本发明公开了一种明目除烦紫云英枸杞蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:紫云英蜜230-238、营养添加剂4-5、棉花糖5-7、菌粉1-3、树莓粉4-6、猪皮7-8、炒谷芽1-2、玉米须2-3、白酒8-9、葱花4-7、枸杞子4-6、冬瓜条3-4、葡萄汁6-12、罐子草0.9-1、桂心1-1.5、蘑菇汁1-2、灯心草0.6-1、孩儿草0.7-1、鲜金银花瓣2-3;本发明营养保健蜂蜜,通过微粉技术,将灯心草、孩儿草、罐子草等多种中药材添加到蜂蜜中,不仅能够清心除烦、益精明目、消积清肝,而且制作方法简单,方便携带,改变了中药材的口感,利于人们服用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健蜂蜜,尤其涉及一种明目除烦紫云英枸杞蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜“食疗”在我国已有几千年的历史。《神农本草经》中说蜂蜜“安五脏,益气补中,止痛解毒,除百病,和百药,久服轻身延年。”《本草纲目》中说:“和营卫,润脏腑,通三焦,调脾胃。”蜂蜜对神经衰弱、高血压、冠心病、动脉硬化、糖尿病、肝病、便秘等有很好的疗效。但现有蜂蜜存在原料单一、工艺单一、口感单一、保健功能单一的缺陷,只是单纯的一种食品,无法迎合市场和消费者的需求,因此增加蜂蜜所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种明目除烦紫云英枸杞蜜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种明目除烦紫云英枸杞蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:
紫云英蜜230-238、营养添加剂4-5、棉花糖5-7、菌粉1-3、树莓粉4-6、猪皮7-8、炒谷芽1-2、玉米须2-3、白酒8-9、葱花4-7、枸杞子4-6、冬瓜条3-4、葡萄汁6-12、罐子草0.9-1、桂心1-1.5、蘑菇汁1-2、灯心草0.6-1、孩儿草0.7-1、鲜金银花瓣2-3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
朝天罐2-3、棒棒草1-2、女贞叶2-3、霸王根2-3、糯米面5-6、枸杞汁5-6、鲜玫瑰花瓣3-4、花生酥4-5、芥末1-2、竹叶适量;
制备方法为:(1)将朝天罐、棒棒草、女贞叶、霸王根洗净烘干研磨成粉得粉,用4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,经喷雾干燥得中药粉; 
(2)鲜玫瑰花瓣切碎,糯米面与中药粉、鲜玫瑰花瓣混合搅拌,兑枸杞汁混合揉成饼状,上锅蒸熟,取出晾干切丁,入锅煎炸10-20秒,得糯米丁,取出待用;
(3)花生酥切成丁状,滚芥末用竹叶包裹严实,丢入锅中加水浸煮10-20分钟,取出花生酥,与糯米丁混合烘干磨粉,即得;
一种明目除烦紫云英枸杞蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤: 
(1)将玉米须、炒谷芽烘干,用粉碎机粉碎成20目的粗粉,用水提取粗粉,过滤后提出提取液,加热浓缩,浓缩后干燥,制成可以通过100 目筛的提取物粉;
(2)将所述重量份的罐子草、桂心等中草药用6-7倍水浸提后滤得滤液,经喷雾干燥得中药粉; 
(3)白酒与猪皮混合入锅加热,撒入葱花、枸杞子、棉花糖,小煮15-20分钟,去火盖盖,1-2小时后取出猪皮,猪皮兑蘑菇汁混合剁碎,拌入菌粉,入烤箱烘烤1-2分钟,取出待用;
(4)葡萄汁混入鲜金银花瓣,小火煎煮,冬瓜条磨粉,加入到葡萄汁中,均匀搅拌至粘稠,取出烘干,研磨成粉;
(5)将上述粉料以及剩余物料与紫云英蜜混合入搅拌器,搅拌1-2小时至均匀,再倒出混合物,将混合物真空消泡,灌装,杀菌即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明营养保健蜂蜜,通过微粉技术,将灯心草、孩儿草、罐子草等多种中药材添加到蜂蜜中,不仅能够清心除烦、益精明目、消积清肝,而且制作方法简单,方便携带,改变了中药材的口感,利于人们服用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种明目除烦紫云英枸杞蜜,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
