一种海鲜木耳饮料及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:木耳40-44、川贝母1-1.2、百合子0.8-1、藿香0.5-0.7、母丁香1.1-1.3、牛蒡子0.9-1、狗毛草1.3-1.5、软丝藻1.2-1.3、陈醋14-15、鱿鱼肉20-22、番茄2-3、春笋2.5-3.5、海带1-1.5、绿豆芽2.5-3、马铃薯淀粉5-6、虾籽8-9、糜子10-11、果酒7-8、营养保健液5-6。本发明配方合理科学,制备工艺简单,且适口性好,营养丰富,其中添加的鱿鱼肉中含丰富的蛋白质、牛磺酸、钙、磷、铁、硒等,可补虚养气、滋阴养颜,而虾籽鲜味十足,使得本发明别具风味,此外,经常食用本发明可达到润肺和胃、补脾益气、疏散风热的功效。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种海鲜木耳饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
木耳为真菌的一种,其味道鲜美,营养丰富,含丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、多糖、维生素及微量元素。现在市场销售的有关木耳的饮料口味品种少,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种海鲜木耳饮料及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种海鲜木耳饮料,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
木耳40-44、川贝母1-1.2、百合子0.8-1、藿香0.5-0.7、母丁香1.1-1.3、牛蒡子0.9-1、狗毛草1.3-1.5、软丝藻1.2-1.3、陈醋14-15、鱿鱼肉20-22、番茄2-3、春笋2.5-3.5、海带1-1.5、绿豆芽2.5-3、马铃薯淀粉5-6、虾籽8-9、糜子10-11、果酒7-8、营养保健液5-6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:竹头草0.8-1、榕须1.1-1.2、地黄叶1.2-1.4、芡实0.9-1.1、绞股蓝1-1.3、白菜汁18-20、火龙果4-5、蜂蜜1-1.5、薏仁油0.1-0.2;
制备方法为:(1)将竹头草、榕须、地黄叶、芡实、绞股蓝混合置于白菜汁中密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)取火龙果果肉,切片,加入蜂蜜拌匀,烘干后粉碎,与滤液、剩余物料混合拌匀,大火煮沸,即得。
所述的海鲜木耳饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将川贝母、百合子、藿香、母丁香、牛蒡子、狗毛草、软丝藻混合置于陈醋中密封浸泡6-7小时,过滤除渣,得药醋;
(2)取番茄、春笋果肉,与海带、绿豆芽混合,加10-15%的水打浆,过滤除渣,得蔬菜汁;
(3)将鱿鱼肉与虾籽混合,加蔬菜汁腌渍1-2小时后烘干,进行粉碎;
(4)将木耳、糜子、果酒混合入锅,加入3-4倍的水,大火煮沸后打浆,过滤除渣,所得滤液与步骤(1)、(3)所得物料及剩余物料混合,送入高压匀质机进行均质,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明配方合理科学,制备工艺简单,且适口性好,营养丰富,其中添加的鱿鱼肉中含丰富的蛋白质、牛磺酸、钙、磷、铁、硒等,可补虚养气、滋阴养颜,而虾籽鲜味十足,使得本发明别具风味,此外,本发明在加工过程中添加了多种中草药,经常食用可达到润肺和胃、补脾益气、疏散风热的功效。
具体实施方式
一种海鲜木耳饮料,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
木耳40、川贝母1.2、百合子0.8、藿香0.7、母丁香1.3、牛蒡子0.9、狗毛草1.3、软丝藻1.3、陈醋15、鱿鱼肉22、番茄3、春笋3.5、海带1.5、绿豆芽3、马铃薯淀粉6、虾籽9、糜子11、果酒8、营养保健液6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:竹头草0.8、榕须1.2、地黄叶1.4、芡实0.9、绞股蓝1.3、白菜汁20、火龙果5、蜂蜜1.5、薏仁油0.1;
制备方法为:(1)将竹头草、榕须、地黄叶、芡实、绞股蓝混合置于白菜汁中密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)取火龙果果肉,切片,加入蜂蜜拌匀,烘干后粉碎,与滤液、剩余物料混合拌匀,大火煮沸,即得。

木耳40-44、川贝母1-1.2、百合子0.8-1、藿香0.5-0.7、母丁香1.1-1.3、牛蒡子0.9-1、狗毛草1.3-1.5、软丝藻1.2-1.3、陈醋14-15、鱿鱼肉20-22、番茄2-3、春笋2.5-3.5、海带1-1.5、绿豆芽2.5-3、马铃薯淀粉5-6、虾籽8-9、糜子10-11、果酒7-8、营养保健液5-6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:竹头草0.8-1、榕须1.1-1.2、地黄叶1.2-1.4、芡实0.9-1.1、绞股蓝1-1.3、白菜汁18-20、火龙果4-5、蜂蜜1-1.5、薏仁油0.1-0.2;
