香肠是现在人们日常的一种肉食,其风味独特,收到广大人群的欢迎,但是市场上的香肠,多是强调口味,没有关注到香肠的保健作用,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们堆食品的要求也越来越高,市场上的香肠已经不能满足人们日常的需要。

本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种珍珠养颜香肠。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种珍珠养颜香肠,由以下重量份原料组成:精瘦肉120-130、肥肉35-45、黑米20-25、薏仁20-30、土豆20-30、珍珠3-4、北风草3-4、白术2-3、雪莲花3-4、荷叶3-4、冰草2-3、薰衣草2-3、槐树叶1-2、玉米叶1-2、菠萝汁60-80、肠衣足量、橄榄油5-10、鸡精10-15、白胡椒粉10-15、食盐适量、水适量。
一种珍珠养颜香肠的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将精瘦肉、肥肉洗净后,加适量水煮熟,得熟的精瘦肉、肥肉,做成肉末;
(2)将土豆洗净,切块与洗净的黑米、薏仁倒入锅中,加入所述菠萝汁,加热煮沸后,继续用小火煮40-60分钟,得菠萝味杂粮;
(3)将珍珠、冬虫夏草、白术、雪莲花、荷叶、冰草、薰衣草、槐树叶、玉米叶加5-10倍水浸提,得提取液干燥成中药粉末;
(4)将肉末、菠萝味杂粮、中药粉末混合搅拌均匀后,取肠衣,然后上机进行灌装,烘烤干燥后得香肠。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种珍珠养颜香肠,含有薏仁等杂粮,含有丰富的纤维素、维生素,以及珍珠、冬虫夏草、白术等中草药的有效成分的添加,具有一定的美容养颜的功效,是喜欢吃香肠且爱美人士理想的食品。

一种珍珠养颜香肠的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将精瘦肉、肥肉洗净后,加适量水煮熟,得熟的精瘦肉、肥肉,做成肉末;
(2)将土豆洗净,切块与洗净的黑米、薏仁倒入锅中,加入所述菠萝汁,加热煮沸后,继续用小火煮50分钟,得菠萝味杂粮;
(3)将珍珠、冬虫夏草、白术、雪莲花、荷叶、冰草、薰衣草、槐树叶、玉米叶加7倍水浸提,得提取液干燥成中药粉末;
(4)将肉末、菠萝味杂粮、中药粉末混合搅拌均匀后,取肠衣,然后上机进行灌装,烘烤干燥后得香肠。

1.一种珍珠养颜香肠,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:精瘦肉120-130、肥肉35-45、黑米20-25、薏仁20-30、土豆20-30、珍珠3-4、北风草3-4、白术2-3、雪莲花3-4、荷叶3-4、冰草2-3、薰衣草2-3、槐树叶1-2、玉米叶1-2、菠萝汁60-80、肠衣足量、橄榄油5-10、鸡精10-15、白胡椒粉10-15、食盐适量、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种珍珠养颜香肠的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将精瘦肉、肥肉洗净后,加适量水煮熟,得熟的精瘦肉、肥肉,做成肉末;(2)将土豆洗净,切块与洗净的黑米、薏仁倒入锅中,加入所述菠萝汁,加热煮沸后,继续用小火煮40-60分钟,得菠萝味杂粮;
(3)将珍珠、北风草、白术、雪莲花、荷叶、冰草、薰衣草、槐树叶、玉米叶加5-10倍水浸提,得提取液干燥成中药粉末;
(4)将肉末、菠萝味杂粮、中药粉末混合,添加橄榄油、鸡精、白胡椒粉、食盐进行调味,搅拌均匀后,取肠衣,然后上机进行灌装,烘烤干燥后得香肠。
