一种火龙果桂圆糖水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将松子、腰果洗净,沥干水,将其表面刷上一层稻米油,置于烤箱中烤熟,取出后,碾成坚果粉,备用;
(2)将火龙果、草莓洗净,取其果肉,与所述黑糖一起,置于打浆机中,打成果浆备用;
(3)将桂圆肉、薏仁、枸杞、生姜洗净,置于锅中,加入所述米酒,加热焖煮1.5-2小时后,生姜捞出,剩余物料打成薏仁汁备用;
(4)将人参、白术、苍术、玉竹、三七、橄榄叶、洋葱皮用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(5)将坚果粉、果浆、薏仁汁、中药浓缩液混合,并搅拌均匀,灭菌后,灌装即可。

一种火龙果桂圆糖水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将松子、腰果洗净,沥干水,将其表面刷上一层稻米油,置于烤箱中烤熟,取出后,碾成坚果粉,备用;

1.一种火龙果桂圆糖水,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:松子60-70、腰果20-30、火龙果40-50、草莓20-30、黑糖20-30、桂圆肉30-40、薏仁40-50、枸杞10-20、生姜10-20、人参4-5、白术4-5、苍术3-4、玉竹4-5、三七4-5、橄榄叶3-4、洋葱皮3-4、红糖40-80、稻米油40-50、米酒60-70、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种火龙果桂圆糖水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将松子、腰果洗净,沥干水,将其表面刷上一层稻米油,置于烤箱中烤熟,取出后,碾成坚果粉,备用;
(2)将火龙果、草莓洗净,取其果肉,与所述黑糖一起,置于打浆机中,打成果浆备用;
