一种甘草绿豆面包的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将绿豆、黑米洗净,置于锅中,加入牛奶、咖啡,加热熬煮65-80分钟,得到米粥备用;
(2)将白萝卜洗净,切块,与洗净的番石榴、榴莲、香蕉果肉一起置于打浆机中,加入红酒,打成浆汁后,加热煮沸,冷却后备用;
(3)将甘草、冰草、柴胡、牡丹皮、桔梗、板蓝根、樱桃核、木瓜籽用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将小麦面粉、燕麦粉、酵母粉、中药粉均匀混合,加入米粥、步骤2中的浆汁、食盐、白砂糖、适量的水,不断搅拌,形成面团后,发酵6-8小时;
(5)用发酵好的面,做成面包,用烤箱烤熟即可。

 所述的一种甘草绿豆面包的制备方法包括以下步骤:
