本发明涉及保健食品加工技术领域,尤其是一种天然五彩养脏杂粮瓜菜粥及制作方法。
每人都需要健康。科学饮食是健康重要的物质基础。科学证明,常人每日需要通过饮食摄入42种营养素,才能维持正常的生理活动。科学家提出:“常人每人每日需要吃30种以上的不同食物”。可惜,每天能够吃30种以上食物的人群很少;大多数人每日只能够吃上15-20余种食物,况且三餐饮食的营养搭配也不够合理。日久天长,出现营养不良,脏腑虚弱,气血失和,内分泌失调,免疫力下降,各种疾病乘虚而入。据卫生部资料显示,在我国总人口当中,突出有五多:一是,营养不良者众多。在我国城乡人口当中,普遍缺乏维生素A、B2、B1和钙;此外,少年儿童还缺锌,妇女还缺铁,中老年人还缺锌、铁、硒和维生素C。二是,亚健康者很多。我国亚健康人群,约占总人口的三分之二以上。三是,达不到自然健康寿命者居多。在世界卫生组织公布的191个国家自然健康寿命排行榜上,日本名列第一,中国仅列第81位,与日本比较,中国人均健康寿命少12.2岁。四是,现代“富贵病”日益增多。我国现有高血压患者1.6亿,超重肥胖者2.6亿,糖尿病患者2300多万,心血管疾病患者2亿多。令人震惊的是:经济越发达,医疗条件越好的地区,“富贵病”越来越多,而且越治越难治。五是,在校学生近视眼多、超重肥胖者多、偏矮者多、营养不良者多、免疫力下降者多。我国现有2亿多中小学生,其中,近视眼患者占70.3%,超重率达9.72%,肥胖率达6.53%,生长发育迟缓、偏矮者占17%,营养不良率为27.8%,缺乏维生A者占45.1%,贫血者占20%,每日饮食能达到全国营养学会制定的《学生每日膳食营养标准》者还不足4%;很多学生上课时精力不集中、常走神,每逢流行性感冒爆发,不少学生患病。出现上述问题的原因固然很多,但大都与偏食、挑食、不科学的饮食直接相关。因此,推广科学饮食是中华民族强身健体的必由之路。
中医认为,健康需要呵护五脏六腑。我国最早的医学全书《黄帝内经·素问》曾提出:“色味当五脏:白当肺、辛,赤当心、苦,青当肝、酸,黄当脾、甘,黑当肾、咸。故白当皮,赤当脉,青当筋,黄当肉,黑当骨。”心为“五脏之首”,喜欢红色和苦的食物;肝为“排毒之盾”,喜欢绿颜色和味酸的食物;脾为“后天之本”,喜欢黄色和甜食;肾为“先天之本”,喜欢黑色和咸的食物;肺为“气之本”,喜欢白色和辛辣的食物。可见五色食物深得五脏喜欢。如果人们在三餐饮食中能够常食五色食物,自然有益于身心健康。

本发明的目的是通过如下措施来实现的:
如上所述一种天然五彩养脏杂粮瓜菜粥的配方为:
(1)活血养心红米红薯粥配方:红米面2-8%,红高粱面2-8%,红豆面1-5%,燕麦面1-5%,江米面1-5%,鲜红薯泥2-8%,白糖1-5%,五彩养脏药茶58-224%,水适量,食用碱少量;
(2)健脾养胃黄玉米南瓜粥配方:黄玉米面2-8%,小米面2-8%,大黄米面1-5%,黄豆面1-5%,燕麦面1-5%,鲜南瓜泥2-8%,白糖1-5%,五彩养脏药茶58-224%,水适量,食用碱少量;
(3)养肺美肤白米山药粥配方:大米面2-8%,白玉米面2-8%,白扁豆面1-5%,江米面1-5%,薏苡仁粉1-5%,鲜山药泥2-8%,白糖1-5%,五彩养脏药茶58-224%,水适量,食用碱少量;
