本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种菠萝草莓水果露,由以下重量份原料组成:菠萝200-300、草莓100-200、蜂蜜50-60、红茶20-30、花生米20-30、芝麻20-30、核桃仁30-40、荞麦35-40、玉米30-40、手掌参6-7、鹿茸5-6、串铃草5-6、山茱萸6-7、肉苁蓉6-7、西瓜叶4-5、西瓜花4-5、鸡汤140-150、水适量。
一种菠萝草莓水果的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将菠萝、草莓洗净,取其果肉,打成浆汁后,置于锅中,将红茶做成红茶包后,也置于锅中,加热煮沸后,继续煮5-10分钟,取出红茶包;
(2)将花生米、芝麻、核桃仁、荞麦、玉米洗净后,置于锅中,加入蜂蜜、鸡汤,加热焖煮40-50分钟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,得到杂粮汁;
(3)将手掌参、鹿茸、串铃草、山茱萸、肉苁蓉、西瓜叶、西瓜花用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液加热浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将步骤1中的所有物料、杂粮汁、中药浓缩液混合,充分搅拌均匀后,灌装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种菠萝草莓水果露,添加多种坚果、杂粮,增加了丰富的营养物质,能够补脑健脑,特别适合儿童、学生、老年人、脑力劳动者饮用,以及手掌参、鹿茸等具有一定的健脑补脑功效的中药材的添加,增加了本发明水果露的健脑功效。

一种菠萝草莓水果的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将菠萝、草莓洗净,取其果肉,打成浆汁后,置于锅中,将红茶做成红茶包后,也置于锅中,加热煮沸后,继续煮5分钟,取出红茶包;

1.一种菠萝草莓水果露,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:菠萝200-300、草莓100-200、蜂蜜50-60、红茶20-30、花生米20-30、芝麻20-30、核桃仁30-40、荞麦35-40、玉米30-40、手掌参6-7、鹿茸5-6、串铃草5-6、山茱萸6-7、肉苁蓉6-7、西瓜叶4-5、西瓜花4-5、鸡汤140-150、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种菠萝草莓水果的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将菠萝、草莓洗净,取其果肉,打成浆汁后,置于锅中,将红茶做成红茶包后,也置于锅中,加热煮沸后,继续煮5-10分钟,取出红茶包;
(2)将花生米、芝麻、核桃仁、荞麦、玉米洗净后,置于锅中,加入蜂蜜、鸡汤,加热焖煮40-50分钟,将锅中所有物料打成浆汁,得到杂粮汁;
(3)将手掌参、鹿茸、串铃草、山茱萸、肉苁蓉、西瓜叶、西瓜花用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液加热浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将步骤1中的所有物料、杂粮汁、中药浓缩液混合,充分搅拌均匀后,灌装即可。
