人们日常生活,离不开食品及其辅料,人们对其口味和营养的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的食品及辅料,已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生的食物越来越受到消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种益气补血蒸肉米粉的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种益气补血蒸肉米粉,由以下重量份原料组成:粳米180-200、黑米80-90、红豆50-60、乌鸡肉50-60、金针菇20-30、鸡汤90-100、葡萄20-30、龙眼30-40、鲜枣40-50、当归5-6、川芎4-5、酸枣仁5-6、白芷3-4、黑大豆叶5-6、芫花2-3、桃根2-3、食品添加剂6-8、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:可可粉20-30、鸡蛋黄30-40、洋葱20-30、沙棘果汁60-70、大麦秸8-10、刺龙芽4-5、乌梢蛇4-5、水适量。
食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)将大麦秸、刺龙芽、乌梢蛇用6-8倍量的水提取,将提取物喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(2)将洋葱洗净,切碎后与鸡蛋黄一起放入锅中,加入沙棘果汁,加热焖煮30-40分钟,将所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(3)将可可粉、步骤1中粉末、步骤2中粉末合并,混匀即可。
一种益气补血蒸肉米粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粳米、黑米、红豆洗净,碾成粉末后,放入锅中,加热炒熟后,得到米粉备用;
(2)将乌鸡肉、金针菇洗净,切碎后,置于锅中,加入鸡汤、食品添加剂,加热焖煮40-50分钟,将锅中所有物料打成汁,将汁喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(3)将葡萄、龙眼、鲜枣洗净,取其果肉,放入榨汁机中,榨成果汁,将果汁喷雾干燥,得到果粉备用;
(4)将当归、川芎、酸枣仁、白芷、黑大豆叶、芫花、桃根用5-10倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉备用;
(5)将米粉、步骤2中的粉末、果粉、中药粉合并,充分混匀后,包装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种益气补血蒸肉米粉,在制作过程中,加入红豆、乌鸡肉等食材,营养丰富,具有补血功能,且味道鲜美,同时还添加当归、川芎、酸枣仁、白芷、黑大豆叶等中药材的提取物,具有很好的益气补血的功效,适合体弱血虚的人食用。
