本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种补气解暑绿豆糕,由以下重量份原料制成:面粉180-200、糯米粉80-100、绿豆60-70、板栗仁30-40、葡萄50-60、鲜枣30-40、老鸭汤60-70、碧螺春10-15、菊花5-7、西洋参5-7、苦蒿5-6、藿香5-6、麦冬5-7、白芍4-6、百合3-5、黄花蒿2-3、食品添加剂6-8、白糖60-70、粽叶适量、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:灰树花5-6、牛樟芝5-6、荠菜籽3-4、黑麦20-30、黑木耳10-15、鹅肝20-30、薄荷汁40-50、洋葱汁20-30、三七粉5-6、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将灰树花、牛樟芝、荠菜籽用5-7倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(2)将黑麦、黑木耳、鹅肝洗净,放入锅中,加入薄荷汁、洋葱汁,加热焖煮40-50分钟,将所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(3)将三七粉、步骤1粉末、步骤2粉末混合均匀即可。
一种补气解暑绿豆糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将绿豆、板栗仁洗净,置于铺满粽叶锅中,加入适量的水、老鸭汤,将碧螺春做成茶包置于锅中,加热焖煮45-55分钟,将粽叶、茶包取出后,将剩余物料打成浆汁备用;
(2)将葡萄、鲜枣洗净,取其果肉,置于榨汁机中,榨成果汁备用;
(3)将菊花、西洋参、苦蒿、藿香、麦冬、白芍、百合、黄花蒿用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取物浓缩,得到浓缩液备用;
(4)将面粉、糯米粉、步骤1的浆汁、果汁、浓缩液、食品添加剂、白糖合并,加入适量的水,充分搅拌,得到面团后,做成糕,蒸熟即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种补气解暑绿豆糕,制备工艺简单环保,添加板栗仁、绿豆等食材,营养丰富,且具有一定的清热解暑的作用,鲜枣、葡萄等水果的添加,具有很好的补气益气的作用,以及菊花、西洋参、苦蒿、藿香、麦冬等提取物的添加,具有很好的补气解暑的作用,特别适合夏天暑热时食用。

一种补气解暑绿豆糕,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:面粉180、糯米粉80、绿豆60、板栗仁30、葡萄50、鲜枣30、老鸭汤60、碧螺春10、菊花5、西洋参5、苦蒿5、藿香5、麦冬5、白芍4、百合3、黄花蒿2、食品添加剂6、白糖60、粽叶适量、水适量:

食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将灰树花、牛樟芝、荠菜籽用5倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(2)将黑麦、黑木耳、鹅肝洗净,放入锅中,加入薄荷汁、洋葱汁,加热焖煮40分钟,将所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(3)将三七粉、步骤1粉末、步骤2粉末混合均匀即可。
