本发明涉及食品加工领域,具体地说是涉及一种果蔬营养保健面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的面粉,是由小麦磨成的粉末,主要作为主食和其它小吃的原料,其主要是为人体提供热量和少量的其它营养成分。随着生活水平的提升,具有独特口味的食品和营养丰富的食物,越来越受到人们的喜爱。单纯的面粉已经不能满足人们对于饮食的热衷和养生的追求,而目前市场上的面粉主要是小麦面粉,其热量低、营养元素不能满足人们的需要。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种果蔬营养保健面粉及其制备方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种果蔬营养保健面粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:面粉270-280、南瓜40-45、猕猴桃40-50、黄豆20-30、吉士粉2-3、木薯粉5-6、海苔粉4-5、紫苏叶15-17、珊瑚菜10-12、西瓜汁60-70、石榴籽7-8、火麻仁2-3、乌豆根4-5、谷芽6-8、醋三棱8-10、营养添加剂12-15;其中营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料组成:柠檬冻干粉3-4、茶油2-3、虞美人花粉1-2、玛卡粉1-2、蜂蜜20-25、海松籽粉4-5、藕粉8-10、海参15-20、煅牡蛎2-3、丹参3-4、猴头菇5-7、人参叶6-8,制备方法为:将海参、煅牡蛎、丹参、猴头菇、人参叶加适量水煮沸后文火煎煮40-50分钟,滤去残渣后得煎煮液,然后加入柠檬冻干粉、茶油、虞美人花粉、玛卡粉、蜂蜜、海松籽粉、藕粉继续加热浓缩至煎煮液体积的五分之一,烘干后粉碎即得。
所述的一种果蔬营养保健面粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将石榴籽、火麻仁、乌豆根、谷芽、醋三棱加5-6倍的水文火煎煮50-60分钟,过滤除渣,然后小火熬稠,烘干后研成粉末,得到保健中药粉;
(2)取南瓜瓜瓤,黄豆洗净放入水中浸泡20-30分钟,捞出后一起放进笼蒸制熟香,然后放入水中研磨成浆,过滤去渣后加入西瓜汁,滤液喷雾干燥得营养粉;
(3)取猕猴桃果肉,紫苏叶、珊瑚菜洗净后一起加适量水打磨成浆液,经过汽蒸熟化,冷却后送入冷冻干燥机,干燥后磨成粉,得到风味冻干粉;
(4)将面粉与步骤(1)保健中药粉、步骤(2)营养粉、步骤(3)风味冻干粉及其他剩余成分混合搅拌均匀,过80-100目筛,烘干后冷却即得。

一种果蔬营养保健面粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份(g)的原料组成:面粉280、南瓜45、猕猴桃50、黄豆30、吉士粉3、木薯粉6、海苔粉5、紫苏叶17、珊瑚菜12、西瓜汁70、石榴籽8、火麻仁3、乌豆根5、谷芽8、醋三棱10、营养添加剂15;其中营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料组成:柠檬冻干粉4、茶油3、虞美人花粉2、玛卡粉2、蜂蜜25、海松籽粉5、藕粉10、海参20、煅牡蛎3、丹参4、猴头菇7、人参叶8,制备方法为:将海参、煅牡蛎、丹参、猴头菇、人参叶加适量水煮沸后文火煎煮40-50分钟,滤去残渣后得煎煮液,然后加入柠檬冻干粉、茶油、虞美人花粉、玛卡粉、蜂蜜、海松籽粉、藕粉继续加热浓缩至煎煮液体积的五分之一,烘干后粉碎即得。

1.一种果蔬营养保健面粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:面粉270-280、南瓜40-45、猕猴桃40-50、黄豆20-30、吉士粉2-3、木薯粉5-6、海苔粉4-5、紫苏叶15-17、珊瑚菜10-12、西瓜汁60-70、石榴籽7-8、火麻仁2-3、乌豆根4-5、谷芽6-8、醋三棱8-10、营养添加剂12-15;其中营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料组成:柠檬冻干粉3-4、茶油2-3、虞美人花粉1-2、玛卡粉1-2、蜂蜜20-25、海松籽粉4-5、藕粉8-10、海参15-20、煅牡蛎2-3、丹参3-4、猴头菇5-7、人参叶6-8,制备方法为:将海参、煅牡蛎、丹参、猴头菇、人参叶加适量水煮沸后文火煎煮40-50分钟,滤去残渣后得煎煮液,然后加入柠檬冻干粉、茶油、虞美人花粉、玛卡粉、蜂蜜、海松籽粉、藕粉继续加热浓缩至煎煮液体积的五分之一,烘干后粉碎即得。
