本发明涉及一种保健蜂蜜,尤其涉及一种除湿泻火松子蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜“食疗”在我国已有几千年的历史。《神农本草经》中说蜂蜜“安五脏,益气补中,止痛解毒,除百病,和百药,久服轻身延年。”《本草纲目》中说:“和营卫,润脏腑,通三焦,调脾胃。”蜂蜜对神经衰弱、高血压、冠心病、动脉硬化、糖尿病、肝病、便秘等有很好的疗效。但现有蜂蜜存在原料单一、工艺单一、口感单一、保健功能单一的缺陷,只是单纯的一种食品,无法迎合市场和消费者的需求,因此增加蜂蜜所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种除湿泻火松子蜜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种除湿泻火松子蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:
荔枝蜜40-45、营养添加剂6-8、红豆沙3-4、鹌鹑蛋液2-3、松子仁3-5、芒果皮4-5、葡萄籽1-2、田螺肉5-6、猕猴桃6-10、猪皮12-13、菱角2-3、玉米浆3-4、豇豆1-2、无患子1-2.3、知母1-2.1、翻白草1-2.4、肺形草1-2.2、青椒3-4、秦艽1-2、蜂王浆1-2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
红芪1.2-2.3、枫香脂0.9-1.2、锦灯笼2-2.3、柳枝1.7-3、茶叶蛋黄4-5、甜菜根粉3-4、面粉5-6、仙人掌7-8、蘑菇汤、甜米酒糟适量;
制备方法为:(1)将红芪、枫香脂、锦灯笼、柳枝洗净烘干研磨得粉,用4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得药汁;
(2)茶叶蛋黄取出碾碎与甜菜根粉以及面粉兑药汁混合揉至团状,得粉团,仙人掌取肉切丁,每个仙人掌丁取少量粉团包裹严实,揉成丸子,待用;将笼屉均匀铺设甜米酒糟,将各个小丸用蘑菇汤熏熟,取出笼屉上物料,烘干研磨成粉,即得;
一种除湿泻火松子蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的无患子、知母、翻白草等中草药用4-5倍水浸提后浓缩,得中药汁,冷却待用;
(2)田螺肉、松子仁与猕猴桃混合剁碎,用猪皮包裹,固定得猪皮卷,猪皮挂鹌鹑蛋液入油锅煎炸4-5分钟,取出沥干油,烘干待用;
(3)菱角取肉,丢入玉米浆中大火煮沸,再加入芒果皮以及葡萄籽小火煎煮至干,取出锅中物料,烘干待用;青椒、豇豆混合入搅拌机搅拌,拌入红豆沙以及蜂王浆上锅蒸熟,再取出烘干;
(4)将烘干的物料用粉碎机粉碎成20 目的粗粉,用水提取粗粉,过滤后提出提取液,与中药汁混合,共同加热浓缩,浓缩后干燥,制成可以通过100 目筛的提取物粉;
(5)将提取物粉以及剩余物料与荔枝蜜混合入搅拌器,搅拌1-2小时至均匀,最后倒出混合物,将混合物真空消泡,灌装,杀菌即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明工艺简单、生产成本低,不仅具备蜂蜜本身的丰富营养,而且添加的知母、无患子、秦艽等药材,药效高,性味温和,营养丰富,能够增强免疫力,具有清热泻火、祛痰消积、清热祛风等功效,是老少皆宜的最佳保健食品。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种除湿泻火松子蜜,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
荔枝蜜45、营养添加剂8、红豆沙3、鹌鹑蛋液3、松子仁5、芒果皮5、葡萄籽2、田螺肉6、猕猴桃10、猪皮13、菱角3、玉米4、豇豆2、无患子2.3、知母2.1、翻白草2.4、肺形草2.2、青椒4、秦艽2、蜂王浆2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
红芪1.2、枫香脂1.2、锦灯笼2、柳枝1.7、茶叶蛋黄4、甜菜根粉3、面粉5、仙人掌7、蘑菇汤、甜米酒糟适量;
制备方法为:(1)将红芪、枫香脂、锦灯笼、柳枝洗净烘干研磨得粉,用5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得药汁;
(2)茶叶蛋黄取出碾碎与甜菜根粉以及面粉兑药汁混合揉至团状,得粉团,仙人掌取肉切丁,每个仙人掌丁取少量粉团包裹严实,揉成丸子,待用;将笼屉均匀铺设甜米酒糟,将各个小丸用蘑菇汤熏熟,取出笼屉上物料,烘干研磨成粉,即得;
一种除湿泻火松子蜜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(5)将提取物粉以及剩余物料与荔枝蜜混合入搅拌器,搅拌1-2小时至均匀,最后倒出混合物,将混合物真空消泡,灌装,杀菌即得。

1.一种除湿泻火松子蜜,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
荔枝蜜40-45、营养添加剂6-8、红豆沙3-4、鹌鹑蛋液2-3、松子仁3-5、芒果皮4-5、葡萄籽1-2、田螺肉5-6、猕猴桃6-10、猪皮12-13、菱角2-3、玉米浆3-4、豇豆1-2、无患子1-2.3、知母1-2.1、翻白草1-2.4、肺形草1-2.2、青椒3-4、秦艽1-2、蜂王浆1-2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
红芪1.2-2.3、枫香脂0.9-1.2、锦灯笼2-2.3、柳枝1.7-3、茶叶蛋黄4-5、甜菜根粉3-4、面粉5-6、仙人掌7-8、蘑菇汤、甜米酒糟适量;
