一种杂粮保健调味粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:甘草1-1.1、刺五加1.2-1.5、百合子0.9-1.2、芦根1.4-1.7、绞股蓝2-2.3、七爪风0.9-1、茱苓草1.2-1.4、花生油20-22、朝天椒4-5、黄豆30-32、粳米40-45、黄米40-45、芦荟果肉10-12、韭菜8-10、山药7-8、柠檬果肉3-4、咖啡豆10-11、酸奶2-3、孜然粉200-220、营养添加剂7-8。本发明的调味粉营养丰富,其中添加的粳米、黄米等杂粮中含有蛋白质、维生素及锌、铜等营养元素,有益于人体健康,同时,本发明添加了多种果蔬,使本发明具有一丝清甜,风味独特,此外,本发明还含有多种中草药成分,可补脾益气、补肾强腰、活血通络、清热明目。

本发明的目的是提供一种杂粮保健调味粉及其制备方法,本发明具有香味浓郁,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种杂粮保健调味粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
甘草1-1.1、刺五加1.2-1.5、百合子0.9-1.2、芦根1.4-1.7、绞股蓝2-2.3、七爪风0.9-1、茱苓草1.2-1.4、花生油20-22、朝天椒4-5、黄豆30-32、粳米40-45、黄米40-45、芦荟果肉10-12、韭菜8-10、山药7-8、柠檬果肉3-4、咖啡豆10-11、酸奶2-3、孜然粉200-220、营养添加剂7-8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:茯苓1-1.2、西洋参1.3-1.4、葛根1-1.1、木瓜籽0.9-1.3、白萝卜9-10、杨桃10-11、芸豆5-6、瓜子仁7-8;
制备方法为:(1)取白萝卜、杨桃果肉,加2-3倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入茯苓、西洋参、葛根、木瓜籽密封浸泡8-10小时,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将芸豆、瓜子仁加滤液小火熬煮20-25分钟后捞出,烘干后研成粉末,即得。
所述的杂粮保健调味粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将甘草、刺五加、百合子、芦根、绞股蓝、七爪风、茱苓草加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤分离,得药渣与药液;
(2)将朝天椒洗净,与药渣混合烘干,加入花生油,在60-65℃下焖制45-50分钟,过滤除渣,得保健辣油;
(3)将山药去皮,与芦荟果肉、韭菜、柠檬果肉混合,加4-4.5倍的水、药液打浆,过滤除渣,得果蔬汁;将黄豆、梗米、黄米与保健辣油混合拌匀,烘干,然后与蔬菜汁混合入锅,煮干后出料,打成泥,经冷冻干燥后研成粉末,得杂粮粉;
(4)将咖啡豆与酸奶混合拌匀,送入蒸锅大火蒸15-20分钟后出料,烘干后研成粉末,得咖啡粉;
(5)将步骤(3)、(4)所得物料与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
本发明中的七爪风为双子叶植物药蔷薇科植物七爪风的根,茱苓草为龙胆科植物秦岭龙胆的全草。
本发明的有益效果为:

甘草1、刺五加1.5、百合子1.2、芦根1.7、绞股蓝2.3、七爪风0.9、茱苓草1.4、花生油20、朝天椒4、黄豆32、粳米45、黄米40、芦荟果肉12、韭菜10、山药7、柠檬果肉4、咖啡豆11、酸奶3、孜然粉220、营养添加剂8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:茯苓1.2、西洋参1.4、葛根1.1、木瓜籽1.3、白萝卜10、杨桃11、芸豆5、瓜子仁8;
制备方法为:(1)取白萝卜、杨桃果肉,加2-3倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入茯苓、西洋参、葛根、木瓜籽密封浸泡8-10小时,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将芸豆、瓜子仁加滤液小火熬煮20-25分钟后捞出,烘干后研成粉末,即得。
