Abstract
本发明涉及食品加工领域,特别公开了一种熬夜保健粥。该熬夜保健粥,以绿豆、青豆、荞麦、冬小麦、小麦胚芽、黑豆、黑米、黑芝麻、核桃和小枣为原料,按照一定的重量配比混合制成。本发明制备简单、富含丰富的蛋白质、维生素、氨基酸和碳水化合物,具有补肝益肾、滋阴养血的功能,营养丰富,对人的肝肾有益,适于夜间熬夜食用。

(一) 技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工领域,特别涉及一种熬夜保健粥。
(二) 背景技术
粥在我国已有几千年的历史,一直以来,粥都具有食用和药用两种功能,备受人们的青睐。
近年来,由于生活压力增大,生活节奏加快,人们进入到速食主义时代,熬粥、喝粥对大多数人来说成为一种奢侈的生活。为了满足人们的需求,我国粥类产品市场迅猛发展,但市场上出现的各类粥产品,鱼目混杂,部分产品已失去原有材料的营养价值,还有部分产品中超范围、超剂量的应用添加剂。
(三) 发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种营养丰富、制作简单的熬夜保健粥。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种熬夜保健粥,由以下重量分数的原料于200-240℃下炒制8-12min后混合研末制成:
绿豆5-15%、青豆15-25%、荞麦15-25%、冬小麦10-20%、小麦胚芽5-15%、黑豆5-15%、黑米3-7%、黑芝麻2-4%、核桃2-4%、小枣2-4%。
其优选的各原料的重量配比为:
绿豆10%、青豆20%、荞麦20%、冬小麦16%、小麦胚芽10%、黑豆10%、黑米5%、黑芝麻3%、核桃3%、小枣3%。
本发明所述原料经研磨成粉后,用热水冲泡食用;针对夜间快速食用,以热水冲泡粉剂方式快捷方便。
本发明的原料中,绿豆有消肿通气、清热解毒的作用,能帮助体内毒物排泄,促进机体的正常代谢;青豆富含不饱和脂肪酸和大豆磷脂,有保持血管弹性、健脑和防止脂肪肝形成的作用;荞麦中含有丰富的蛋白质、B族维生素、芦丁类强化血管物质、矿物营养素、丰富的植物纤维素等;冬小麦主要用于提供淀粉成分,保证糖类和热量供应;小麦胚芽中含有丰富的维他命E、B1及蛋白质,具有抗癌、降低胆固醇、降血糖、补虚养血等功效;黑豆具有消肿下气、润肺燥人、活血利水、祛风除痹、补血安神、明目健脾、补肾益阴、解毒的作用;黑米有开胃益中、健脾活血、明目的功效,可抗衰老,补充人体需要的蛋白质、锰、锌等多种矿物质;黑芝麻具有补肝肾,益精血,润肠燥的作用,可用于头晕眼花,耳鸣耳聋,须发早白,病后脱发,肠燥便秘;核桃具有补血养气,补肾填精,止咳平喘,润燥通便等功效,可用于治疗神经衰弱、高血压、冠心病、肺气肿、胃痛等症;小枣具有补益脾胃,滋养阴血,养心安神,缓和药性的功效,主治脾胃虚弱,食少便溏,气血亏损,体倦无力,面黄肌瘦等症。
据中医子午流注学,五行脏象理论,晚上11—凌晨3时为肝胆休息归血时间,若不休息,不利肝胆,从而本发明根据现代人的生活习惯,结合肝胆五行归木行,青绿色,用黑色食物五行水利肾,水生木,并立肝胆的思想,结合绿色食物,两项结合,补益肝肾。
本发明制备简单、富含丰富的蛋白质、维生素、氨基酸和碳水化合物,具有补肝益肾、滋阴养血的功能,营养丰富,对人的肝肾有益,适于夜间熬夜食用。
(四) 具体实施方式
实施例1:
称取绿豆15g、青豆25g、荞麦25g、冬小麦10g、小麦胚芽5g、黑豆5g、黑米7g、黑芝麻2g、核桃2g、小枣4g,将上述原料于230-240℃下炒制8-12min后混合研磨成粉。
取适量原料粉剂置于碗中,加热水冲泡即可食用。
实施例2:
称取绿豆5g、青豆15g、荞麦15g、冬小麦20g、小麦胚芽15g、黑豆15g、黑米3g、黑芝麻4g、核桃4g、小枣4g,将上述原料于230-240℃下炒制8-12min后混合研磨成粉。

1.一种熬夜保健粥,其特征为,由以下重量分数的原料于200-240℃下炒制8-12min后混合研末制成:绿豆5-15%、青豆15-25%、荞麦15-25%、冬小麦10-20%、小麦胚芽5-15%、黑豆5-15%、黑米3-7%、黑芝麻2-4%、核桃2-4%、小枣2-4%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的熬夜保健粥,其特征为,由以下重量分数的原料制成:绿豆10%、青豆20%、荞麦20%、冬小麦16%、小麦胚芽10%、黑豆10%、黑米5%、黑芝麻3%、核桃3%、小枣3%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的熬夜保健粥,其特征在于:所述原料经研磨成粉后,用热水冲泡食用。
