(1)将精瘦肉、肥肉洗净后,加适量水煮熟,得熟的精瘦肉、肥肉,做成肉末;
(2)将土豆洗净,切块与洗净的黑米、薏仁倒入锅中,加入所述菠萝汁,加热煮沸后,继续用小火煮40-60分钟,得菠萝味杂粮;
(3)将珍珠、冬虫夏草、白术、雪莲花、荷叶、冰草、薰衣草、槐树叶、玉米叶加5-10倍水浸提,得提取液干燥成中药粉末;
(4)将肉末、菠萝味杂粮、中药粉末混合搅拌均匀后,取肠衣,然后上机进行灌装,烘烤干燥后得香肠。