(4)养肝明目绿豆芹菜粥配方:绿豆面1-5%,豌豆面1-5%,螺旋藻粉0.7-3%,大米面2-8%,白玉米面2-8%,鲜芹菜泥3-14%,精盐0.3-1%,五彩养脏药茶58-224%,水适量,食用碱少量;
(5)补肾益精黑米紫甘蓝粥配方:黑米面2-8%,黑豆面1-5%,荞麦面1-5%,燕麦面2-8%,炒熟黑芝麻粉0.7-3%,紫甘蓝泥3-14%,精盐0.3-1%,五彩养脏药茶58-224%,水适量,食用碱少量;
(6)五彩养脏杂粮瓜菜甜粥配方:红米面1-5%,红豆面1-5%,鲜红薯泥1-5%,黄玉米面1-5%,小米面1-5%,大黄米面1-5%,鲜南瓜泥1-5%,大米面1-5%,江米面1-5%,薏苡仁粉1-5%,鲜山药泥1-5%,绿豆面1-5%,豌豆面1-5%,螺旋藻粉0.5-2%,黑米面1-5%,燕麦面1-5%,炒熟黑芝麻粉0.5-2%,白糖1-5%,五彩养脏药茶71-304%,水适量,食用碱少量;
(7)五彩养脏杂粮蔬菜咸粥配方:红米面1-5%,红高粱面1-5%,黄玉米面1-5%,小米面1-5%,黄豆面1-5%,大米面1-5%,白玉米面1-5%,白扁豆面1-5%,豌豆面1-5%,螺旋藻粉0.3-1%,鲜芹菜泥1-5%,黑米面1-5%,黑豆面1-5%,荞麦面1-5%,燕麦面1-5%,炒熟黑芝麻粉0.4-1%,紫甘蓝泥1-5%,精盐0.3-1%,五彩养脏药茶72-310%,水适量,食用碱少量;
(8)五彩养脏药茶配方及制备方法:红景天2-8%,山楂6-19%,大枣2-8%,枸杞子6-19%,五味子2-8%,西洋参1-6%,党参3-12%,黄芪3-12%,甘草2-8%,灵芝2-8%,金银花1-6%,白菊花1-6%,白术2-8%,茯苓2-8%,翻白草2-8%,蒲公英2-8%,绞股蓝2-8%,桑叶2-8%,银杏叶2-8%,首乌6-19%,熟地5-15%,乌龙茶2-8%,水适量;将上述22味中草药分别洗净、切片、晾干、搅拌均匀、粉碎、搅匀、造粒、烘干、装袋、灭菌,制成每袋净重2-5克的五彩养脏药茶袋泡茶;用不锈钢锅将水煮沸,按每袋茶加水2-5升比例添加五彩养脏药茶袋泡茶,再用文火煎煮25-30分钟,去残茶袋,即制成如上所述的五彩养脏药茶。
为进一步实现本发明的目的,本发明是通过如下方法进行实施的,该制作方法步骤如下:
(1)根据如上所述称量一种天然五彩养脏杂粮瓜菜粥所需配料备用;
(2)将如上所述的22味中草药分别洗净、切片、晾干,按常规分别制成中药饮片备用;
(3)将上述22味中药饮片置于同一容器中混合搅拌均匀,然后粉碎、搅匀、造粒、烘干、装袋、灭菌,制成每袋净重2-5克的五彩养脏药茶袋泡茶备用;
(4)用不锈钢锅将水煮沸,按每袋茶加水2-5升之比例添加五彩养脏药茶袋泡茶,改用文火煎煮25-30分钟,去残茶袋,即制成五彩养脏药茶备用;
(5)将如上所述的新鲜红薯、南瓜、山药、芹菜、紫甘蓝洗净,红薯去毛根,南瓜去种仁,山药去皮,芹菜去老叶,然后分别切碎、绞成瓜菜泥备用;
(6)将如上所述的黑芝麻洗净、去杂质、晾干,炒至7-8成熟,研末备用;
(7)将如上所述的红米面、红高粱面、红豆面、燕麦面、江米面、黄玉米面、小米面、大黄米面、黄豆面、大米面、白玉米面、白扁豆面、薏苡仁粉,绿豆面、豌豆面、螺旋藻粉、黑米面、黑豆面、荞麦面、炒熟黑芝麻粉和食用碱,分别置于7个容器中搅拌均匀,然后添加适量凉水搅匀,分别制成7种面糊备用;