紫云英蜜230、营养添加剂4、棉花糖5、菌粉3、树莓粉6、猪皮8、炒谷芽2、玉米须2、白酒9、葱花4、枸杞子6、冬瓜条4、葡萄汁12、罐子草0.9、桂心1.5、蘑菇汁2、灯心草0.6、孩儿草1、鲜金银花瓣3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
朝天罐2、棒棒草1、女贞叶2、霸王根2、糯米面5、枸杞汁5、鲜玫瑰花瓣3、花生酥4、芥末1、竹叶适量;
制备方法为:(1)将朝天罐、棒棒草、女贞叶、霸王根洗净烘干研磨成粉得粉,用4倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,经喷雾干燥得中药粉; 
(2)鲜玫瑰花瓣切碎,糯米面与中药粉、鲜玫瑰花瓣混合搅拌,兑枸杞汁混合揉成饼状,上锅蒸熟,取出晾干切丁,入锅煎炸10秒,得糯米丁,取出待用;
(3)花生酥切成丁状,滚芥末用竹叶包裹严实,丢入锅中加水浸煮10分钟,取出花生酥,与糯米丁混合烘干磨粉,即得;
一种明目除烦紫云英枸杞蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将玉米须、炒谷芽烘干,用粉碎机粉碎成20目的粗粉,用水提取粗粉,过滤后提出提取液,加热浓缩,浓缩后干燥,制成可以通过100 目筛的提取物粉;
(2)将所述重量份的罐子草、桂心等中草药用6倍水浸提后滤得滤液,经喷雾干燥得中药粉; 
(3)白酒与猪皮混合入锅加热,撒入葱花、枸杞子、棉花糖,小煮20分钟,去火盖盖, 2小时后取出猪皮,猪皮兑蘑菇汁混合剁碎,拌入菌粉,入烤箱烘烤1-2分钟,取出待用;
(4)葡萄汁混入鲜金银花瓣,小火煎煮,冬瓜条磨粉,加入到葡萄汁中,均匀搅拌至粘稠,取出烘干,研磨成粉;
(5)将上述粉料以及剩余物料与紫云英蜜混合入搅拌器,搅拌1小时至均匀,再倒出混合物,将混合物真空消泡,灌装,杀菌即得。

Claims (2)

1.一种明目除烦紫云英枸杞蜜,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
紫云英蜜230-238、营养添加剂4-5、棉花糖5-7、菌粉1-3、树莓粉4-6、猪皮7-8、炒谷芽1-2、玉米须2-3、白酒8-9、葱花4-7、枸杞子4-6、冬瓜条3-4、葡萄汁6-12、罐子草0.9-1、桂心1-1.5、蘑菇汁1-2、灯心草0.6-1、孩儿草0.7-1、鲜金银花瓣2-3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
朝天罐2-3、棒棒草1-2、女贞叶2-3、霸王根2-3、糯米面5-6、枸杞汁5-6、鲜玫瑰花瓣3-4、花生酥4-5、芥末1-2、竹叶适量;
制备方法为:(1)将朝天罐、棒棒草、女贞叶、霸王根洗净烘干研磨成粉得粉,用4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,经喷雾干燥得中药粉; 
(2)鲜玫瑰花瓣切碎,糯米面与中药粉、鲜玫瑰花瓣混合搅拌,兑枸杞汁混合揉成饼状,上锅蒸熟,取出晾干切丁,入锅煎炸10-20秒,得糯米丁,得糯米丁,取出待用;
(3)花生酥切成丁状,滚芥末用竹叶包裹严实,丢入锅中加水浸煮10-20分钟,取出花生酥,与糯米丁混合烘干磨粉,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种明目除烦紫云英枸杞蜜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: 
(1)将玉米须、炒谷芽烘干,用粉碎机粉碎成20目的粗粉,用水提取粗粉,过滤后提出提取液,加热浓缩,浓缩后干燥,制成可以通过100 目筛的提取物粉;
(2)将所述重量份的罐子草、桂心等中草药用6-7倍水浸提后滤得滤液,经喷雾干燥得中药粉; 
(3)白酒与猪皮混合入锅加热,撒入葱花、枸杞子、棉花糖,小煮15-20分钟,去火盖盖,1-2小时后取出猪皮,猪皮兑蘑菇汁混合剁碎,拌入菌粉,入烤箱烘烤1-2分钟,取出待用;
(4)葡萄汁混入鲜金银花瓣,小火煎煮,冬瓜条磨粉,加入到葡萄汁中,均匀搅拌至粘稠,取出烘干,研磨成粉;
(5)将上述粉料以及剩余物料与紫云英蜜混合入搅拌器,搅拌1-2小时至均匀,再倒出混合物,将混合物真空消泡,灌装,杀菌即得。
