本发明涉及一种保健蜂蜜,尤其涉及一种健胃果干荆条蜂蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜“食疗”在我国已有几千年的历史。《神农本草经》中说蜂蜜“安五脏,益气补中,止痛解毒,除百病,和百药,久服轻身延年。”《本草纲目》中说:“和营卫,润脏腑,通三焦,调脾胃。”蜂蜜对神经衰弱、高血压、冠心病、动脉硬化、糖尿病、肝病、便秘等有很好的疗效。但现有蜂蜜存在原料单一、工艺单一、口感单一、保健功能单一的缺陷,只是单纯的一种食品,无法迎合市场和消费者的需求,因此增加蜂蜜所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。

本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种健胃果干荆条蜂蜜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种健胃果干荆条蜂蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:
荆条蜜300-400、营养添加剂9-15、龙眼肉30-40、羊奶30-40、蛎壳粉1-2、苏打水5-7、鲜橙16-17、牛肉干3-5、菱角2-5、麦麸1-2、葵花籽3-4、葡萄干4-7、奶渣1-2、过坛龙1-1.5、晚香玉0.8-1、石榴皮1-1.2、兰香子0.4-1、茶籽壳1-3、连翘1-2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
朝天罐2-3、棒棒草1-2、女贞叶2-3、霸王根2-3、糯米面5-6、枸杞汁5-6、鲜玫瑰花瓣3-4、花生酥4-5、芥末1-2、竹叶适量;
制备方法为:(1)将朝天罐、棒棒草、女贞叶、霸王根洗净烘干研磨得粉,用4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(2)鲜玫瑰花瓣切碎,糯米面与中药粉、鲜玫瑰花瓣混合搅拌,兑枸杞汁混合揉成饼状,上锅蒸熟,取出晾干切丁,入锅煎炸10-20秒,得糯米丁,取出待用;
(3)花生酥切成块状,滚芥末用竹叶包裹严实,丢入锅中加水浸煮10-20分钟,取出花生酥,与糯米丁混合烘干磨粉,即得;
一种健胃果干荆条蜂蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将龙眼肉、奶渣烘干,用粉碎机粉碎成20目的粗粉,用水提取粗粉,过滤后提出提取液,加热浓缩,浓缩后干燥,制成可以通过100 目筛的提取物粉;
(2)将所述重量份的过坛龙、晚香玉、石榴皮等中草药用6-7倍水浸提后滤得滤液,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(3)麦麸与葵花籽混合入锅翻炒,去麦麸取出葵花籽,去壳得葵花籽仁,龙眼肉榨浆,滤得浆液,与苏打水、蛎壳粉混合,兑入到葵花籽仁中小火煮至干,取出葵花籽仁烘干研磨成粉;
(4)葡萄干与奶渣混合剁碎,得葡萄干泥,菱角取肉切丁,与葡萄干泥混合上锅熏蒸10-20分钟,取出待用;鲜橙切片,与牛肉干、羊奶、营养添加剂混合煎煮20-22分钟,取出牛肉干,与菱角肉共同烘干研磨成粉;
(5)将上述粉料以及剩余物料与荆条蜜混合入搅拌器,搅拌1-2小时至均匀,再倒出混合物,将混合物真空消泡,灌装,杀菌即得。

实施例1:
一种健胃果干荆条蜂蜜,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
荆条蜜400、营养添加剂15、龙眼肉40、羊奶40、蛎壳粉2、苏打水7、鲜橙17、牛肉干5、菱角2、麦麸1、葵花籽3、葡萄干7、奶渣2、过坛龙1.5、晚香玉0.8、石榴皮1.2、兰香子0.4、茶籽壳3、连翘1;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
朝天罐2、棒棒草1、女贞叶2、霸王根2、糯米面5、枸杞汁5、鲜玫瑰花瓣3、花生酥4、芥末1、竹叶适量;
制备方法为:(1)将朝天罐、棒棒草、女贞叶、霸王根洗净烘干研磨得粉,用4倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(2)鲜玫瑰花瓣切碎,糯米面与中药粉、鲜玫瑰花瓣混合搅拌,兑枸杞汁混合揉成饼状,上锅蒸熟,取出晾干切丁,入锅煎炸10秒,得糯米丁,取出待用;
(3)花生酥切成块状,滚芥末用竹叶包裹严实,丢入锅中加水浸煮10分钟,取出花生酥,与糯米丁混合烘干磨粉,即得;
一种健胃果干荆条蜂蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将龙眼肉、奶渣烘干,用粉碎机粉碎成20目的粗粉,用水提取粗粉,过滤后提出提取液,加热浓缩,浓缩后干燥,制成可以通过100 目筛的提取物粉;
(2)将所述重量份的过坛龙、晚香玉、石榴皮等中草药用6-7倍水浸提后滤得滤液,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(3)麦麸与葵花籽混合入锅翻炒,去麦麸取出葵花籽,去壳得葵花籽仁,龙眼肉榨浆,滤得浆液,与苏打水、蛎壳粉混合,兑入到葵花籽仁中小火煮至干,取出葵花籽仁烘干研磨成粉;
(4)葡萄干与奶渣混合剁碎,得葡萄干泥,菱角取肉切丁,与葡萄干泥混合上锅熏蒸10-20分钟,取出待用;鲜橙切片,与牛肉干、羊奶、营养添加剂混合煎煮20-22分钟,取出牛肉干,与菱角肉共同烘干研磨成粉;
(5)将上述粉料以及剩余物料与荆条蜜混合入搅拌器,搅拌1-2小时至均匀,再倒出混合物,将混合物真空消泡,灌装,杀菌即得。

1.一种健胃果干荆条蜂蜜,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
荆条蜜300-400、营养添加剂9-15、龙眼肉30-40、羊奶30-40、蛎壳粉1-2、苏打水5-7、鲜橙16-17、牛肉干3-5、菱角2-5、麦麸1-2、葵花籽3-4、葡萄干4-7、奶渣1-2、过坛龙1-1.5、晚香玉0.8-1、石榴皮1-1.2、兰香子0.4-1、茶籽壳1-3、连翘1-2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
朝天罐2-3、棒棒草1-2、女贞叶2-3、霸王根2-3、糯米面5-6、枸杞汁5-6、鲜玫瑰花瓣3-4、花生酥4-5、芥末1-2、竹叶适量;
制备方法为:(1)将朝天罐、棒棒草、女贞叶、霸王根洗净烘干研磨得粉,用4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(2)鲜玫瑰花瓣切碎,糯米面与中药粉、鲜玫瑰花瓣混合搅拌,兑枸杞汁混合揉成饼状,上锅蒸熟,取出晾干切丁,入锅煎炸10-20秒,得糯米丁,取出待用;
(3)花生酥切成块状,滚芥末用竹叶包裹严实,丢入锅中加水浸煮10-20分钟,取出花生酥,与糯米丁混合烘干磨粉,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种健胃果干荆条蜂蜜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将龙眼肉、奶渣烘干,用粉碎机粉碎成20目的粗粉,用水提取粗粉,过滤后提出提取液,加热浓缩,浓缩后干燥,制成可以通过100 目筛的提取物粉;
(2)将所述重量份的过坛龙、晚香玉、石榴皮等中草药用6-7倍水浸提后滤得滤液,经喷雾干燥得中药粉;
(3)麦麸与葵花籽混合入锅翻炒,去麦麸取出葵花籽,去壳得葵花籽仁,龙眼肉榨浆,滤得浆液,与苏打水、蛎壳粉混合,兑入到葵花籽仁中小火煮至干,取出葵花籽仁烘干研磨成粉;