(8)先用不锈钢锅将五彩养脏药茶和适量水煮沸,之后按配方需要分别将所述的7种面糊倒入锅中,用长勺不断搅匀、煮沸;然后再分别添加鲜红薯泥或南瓜泥、山药泥、芹菜泥、紫甘蓝泥,用长勺不断搅匀、煮沸,再改用文火煎熬3-5分钟熄火,待出锅之前按配方需要在粥中分别拌入白糖或精盐搅匀,即制成五彩鲜艳、营养均衡的活血养心红米红薯粥、健脾养胃黄玉米南瓜粥、养肺美肤白米山药粥、养肝明目绿豆芹菜粥、补肾益精黑米紫甘蓝粥、五彩养脏杂粮瓜菜甜粥和五彩养脏杂粮蔬菜咸粥。
本发明与现有的技术相比较,具有以下十大优势:

2、一种天然五彩养脏杂粮瓜菜粥的制备方法如下:
(1)根据如上所述称量一种天然五彩养脏杂粮瓜菜粥所需配料备用;
(2)将如上所述的22味中草药分别洗净、切片、晾干,按常规分别制成中药饮片备用;
(3)将上述22味中药饮片置于同一容器中混合搅拌均匀,然后粉碎、搅匀、造粒、烘干、装袋、灭菌,制成每袋净重2-5克的五彩养脏药茶袋泡茶备用;
(4)用不锈钢锅将水煮沸,按每袋茶加水2-5升之比例添加五彩养脏药茶袋泡茶,改用文火煎煮25-30分钟,去残茶袋,即制成五彩养脏药茶备用;
(5)将如上所述的新鲜红薯、南瓜、山药、芹菜、紫甘蓝洗净,红薯去毛根,南瓜去种仁,山药去皮,芹菜去老叶,然后分别切碎、绞成瓜菜泥备用;
(6)将如上所述的黑芝麻洗净、去杂质、晾干,炒至7-8成熟,研末备用;
(7)将如上所述的红米面、红高粱面、红豆面、燕麦面、江米面、黄玉米面、小米面、大黄米面、黄豆面、大米面、白玉米面、白扁豆面、薏苡仁粉,绿豆面、豌豆面、螺旋藻粉、黑米面、黑豆面、荞麦面、炒熟黑芝麻粉和食用碱,分别置于7个容器中搅拌均匀,然后添加适量凉水搅匀,分别制成7种面糊备用;

(8)五彩养脏药茶配方及制备方法:红景天2-8%,山楂6-19%,大枣2-8%,枸杞子6-19%,五味子2-8%,西洋参1-6%,党参3-12%,黄芪3-12%,甘草2-8%,灵芝2-8%,金银花1-6%,白菊花1-6%,白术2-8%,茯苓2-8%,翻白草2-8%,蒲公英2-8%,绞股蓝2-8%,桑叶2-8%,银杏叶2-8%,首乌6-19%,熟地5-15%,乌龙茶2-8%,水适量;将上述22味中草药分别洗净、切片、晾干、搅拌均匀、粉碎、搅匀、造粒、烘干、装袋、灭菌,制成每袋净重2-5克的五彩养脏药茶袋泡茶;用不锈钢锅将水煮沸,按每袋茶加水2-5升比例添加五彩养脏药茶袋泡茶,再用文火煎煮25-30分钟,去残茶袋,即制成如上所述的五彩养脏药茶。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种天然五彩养脏杂粮瓜菜粥,特征在于所述配方按重量份计分别为:
(1)活血养心红米红薯粥配方:红米面4%,红高粱面3%,红豆面2%,燕麦面2%,江米面2%,鲜红薯泥3%,白糖2%,五彩养脏药茶82%,水适量,食用碱少量;
(2)健脾养胃黄玉米南瓜粥配方:黄玉米面4%,小米面3%,大黄米面2%,黄豆面2%,燕麦面2%,鲜南瓜泥3%,白糖2%,五彩养脏药茶82%,水适量,食用碱少量;
