涉及一种减肥美容年糕及其制备方法。
背景技术
年糕是一种传统美食,是用黏性大的米或米粉蒸熟制成,其主要成分为淀粉和水,过于单一,并且不易消化,保健功能不显著,为此本发明提供一种多口味、富有口感、营养均衡、保健功能突出的年糕食品。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种减肥美容年糕及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种减肥美容年糕,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
血糯米120-140、糯玉米粒30-40、黄瓜10-15、葡萄柚10-15、黑番茄8-10、甜菊叶7-8、玉美人3-5、合欢花3-5、桃花2-3、梨花1-2、葛花1-2、大麦苗粉20-30、菱角粉10-15、石榴籽油6-7、米醋3-5、营养液2-3;
所述营养液是由下述重量比的原料制成:三七花:制首乌:乌梅=1:1:3-4。
一种减肥美容年糕制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将三七花、制首乌清洗干净,送入蒸锅,文火蒸制10-15分钟,取出与去核的乌梅混合,加入1-2倍新鲜椰肉磨成浆,得到营养液;
(2)将血糯米、糯玉米粒拣杂洗净后晾干,送入锅中,加入适量竹炭粉,文火翻炒至熟香,筛去竹炭粉,再加入3-4倍温水磨浆,压滤脱水,得到米粉;
(3)将新鲜黄瓜、葡萄柚、黑番茄用含有1-2%小苏打的水溶液浸泡20-30分钟,再用清水洗净后去皮,混合打浆,冷冻干燥,得到瓜果粉;
(4)将新鲜甜菊叶、玉美人、合欢花、桃花、梨花、葛花清洗干净,用沸水漂烫30-40秒,再冷冻干燥,得到花叶粉;
(5)将上述营养液、米粉、瓜果粉、花叶粉与剩余全部原料混合均匀,送入蒸锅,大火蒸熟,取出送入年糕成型机中挤压成型,灭菌包装,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明以血糯米、糯玉米粒代替传统糯米,糯性十足,更加营养美味,添加黄瓜、葡萄柚、黑番茄、大麦苗粉、菱角粉等原料使得年糕富含膳食纤维、促进肠蠕动、排毒通便,长期食用能够补血养肝、润肤养颜、减肥抗癌。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种减肥美容年糕,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
血糯米140、糯玉米粒40、黄瓜15、葡萄柚15、黑番茄10、甜菊叶8、玉美人5、合欢花5、桃花3、梨花2、葛花2、大麦苗粉30、菱角粉15、石榴籽油7、米醋5、营养液3;
所述营养液是由下述重量比的原料制成:三七花:制首乌:乌梅=1:1:4。
一种减肥美容年糕制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将三七花、制首乌清洗干净,送入蒸锅,文火蒸制15分钟,取出与去核的乌梅混合,加入1倍新鲜椰肉磨成浆,得到营养液;
(2)将血糯米、糯玉米粒拣杂洗净后晾干,送入锅中,加入适量竹炭粉,文火翻炒至熟香,筛去竹炭粉,再加入4倍温水磨浆,压滤脱水,得到米粉;
(3)将新鲜黄瓜、葡萄柚、黑番茄用含有1%小苏打的水溶液浸泡30分钟,再用清水洗净后去皮,混合打浆,冷冻干燥,得到瓜果粉;
(4)将新鲜甜菊叶、玉美人、合欢花、桃花、梨花、葛花清洗干净,用沸水漂烫40秒,再冷冻干燥,得到花叶粉;
(5)将上述营养液、米粉、瓜果粉、花叶粉与剩余全部原料混合均匀,送入蒸锅,大火蒸熟,取出送入年糕成型机中挤压成型,灭菌包装,得到成品。
Claims (2)
1.一种减肥美容年糕,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
血糯米120-140、糯玉米粒30-40、黄瓜10-15、葡萄柚10-15、黑番茄8-10、甜菊叶7-8、玉美人3-5、合欢花3-5、桃花2-3、梨花1-2、葛花1-2、大麦苗粉20-30、菱角粉10-15、石榴籽油6-7、米醋3-5、营养液2-3;
所述营养液是由下述重量比的原料制成:三七花:制首乌:乌梅=1:1:3-4。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的减肥美容年糕制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将三七花、制首乌清洗干净,送入蒸锅,文火蒸制10-15分钟,取出与去核的乌梅混合,加入1-2倍新鲜椰肉磨成浆,得到营养液;
(2)将血糯米、糯玉米粒拣杂洗净后晾干,送入锅中,加入适量竹炭粉,文火翻炒至熟香,筛去竹炭粉,再加入3-4倍温水磨浆,压滤脱水,得到米粉;
(3)将新鲜黄瓜、葡萄柚、黑番茄用含有1-2%小苏打的水溶液浸泡20-30分钟,再用清水洗净后去皮,混合打浆,冷冻干燥,得到瓜果粉;
