本发明主要涉及食品及其工艺技术领域,尤其涉及一种椰香红豆糕。
背景技术
现今市场上的糕点的种类很多,基本上都是些或甜或咸的糕点,有时候会加入些蔬菜类的,但都是些传统类型的糕点,现在人们对生活的要求越来越高,这些传统的糕点并不能得到广大消费者的青睐。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种椰香红豆糕的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种椰香红豆糕,由以下重量份原料组成:面粉500-550、藕粉180-200、奶粉80-100、红豆60-80、山药60-70、胡萝卜40-50、银耳30-40、草莓50-60、菠萝50-60、人参6-7、黄芪7-8、当归6-7、八股绳6-7、生姜片10-13、生姜叶6-7、青豆叶4-5、椰汁180-220、咖啡60-70、白砂糖40-50、水适量。
一种椰香红豆糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将红豆、山药、胡萝卜洗净,切成块状,与洗净的银耳一起置于锅中,加入椰汁,加热炖煮40-50分钟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;
(2)将草莓、菠萝洗净,切成块,置于锅中,倒入咖啡、白砂糖,加热煮20-30分钟,将锅中所有物料取出,打成果汁备用;
(3)将人参、黄芪、当归、八股绳、生姜片、生姜叶、青豆叶用6-9倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将面粉、藕粉、奶粉、中药粉混合,倒入步骤1中的浆汁、果汁,不断搅拌,待形成面团后,做成豆糕,蒸熟即可。

一种椰香红豆糕,由以下重量份(Kg)原料组成:面粉500、藕粉180、奶粉80、红豆60、山药60、胡萝卜40、银耳30、草莓50、菠萝50、人参6、黄芪7、当归7、八股绳7、生姜片10、生姜叶6、青豆叶5、椰汁180、咖啡70、白砂糖50、水适量。
一种椰香红豆糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

1.一种椰香红豆糕,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:面粉500-550、藕粉180-200、奶粉80-100、红豆60-80、山药60-70、胡萝卜40-50、银耳30-40、草莓50-60、菠萝50-60、人参6-7、黄芪7-8、当归6-7、八股绳6-7、生姜片10-13、生姜叶6-7、青豆叶4-5、椰汁180-220、咖啡60-70、白砂糖40-50、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种椰香红豆糕的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将红豆、山药、胡萝卜洗净,切成块状,与洗净的银耳一起置于锅中,加入椰汁,加热炖煮40-50分钟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;
(2)将草莓、菠萝洗净,切成块,置于锅中,倒入咖啡、白砂糖,加热煮20-30分钟,将锅中所有物料取出,打成果汁备用;
(3)将人参、黄芪、当归、八股绳、生姜片、生姜叶、青豆叶用6-9倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
