一种保健粥及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:小米100-110、糜子20-25、玫瑰花2-3、芒果核1-2、枸杞叶3-4、莲子心2-3、合欢花3-4、七爪风2-2.5、福参叶2.5-3.5、冬笋5-6、西芹8-9、香茹10-12、龙须菜8-9、绿豆5-6、白糖5-7、曲酒5-6、猪肉30-35、淀粉12-15、橙汁5-6、营养添加剂7-8。本发明的粥口感好,小米经由绿豆熬制的汤炒制后,味道更加清甜,同时本发明配方合理,其中添加的冬笋、西芹等蔬菜中富含矿物质、维生素等,与猪肉相搭配丰富了本发明的营养,且使本发明味道鲜美,此外,本发明还添加了多种中草药,具有理气解郁、清热明目、活血通络、健胃的作用。

背景技术
粥是我国的传统食品,多采用稻米、小米或玉米等粮食煮制而成。目前,市场上销售的粥的种类繁多,但大多不具有保健功效,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种保健粥及其制备方法,本发明具有香郁可口,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种保健粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
小米100-110、糜子20-25、玫瑰花2-3、芒果核1-2、枸杞叶3-4、莲子心2-3、合欢花3-4、七爪风2-2.5、福参叶2.5-3.5、冬笋5-6、西芹8-9、香茹10-12、龙须菜8-9、绿豆5-6、白糖5-7、曲酒5-6、猪肉30-35、淀粉12-15、橙汁5-6、营养添加剂7-8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:木瓜籽3-4、决明子2-3、麦冬4-5、女贞子1-2、鸡肉14-16、奶油4-5、青梅7-8、红豆沙20-25;
制备方法为:(1)将木瓜籽、决明子、麦冬、女贞子、鸡肉混合入锅,加4-5倍的水小火熬煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,得保健鸡汤;
(2)取青梅果肉,加一倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,所得滤液与保健鸡汤、剩余物料混合,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末。
所述的保健粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将玫瑰花、芒果核、枸杞叶、莲子心、合欢花、七爪风、福参叶加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)将冬笋、西芹、香茹、龙须菜加一倍的水打浆,过滤分离,得蔬菜汁和蔬菜渣;
(3)将猪肉剁碎,加曲酒腌渍30-40分钟,然后与蔬菜渣、淀粉、橙汁混合拌匀,挤成丸子状,入油锅大火炸制5-8分钟;
(4)将绿豆加3-4倍的水大火煮沸,过滤除渣,得绿豆汤;将小米、糜子与绿豆汤混合入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥后起锅;
(5)将步骤(3)、(4)所得物料投入锅中,加4-5倍的水、药液、蔬菜汁大火煮沸,然后加入剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
本发明中的七爪风为双子叶植物药蔷薇科植物七爪风的根,福参叶为伞形科植物福参的叶。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的粥口感好,小米经由绿豆熬制的汤炒制后,味道更加清甜,同时本发明配方合理科学,其中添加的冬笋、西芹等蔬菜中富含矿物质、维生素等,与猪肉相搭配丰富了本发明的营养,且使得本发明味道鲜美,此外,本发明还添加了多种中草药,具有理气解郁、清热明目、活血通络、健胃的作用。
具体实施方式
一种保健粥,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
小米100、糜子25、玫瑰花2、芒果核2、枸杞叶4、莲子心3、合欢花4、七爪风2.5、福参叶2.5、冬笋6、西芹8、香茹12、龙须菜9、绿豆5、白糖7、曲酒6、猪肉35、淀粉12、橙汁6、营养添加剂8;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:木瓜籽3、决明子3、麦冬5、女贞子1、鸡肉16、奶油5、青梅7、红豆沙25;
制备方法为:(1)将木瓜籽、决明子、麦冬、女贞子、鸡肉混合入锅,加4-5倍的水小火熬煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,得保健鸡汤;
(2)取青梅果肉,加一倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,所得滤液与保健鸡汤、剩余物料混合,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末。
所述的保健粥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