(3)养肺美肤白米山药粥配方:大米面4%,白玉米面3%,白扁豆面2%,江米面2%,薏苡仁粉2%,鲜山药泥3%,白糖2%,五彩养脏药茶82%,水适量,食用碱少量;
(4)养肝明目绿豆芹菜粥配方:绿豆面2%,豌豆面2%,螺旋藻粉0.7%,大米面5%,白玉米面3%,鲜芹菜泥5%,精盐0.3%,五彩养脏药茶82%,水适量,食用碱少量;
(5)补肾益精黑米紫甘蓝粥配方:黑米面4%,黑豆面2%,荞麦面3%,燕麦面3%,炒熟黑芝麻粉0.7%,紫甘蓝泥5%,精盐0.3%,五彩养脏药茶82%,水适量,食用碱少量;
(6)五彩养脏杂粮瓜菜甜粥配方:红米面2%,红豆面2%,鲜红薯泥1%,黄玉米面2%,小米面2%,大黄米面1%,鲜南瓜泥1%,大米面2%,江米面1%,薏苡仁粉1%,鲜山药泥1%,绿豆面1%,豌豆面1%,螺旋藻粉0.5%,黑米面1%,燕麦面1%,炒熟黑芝麻粉0.5%,白糖1%,五彩养脏药茶106%,水适量,食用碱少量;
(7)五彩养脏杂粮蔬菜咸粥配方:红米面2%,红高粱面1%,黄玉米面2%,小米面1%,黄豆面1%,大米面2%,白玉米面1%,白扁豆面1%,豌豆面1%,螺旋藻粉0.3%,鲜芹菜泥2%,黑米面2%,黑豆面1%,荞麦面1%,燕麦面1%,炒熟黑芝麻粉0.4%,紫甘蓝泥2%,精盐0.3%,五彩养脏药茶106%,水适量,食用碱少量;

5、根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种天然五彩养脏杂粮瓜菜粥及制作方法,特征在于其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述称量一种天然五彩养脏杂粮瓜菜粥所需配料备用;
(2)将权利要求1或2或3或4之(8)所述的22味中草药分别洗净、切片、晾干,按常规分别制成中药饮片备用;
(3)将上述22味中药饮片置于同一容器中混合搅拌均匀,然后粉碎、搅匀、造粒、烘干、装袋、灭菌,制成每袋净重2-5克的五彩养脏药茶袋泡茶备用;
(4)用不锈钢锅将水煮沸,按每袋茶加水2-5升之比例添加五彩养脏药茶袋泡茶,改用文火煎煮25-30分钟,去残茶袋,即制成五彩养脏药茶备用;
(5)将如上所述的新鲜红薯、南瓜、山药、芹菜、紫甘蓝洗净,红薯去毛根,南瓜去种仁,山药去皮,芹菜去老叶,然后分别切碎、绞成瓜菜泥备用;
(6)将如上所述的黑芝麻洗净、去杂质、晾干,炒至7-8成熟,研末备用;
(7)将如上所述的红米面、红高粱面、红豆面、燕麦面、江米面、黄玉米面、小米面、大黄米面、黄豆面、大米面、白玉米面、白扁豆面、薏苡仁粉,绿豆面、豌豆面、螺旋藻粉、黑米面、黑豆面、荞麦面、炒熟黑芝麻粉和食用碱,分别置于7个容器中搅拌均匀,然后添加适量凉水搅匀,分别制成7种面糊备用;
(8)先用不锈钢锅将五彩养脏药茶和适量水煮沸,之后按配方需要分别将所述的7种面糊倒入锅中,用长勺不断搅匀、煮沸;然后再分别添加鲜红薯泥或南瓜泥、山药泥、芹菜泥、紫甘蓝泥,用长勺不断搅匀、煮沸,再改用文火煎熬3-5分钟熄火,待出锅之前按配方需要在粥中分别拌入白糖或精盐搅匀,即制成五彩鲜艳、营养均衡的活血养心红米红薯粥、健脾养胃黄玉米南瓜粥、养肺美肤白米山药粥、养肝明目绿豆芹菜粥、补肾益精黑米紫甘蓝粥、五彩养脏杂粮瓜菜甜粥和五彩养脏杂粮蔬菜咸粥。
