本发明涉及一种保健蜂蜜,尤其涉及一种清热草菇槐花蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜“食疗”在我国已有几千年的历史。《神农本草经》中说蜂蜜“安五脏,益气补中,止痛解毒,除百病,和百药,久服轻身延年。”《本草纲目》中说:“和营卫,润脏腑,通三焦,调脾胃。”蜂蜜对神经衰弱、高血压、冠心病、动脉硬化、糖尿病、肝病、便秘等有很好的疗效。但现有蜂蜜存在原料单一、工艺单一、口感单一、保健功能单一的缺陷,只是单纯的一种食品,无法迎合市场和消费者的需求,因此增加蜂蜜所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种清热草菇槐花蜜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种清热草菇槐花蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:
槐花蜜130-140、营养添加剂6-8、蚝油2-4、牛骨粉3-5、草菇8-9、鹧鸪茶10-15、芹菜渣6-7、米醋2-3、豆饼3-4、胡萝卜3-4、杏子4-5、猪蹄3-4、辣椒油1-2、蕨麻1.3-2、大青叶1.4-2.2、皮哨子1.5-2、金银花1.6-2、五味草2-3、薏仁米6-7,橄榄油适量;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
红芪1.2-2.3、枫香脂0.9-1.2、锦灯笼2-2.3、柳枝1.7-3、茶叶蛋黄4-5、甜菜根粉3-4、面粉5-6、仙人掌7-8、蘑菇汤、甜米酒糟适量;
制备方法为:(1)将红芪、枫香脂、锦灯笼、柳枝洗净烘干研磨得粉,用4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得药汁;
(2)茶叶蛋黄取出碾碎与甜菜根粉以及面粉兑药汁混合揉至团状,得粉团,仙人掌取肉切丁,每个仙人掌丁取少量粉团包裹严实,揉成丸子,待用;将笼屉均匀铺设甜米酒糟,将各个小丸用蘑菇汤熏熟,取出笼屉上物料,烘干研磨成粉,即得;
一种清热草菇槐花蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的蕨麻、大青叶、皮哨子等中草药用4-5倍水浸提后浓缩,得中药汁,冷却待用;
(2)芹菜渣与豆饼混匀,用中药汁与米醋共同熏蒸10-15分钟,取出豆饼,胡萝卜与杏子取肉切丝,与豆饼混合晒干;
(3)薏仁米蒸熟,猪蹄切碎,橄榄油入锅烧热,倒入猪蹄翻炒1-2分钟,取出沥干,拌上辣椒油,草菇去缔,盛上碎猪蹄以及熟薏仁米,上锅蒸熟,取出草菇上物料,烘干待用;
(4)将晒干和烘干的物料用粉碎机粉碎成20 目的粗粉,用水提取粗粉,过滤后提出提取液,加热浓缩,浓缩后干燥,制成可以通过100 目筛的提取物粉;
(5)将提取物粉以及剩余物料与槐花蜜混合入搅拌器,搅拌1-2小时至均匀,最后倒出混合物,将混合物真空消泡,灌装,杀菌即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明工艺简单、生产成本低,不仅具备蜂蜜本身的丰富营养,而且添加的皮哨子、大青叶、牛骨粉、鹧鸪茶等食材、药材,药效高,性味温和,营养丰富,能够增强免疫力,具有行气消积、清热凉血等功效,是老少皆宜的最佳保健食品。

实施例1:
一种清热草菇槐花蜜,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
槐花蜜140、营养添加剂8、蚝油4、牛骨粉5、草菇9、鹧鸪茶15、芹菜渣7、米醋3、豆饼3、胡萝卜4、杏子4、猪蹄3、辣椒油1、蕨麻1.3、大青叶2.2、皮哨子1.5-2、金银花1.6、五味草2、薏仁米7,橄榄油适量;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
红芪1.2、枫香脂1.2、锦灯笼2、柳枝1.7、茶叶蛋黄4、甜菜根粉3、面粉5、仙人掌7、蘑菇汤、甜米酒糟适量;
制备方法为:(1)将红芪、枫香脂、锦灯笼、柳枝洗净烘干研磨得粉,用5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得药汁;
(2)茶叶蛋黄取出碾碎与甜菜根粉以及面粉兑药汁混合揉至团状,得粉团,仙人掌取肉切丁,每个仙人掌丁取少量粉团包裹严实,揉成丸子,待用;将笼屉均匀铺设甜米酒糟,将各个小丸用蘑菇汤熏熟,取出笼屉上物料,烘干研磨成粉,即得;
一种清热草菇槐花蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(3)薏仁米蒸熟,猪蹄切碎,橄榄油入锅烧热,倒入猪蹄翻炒2分钟,取出沥干,拌上辣椒油,草菇去缔,盛上碎猪蹄以及熟薏仁米,上锅蒸熟,取出草菇上物料,烘干待用;
(4)将晒干和烘干的物料用粉碎机粉碎成20 目的粗粉,用水提取粗粉,过滤后提出提取液,加热浓缩,浓缩后干燥,制成可以通过100 目筛的提取物粉;
(5)将提取物粉以及剩余物料与槐花蜜混合入搅拌器,搅拌2小时至均匀,最后倒出混合物,将混合物真空消泡,灌装,杀菌即得。

1.一种清热草菇槐花蜜,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
槐花蜜130-140、营养添加剂6-8、蚝油2-4、牛骨粉3-5、草菇8-9、鹧鸪茶10-15、芹菜渣6-7、米醋2-3、豆饼3-4、胡萝卜3-4、杏子4-5、猪蹄3-4、辣椒油1-2、蕨麻1.3-2、大青叶1.4-2.2、皮哨子1.5-2、金银花1.6-2、五味草2-3、薏仁米6-7,橄榄油适量;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
红芪1.2-2.3、枫香脂0.9-1.2、锦灯笼2-2.3、柳枝1.7-3、茶叶蛋黄4-5、甜菜根粉3-4、面粉5-6、仙人掌7-8、蘑菇汤、甜米酒糟适量;
制备方法为:(1)将红芪、枫香脂、锦灯笼、柳枝洗净烘干研磨得粉,用4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得药汁;
