一种奶香燕麦虾饼及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:虾仁160-180、决明子2-3、三七叶1-2、胖大海2-2.5、栀子根1.5-2、人参花1-1.3、牛尾参0.9-1、鱼香根1-1.2、鱼头3-4、甜橙4-5、海蛎3-4、棉花糖2-3、牛奶5-6、燕麦片60-65、莲藕25-30、营养添加剂4-5。本发明的虾饼味道鲜美,香味浓郁,营养丰富,其中添加的燕麦片富含淀粉、蛋白质、B族维生素、尼克酸、叶酸、泛酸、钙、铁等营养成分,与牛奶相配合有利于蛋白质、膳食纤维、维生素及多种微量元素的吸收,此外,本发明还含有多种中草药成分,具有清热明目、清肺润肠、补充元气、增强人体免疫力的功效。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种虾饼,尤其涉及一种奶香燕麦虾饼及其制备方法。
背景技术
虾饼是由生虾肉制成,因其营养丰富,且味道鲜美而广受消费者喜爱。目前市场上销售的虾饼口味单一,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种奶香燕麦虾饼及其制备方法,本发明具有口感好,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种奶香燕麦虾饼,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
虾仁160-180、决明子2-3、三七叶1-2、胖大海2-2.5、栀子根1.5-2、人参花1-1.3、牛尾参0.9-1、鱼香根1-1.2、鱼头3-4、甜橙4-5、海蛎3-4、棉花糖2-3、牛奶5-6、燕麦片60-65、莲藕25-30、营养添加剂4-5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:巴戟天2-3、熟地黄3-3.5、柠檬草3-4、女贞子2-3、绿茶粉3-4、黄豆芽4-5、牛骨8-9、青豆10-12、薏苡仁15-17;
制备方法为:(1)将巴戟天、熟地黄、柠檬草、女贞子、牛骨加4-5倍的水大火熬煮25-30分钟,过滤除渣,得保健牛骨汤;
(2)将黄豆芽加一倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,得豆芽汁;
(3)将青豆、薏苡仁混合入锅,小火炒香后出料,加保健牛骨汤、豆芽汁研磨匀质,小火熬膏,烘干后研成粉末,然后与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
所述的奶香燕麦虾饼的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将决明子、三七叶、胖大海、栀子根、人参花、牛尾参、鱼香根加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,所得滤液经喷雾干燥制成粉末,得中药粉;
(2)取甜橙果肉打浆,过滤除渣,得橙汁;将鱼头、海蛎混合入锅,加3-4倍的水、橙汁,大火熬煮20-25分钟,过滤除渣,得海鲜汤;
(3)将燕麦片加海鲜汤混合拌匀,烘干备用;
(4)将莲藕切块,送入蒸锅大火蒸熟后取出,打成泥,得藕泥;将棉花糖加牛奶小火加热搅拌至棉花糖完全融化,所得物料与藕泥混合送入炒锅,小火翻炒3-5分钟后起锅;
(5)将虾仁打成泥,然后与步骤(1)、(4)所得物料及其他剩余原料混合,顺单方向搅拌12-15分钟后挤成直径为4-4.5cm的虾球,然后在虾球表面均匀裹上步骤(3)所得物料,压成饼状,送入油锅大火炸制4-5分钟,即得。
本发明中的牛尾参为薯蓣科植物毛胶薯蓣的块茎,鱼香根为唇形科植物圆叶薄荷的根。

一种奶香燕麦虾饼,其特征在于由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
虾仁160、决明子3、三七叶2、胖大海2.5、栀子根1.5、人参花1.3、牛尾参0.9、鱼香根1.2、鱼头4、甜橙5、海蛎4、棉花糖2、牛奶6、燕麦片65、莲藕25、营养添加剂5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:巴戟天3、熟地黄3.5、柠檬草4、女贞子3、绿茶粉3、黄豆芽4、牛骨8、青豆12、薏苡仁17;
制备方法为:(1)将巴戟天、熟地黄、柠檬草、女贞子、牛骨加4-5倍的水大火熬煮25-30分钟,过滤除渣,得保健牛骨汤;
(2)将黄豆芽加一倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,得豆芽汁;
(3)将青豆、薏苡仁混合入锅,小火炒香后出料,加保健牛骨汤、豆芽汁研磨匀质,小火熬膏,烘干后研成粉末,然后与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。

所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:巴戟天2-3、熟地黄3-3.5、柠檬草3-4、女贞子2-3、绿茶粉3-4、黄豆芽4-5、牛骨8-9、青豆10-12、薏苡仁15-17;
所述营养添加剂的制备方法为:
1)将巴戟天、熟地黄、柠檬草、女贞子、牛骨加4-5倍的水大火熬煮25-30分钟,过滤除渣,得保健牛骨汤;
2)将黄豆芽加一倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,得豆芽汁;
