本发明涉及一种保健蜂蜜,尤其涉及一种生肌除烦木耳香蜂蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜“食疗”在我国已有几千年的历史。《神农本草经》中说蜂蜜“安五脏,益气补中,止痛解毒,除百病,和百药,久服轻身延年。”《本草纲目》中说:“和营卫,润脏腑,通三焦,调脾胃。”蜂蜜对神经衰弱、高血压、冠心病、动脉硬化、糖尿病、肝病、便秘等有很好的疗效。但现有蜂蜜存在原料单一、工艺单一、口感单一、保健功能单一的缺陷,只是单纯的一种食品,无法迎合市场和消费者的需求,因此增加蜂蜜所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。

本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种生肌除烦木耳香蜂蜜及其制备方法。

一种生肌除烦木耳香蜂蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:
荔枝蜜500-550、营养添加剂9-10、苹果脯45-50、草莓酱5-6、可乐3-4、健身果20-25、葡萄籽油5-8、桔子皮30-40、海鲜汤2-3、葫芦茶10-15、白木耳5-10、软糖6-10、谷芽1-2、白蔹1-1.5、三七1-2、金樱子0.5-0.9、穿石藤1-1.5、金荞麦根1-3、枳椇子1-2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
朝天罐2-3、棒棒草1-2、女贞叶2-3、霸王根2-3、糯米面5-6、枸杞汁5-6、鲜玫瑰花瓣3-4、花生酥4-5、芥末1-2、竹叶适量;
制备方法为:(1)将朝天罐、棒棒草、女贞叶、霸王根洗净烘干研磨成粉,兑4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(2)鲜玫瑰花瓣切碎,糯米面与中药粉、鲜玫瑰花瓣混合搅拌,兑枸杞汁混合揉成饼状,上锅蒸熟,取出晾干切丁,入锅煎炸10-20秒,得糯米丁,取出待用;
(3)花生酥切成块状,滚芥末用竹叶包裹严实,丢入锅中加水浸煮10-20分钟,取出花生酥,与糯米丁混合烘干磨粉,即得;

(1)将桔子皮、白木耳烘干,用粉碎机粉碎成20目的粗粉,用水提取粗粉,过滤后提出提取液,加热浓缩,浓缩后干燥,制成可以通过100 目筛的提取物粉;
(2)将所述重量份的白蔹、三七、金樱子等中草药用6-7倍水浸提后滤得滤液,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(3)葫芦茶与软糖、苹果脯混合入锅,小火煎煮10-20分钟,去软糖、苹果脯,得茶汁;桔子皮、健身果混合榨浆,滤得浆液;
(4)葡萄籽油入锅烧热,加入谷芽翻炒1-2分钟,兑海鲜汤、可乐,拌入草莓酱,搅拌均匀小火煎煮5-10分钟,取出谷芽,烘干研磨成粉;
(5)将上述粉料以及剩余物料与荔枝蜜混合入搅拌器,搅拌1-2小时至均匀,再倒出混合物,将混合物真空消泡,灌装,杀菌即得。

一种生肌除烦木耳香蜂蜜,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
荔枝蜜550、营养添加剂10、苹果脯50、草莓酱6、可乐4、健身果25、葡萄籽油5、桔子皮40、海鲜汤2、葫芦茶15、白木耳10、软糖10、谷芽1、白蔹1.5、三七2、金樱子0.9、穿石藤1.5、金荞麦根3、枳椇子2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
朝天罐2、棒棒草1、女贞叶2、霸王根2、糯米面5、枸杞汁5、鲜玫瑰花瓣3、花生酥4、芥末1、竹叶适量;
制备方法为:(1)将朝天罐、棒棒草、女贞叶、霸王根洗净烘干研磨成粉,兑4倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(2)鲜玫瑰花瓣切碎,糯米面与中药粉、鲜玫瑰花瓣混合搅拌,兑枸杞汁混合揉成饼状,上锅蒸熟,取出晾干切丁,入锅煎炸10秒,得糯米丁,取出待用;
(3)花生酥切成块状,滚芥末用竹叶包裹严实,丢入锅中加水浸煮20分钟,取出花生酥,与糯米丁混合烘干磨粉,即得;

所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
朝天罐2-3、棒棒草1-2、女贞叶2-3、霸王根2-3、糯米面5-6、枸杞汁5-6、鲜玫瑰花瓣3-4、花生酥4-5、芥末1-2、竹叶适量;
制备方法为:(1)将朝天罐、棒棒草、女贞叶、霸王根洗净烘干研磨成粉,兑4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
