本发明涉及一种保健蜂蜜,尤其涉及一种南瓜椰蓉固精安神蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜“食疗”在我国已有几千年的历史。《神农本草经》中说蜂蜜“安五脏,益气补中,止痛解毒,除百病,和百药,久服轻身延年。”《本草纲目》中说:“和营卫,润脏腑,通三焦,调脾胃。”蜂蜜对神经衰弱、高血压、冠心病、动脉硬化、糖尿病、肝病、便秘等有很好的疗效。但现有蜂蜜存在原料单一、工艺单一、口感单一、保健功能单一的缺陷,只是单纯的一种食品,无法迎合市场和消费者的需求,因此增加蜂蜜所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。

本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种南瓜椰蓉固精安神蜜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种南瓜椰蓉固精安神蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:
荆条蜜150-160、营养添加剂7-9、南瓜30-40、黑芝麻8-10、干芦笋粉3-4、小木菠萝10-20、牡蛎10-15、椰蓉13-20、慈姑5-6、山竹10-15、竹醋液3-4、绿茶4-6、葫芦巴0.8-1、南姜5-7、大蓟1-2.5、防风0.7-1、龙骨0.4-1.1、羌活2-3、泡椒1-2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
朝天罐2-3、棒棒草1-2、女贞叶2-3、霸王根2-3、糯米面5-6、枸杞汁5-6、鲜玫瑰花瓣3-4、花生酥4-5、芥末1-2、竹叶适量;
制备方法为:(1)将朝天罐、棒棒草、女贞叶、霸王根洗净烘干研磨成粉,兑4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(2)鲜玫瑰花瓣切碎,糯米面与中药粉、鲜玫瑰花瓣混合搅拌,兑枸杞汁混合揉成饼状,上锅蒸熟,取出晾干切丁,入锅煎炸10-20秒,得糯米丁,得糯米丁,取出待用;
(3)花生酥切成块状,滚芥末用竹叶包裹严实,丢入锅中加水浸煮10-20分钟,取出花生酥,与糯米丁混合烘干磨粉,即得;
一种南瓜椰蓉固精安神蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将绿茶、慈姑烘干,用粉碎机粉碎成20目的粗粉,用水提取粗粉,过滤后提出提取液,加热浓缩,浓缩后干燥,制成可以通过100 目筛的提取物粉;
(2)将所述重量份的葫芦巴、南姜、大蓟等中草药用6-7倍水浸提后滤得滤液,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(3)山竹、小木菠萝取肉,与黑芝麻、椰蓉混合打浆,滤得浆液;
(4)南瓜去皮,与香蕉混合用搅拌机搅碎,再上锅熏蒸3-4分钟,取出待用;竹醋液拌干芦笋粉大火煮沸,加入牡蛎肉、泡椒小火煎煮2-3分钟,取出牡蛎肉,与南瓜香蕉泥共同烘干研磨成粉;
(5)将上述粉料、浆液以及剩余物料与荆条蜜混合入搅拌器,搅拌1-2小时至均匀,再倒出混合物,将混合物真空消泡,灌装,杀菌即得。
本发明的优点是:

一种南瓜椰蓉固精安神蜜,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
荆条蜜160、营养添加剂9、南瓜40、黑芝麻8、干芦笋粉3、小木菠萝20、牡蛎10、椰蓉20、慈姑6、山竹15、竹醋液3、绿茶6、葫芦巴0.8、南姜7、大蓟2.5、防风1、龙骨1.1、羌活3、泡椒2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
朝天罐2、棒棒草1、女贞叶2、霸王根2、糯米面5、枸杞汁5、鲜玫瑰花瓣3、花生酥4、芥末1、竹叶适量;
制备方法为:(1)将朝天罐、棒棒草、女贞叶、霸王根洗净烘干研磨成粉,兑5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(2)鲜玫瑰花瓣切碎,糯米面与中药粉、鲜玫瑰花瓣混合搅拌,兑枸杞汁混合揉成饼状,上锅蒸熟,取出晾干切丁,入锅煎炸10秒,得糯米丁,取出待用;
(3)花生酥切成块状,滚芥末用竹叶包裹严实,丢入锅中加水浸煮20分钟,取出花生酥,与糯米丁混合烘干磨粉,即得;
一种南瓜椰蓉固精安神蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将绿茶、慈姑烘干,用粉碎机粉碎成20目的粗粉,用水提取粗粉,过滤后提出提取液,加热浓缩,浓缩后干燥,制成可以通过100 目筛的提取物粉;
(2)将所述重量份的葫芦巴、南姜、大蓟等中草药用6倍水浸提后滤得滤液,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(3)山竹、小木菠萝取肉,与黑芝麻、椰蓉混合打浆,滤得浆液;
(4)南瓜去皮,与香蕉混合用搅拌机搅碎,再上锅熏蒸3分钟,取出待用;竹醋液拌干芦笋粉大火煮沸,加入牡蛎肉、泡椒小火煎煮3分钟,取出牡蛎肉,与南瓜香蕉泥共同烘干研磨成粉;
(5)将上述粉料、浆液以及剩余物料与荆条蜜混合入搅拌器,搅拌1小时至均匀,再倒出混合物,将混合物真空消泡,灌装,杀菌即得。

荆条蜜150-160、营养添加剂7-9、南瓜30-40、黑芝麻8-10、干芦笋粉3-4、小木菠萝10-20、牡蛎10-15、椰蓉13-20、慈姑5-6、山竹10-15、竹醋液3-4、绿茶4-6、葫芦巴0.8-1、南姜5-7、大蓟1-2.5、防风0.7-1、龙骨0.4-1.1、羌活2-3、泡椒1-2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
朝天罐2-3、棒棒草1-2、女贞叶2-3、霸王根2-3、糯米面5-6、枸杞汁5-6、鲜玫瑰花瓣3-4、花生酥4-5、芥末1-2、竹叶适量;
