本发明公开了一种防癌抗癌桂香面粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:荞麦粉100-150、玉米粉15-20、大麦苗粉20-30、蓝莓20-30、黑莓10-15、玫瑰果10-15、黑番茄6-8、桂花14-18、刀豆8-12、黑枸杞3-5、紫甘蓝2-3、鸡爪草1-2、马兰2-3、大蓟2-3、羊乳1-2、菱角壳1-2、营养添加剂2-4;本发明将多种具有健脾益胃、防癌抗癌、排毒通便、减缓衰老、提高人体免疫力、促进体内新陈代谢功效的原料加工制成面粉,其成本低廉,效果显著,桂香浓郁,长期食用由其加工制成的面食能够有效降低癌变、抑癌抗瘤。

本发明涉及一种面粉,尤其涉及一种防癌抗癌桂香面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
由小麦磨粉制成的面粉是一种最常见的食品原料,随着生活水平的提高,人们对面粉的风味性、特色性、营养性提出了新要求,但现有小麦面粉其成分单一,功能单一,口味单一,营养保健价值不高,为此本发明提供一种功能性面粉。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种防癌抗癌桂香面粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防癌抗癌桂香面粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
荞麦粉100-150、玉米粉15-20、大麦苗粉20-30、蓝莓20-30、黑莓10-15、玫瑰果10-15、黑番茄6-8、桂花14-18、刀豆8-12、黑枸杞3-5、紫甘蓝2-3、鸡爪草1-2、马兰2-3、大蓟2-3、羊乳1-2、菱角壳1-2、营养添加剂2-4;
所述营养添加剂是由下述重量比的原料制成:海参:太子参:菜芙蓉花:三七粉=1:1:3-4:6-8,葡萄酒适量。
一种防癌抗癌桂香面粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将海参、太子参清洗干净后沥干,送入锅中,倒入适量葡萄酒,小火焖润至吸透,取出与洗净的菜芙蓉花混合绞碎,再送入蒸锅,大火蒸制15-20分钟,取出与三七粉混合均匀,再低温烘干,得到营养添加剂;
(2)将蓝莓、黑莓、玫瑰果、黑番茄用含有1-2%小苏打的水溶液浸泡20-30分钟,再用清水洗净后沥干,去蒂,冷冻干燥,得到果粉;
(3)将刀豆用淡盐水浸泡7-8小时,再取出洗净,送入蒸锅,大火蒸熟,取出与洗净的桂花混合,送入磨浆机中,加入6-7倍温水进行磨浆,小火煮沸30-40分钟,冷却后过滤,滤液冷冻干燥,得到豆花粉;
(4)将黑枸杞、紫甘蓝、鸡爪草等中药原料混合粉碎,加入8-10倍清水,煮沸后文火煎煮60-70分钟,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(5)将上述营养添加剂、果粉、豆花粉、中药粉与剩余原料混合均匀,粉碎至100-120目,灭菌装袋,得到成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明将多种具有健脾益胃、防癌抗癌、排毒通便、减缓衰老、提高人体免疫力、促进体内新陈代谢功效的原料加工制成面粉,其成本低廉,效果显著,桂香浓郁,长期食用由其加工制成的面食能够有效降低癌变、抑癌抗瘤。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种防癌抗癌桂香面粉,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
荞麦粉150、玉米粉20、大麦苗粉30、蓝莓30、黑莓15、玫瑰果15、黑番茄8、桂花18、刀豆12、黑枸杞5、紫甘蓝3、鸡爪草2、马兰3、大蓟3、羊乳2、菱角壳2、营养添加剂4;
所述营养添加剂是由下述重量比的原料制成:海参:太子参:菜芙蓉花:三七粉=1:1:4:8,葡萄酒适量。
一种防癌抗癌桂香面粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将海参、太子参清洗干净后沥干,送入锅中,倒入适量葡萄酒,小火焖润至吸透,取出与洗净的菜芙蓉花混合绞碎,再送入蒸锅,大火蒸制20分钟,取出与三七粉混合均匀,再低温烘干,得到营养添加剂;
(2)将蓝莓、黑莓、玫瑰果、黑番茄用含有1%小苏打的水溶液浸泡30分钟,再用清水洗净后沥干,去蒂,冷冻干燥,得到果粉;
(3)将刀豆用淡盐水浸泡8小时,再取出洗净,送入蒸锅,大火蒸熟,取出与洗净的桂花混合,送入磨浆机中,加入7倍温水进行磨浆,小火煮沸40分钟,冷却后过滤,滤液冷冻干燥,得到豆花粉;
(4)将黑枸杞、紫甘蓝、鸡爪草等中药原料混合粉碎,加入10倍清水,煮沸后文火煎煮70分钟,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(5)将上述营养添加剂、果粉、豆花粉、中药粉与剩余原料混合均匀,粉碎至120目,灭菌装袋,得到成品。
Claims (2)
1.一种防癌抗癌桂香面粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:
荞麦粉100-150、玉米粉15-20、大麦苗粉20-30、蓝莓20-30、黑莓10-15、玫瑰果10-15、黑番茄6-8、桂花14-18、刀豆8-12、黑枸杞3-5、紫甘蓝2-3、鸡爪草1-2、马兰2-3、大蓟2-3、羊乳1-2、菱角壳1-2、营养添加剂2-4;
所述营养添加剂是由下述重量比的原料制成:海参:太子参:菜芙蓉花:三七粉=1:1:3-4:6-8,葡萄酒适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的防癌抗癌桂香面粉制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将海参、太子参清洗干净后沥干,送入锅中,倒入适量葡萄酒,小火焖润至吸透,取出与洗净的菜芙蓉花混合绞碎,再送入蒸锅,大火蒸制15-20分钟,取出与三七粉混合均匀,再低温烘干,得到营养添加剂;
(2)将蓝莓、黑莓、玫瑰果、黑番茄用含有1-2%小苏打的水溶液浸泡20-30分钟,再用清水洗净后沥干,去蒂,冷冻干燥,得到果粉;
