Abstract
一种菊花决明子保健锅巴,由籼米、小米、菊花、决明子、竹叶、白芷、杜仲、黑芝麻、葛根、芫荽籽、金银花等原料组成,通过原料预处理、混合蒸煮、压片、烘烤等步骤制成。本发明组分简单,配比合理,从天然中草药中优选出主要原料,利用各组分的综合作用,制得的锅巴酥脆可口,具有降压降脂、清热解暑的功效,并且组分简单,原料来源广泛,生产成本较低,工艺简单,便于大规模工业化生产。

本发明涉及一种即食类烘烤食品,具体的涉及到一种菊花决明子保健锅巴。
背景技术
锅巴是中国的一种传统食物,其性味甘平,能健脾消食、止泻,用于脾胃虚弱,消化不良,久泻等。现代研究证实,锅巴中含有碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质、维生素A、B族维生素及钙、钾、铁、镁等矿物质,营养丰富、香脆可口。
高血压病,中医称为肝风、肝阳、中风等,本病的发病率随年龄的增加而增高,尤其是肥胖患者较多。主要表现为头晕,头痛,乏力,记忆力减退,失眠,烦闷等症状,到后期严重时会对心、脑、肾造成损害,甚至威胁生命。现代社会激烈竞争,快节奏、高压力,加重了人们的身心负担,越来越多的人都会出现血压升高和血压不稳定的现象。
随着科技的进步,锅巴目前大多已实现工业化生产,市场上锅巴的品种也很丰富,但是利用菊花和决明子等中草药经烘烤制成的保健锅巴还未见报道。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供了一种菊花决明子保健锅巴,该产品酥脆可口,具有降压降脂、清热解暑的功效,对软化血管、稳定血压、增强人体免疫功能有明显的效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种菊花决明子保健锅巴,其特征在于:按重量组分计包括:主原料:籼米80份、小米20份;保健料:菊花2-4份、决明子1-2份、竹叶4-6份、白芷2-3份、杜仲1-2份、黑芝麻2-4份、葛根3-5份、芫荽籽2-4份、金银花2-4份。
作为优选的,原料组合由以下重量的原料组成:主原料:籼米80份、小米20份;保健料:菊花3份、决明子1.5份、竹叶5份、白芷2.5份、杜仲1.5份、黑芝麻3份、葛根4份、芫荽籽3份、金银花3份。

1)保健料预处理:精选来源合格的保健料,在流动清水中经人工洗去表面的泥土砂石等杂物,并沥干水分,再于40℃烘箱中烘干,按重量配比后再经粉碎机粉碎,过100目筛,按1:3的重量比例加入饮用水后武火煮沸,再用文火煎煮30分钟,过滤去渣得到保健料滤液;将保健料中的黑芝麻洗净烘干待用;
2)主原料预处理:将籼米和小米称重后淘净;
3)混合蒸煮:将淘净后的籼米和小米中按比例加入保健料滤液,后入蒸饭车中蒸熟,制得保健米饭;
4)压片:将上述保健米饭置压片机中,将黑芝麻均匀的撒在米饭上,压成厚0.5厘米厚的薄片,再切成长12厘米、宽6厘米大小,制得保健米饭片;
5)烘烤:将保健米饭片置隧道式烘干机中,在200℃的温度条件中烘烤,至水分降至5%以下,制得成品菊花决明子保健锅巴;
6)包装、检验、存放:成品菊花决明子保健锅巴用食品级塑料包装袋密封包装,经检验合格后,入通风、干燥的库房中存放。
本发明的有益效果:
本产品配伍使用了多种高活性作用的中草药,不仅酥脆可口,还具有有良好的降压降脂、清热解暑的功效,对软化血管、稳定血压、增强人体免疫功能有明显的效果;本产品采用非油炸工艺生产,是一款健康的休闲食品,多吃对身体无害;同时产品原料来源广泛,生产成本较低,工艺简单,便于大规模工业化生产。

1)保健料预处理:精选来源合格的保健料,在流动清水中经人工洗去表面的泥土砂石等杂物,并沥干水分,再于40℃烘箱中烘干,按重量配比后再经粉碎机粉碎,过100目筛,按1:3的重量比例加入饮用水后武火煮沸,再用文火煎煮30分钟,过滤去渣得到保健料滤液;将保健料中的黑芝麻洗净烘干待用;
