本发明属于药膳食品领域,尤其涉及一种甲子米。
背景技术
健康已经成为21世纪人们关注的最为重要的话题,高速发展的经济和人们生活节奏的加快,很多人处于亚健康状态,很多人夜以继日地工作,心里压力很大,心情经常烦躁,形成不良的饮食习惯和生活习惯,比如嗜食高脂肪、高蛋白、辛辣和刺激性的食物,暴饮暴食、不定时吃饭,喜欢熬夜等等,不规律的生活方式对机体的免疫力产生了极为不利的影响,特别是一些食品添加剂对健康的影响极大,导致很多人或多或少出现胃痛、胃酸、便秘等肠胃不适症状。中医对肠胃病,更强调的是调养,而且是长期调养。药物只能减轻一时的不适,并且还会产生副作用。而通过饮食进行调理,确是长远的养胃之举。
我们正常的饮食主食品种单一,营养均衡性差,一般常规饮食很难营养全面,长期可能造成营养不均衡,出现营养性疾患。目前市面上的五谷杂粮类产品,营养单一,不能满足人体营养的全面需求,而且缺乏营养复配的科学性与营养综合性。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种营养全面均衡,可以改善肠胃功能的甲子米。

上述的甲子米制备成甲子粥的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将芝麻、小黄米、南瓜子、葵瓜子、糙米、花生、绿豆、黄豆、红豆、黑豆、白米豆、核桃、百合、甜杏仁、莲子、薏米、淮山、黄芪、无花果、鸡内金、茯苓、玉竹、芡实、葛根、黑米清洗干净后,加入3-5倍量的水,浸泡;
(2)将浸泡好的原料和水一起倒入锅中,大火煮沸10min后,转为文火熬煮;
(3)加入燕麦、枸杞子、荞麦、龙眼肉、红枣、藜麦、玫瑰花、高粱继续熬煮,即可。
优选的,步骤(1)中浸泡时间为1-3小时。
优选的,步骤(2)中文火熬煮的时间为30-120min。
优选的,步骤(3)中熬煮的时间为30-60min。
上述的甲子米制备成甲子饭的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按上述重量份称取各原料,在60-80℃的条件下烘焙,磨粉;
(2)将大米洗净后,加入适量的水;
(3)称取50份的粉置于25份的大米上一起煮,煮熟后,搅拌均匀即可食用。芝麻:是中国主要油料作物之一,具有较高的应用价值。它的种子含油量高达55%,芝麻含有大量的脂肪和蛋白质,还有膳食纤维、糖类、维生素、卵磷脂、钙、铁、镁等营养成分。芝麻有补肝肾,益精血,润肠燥,通乳的功效。
小黄米:含有多种维生素、蛋白质、脂肪、糖类及钙、磷、铁等人体所必需的营养物质。同时又具有一定的药用价值。中医学认为,小米性味甘咸凉,入脾、胃、肾三经,具有滋阴养血、健胃除湿、益肾补虚及安神的功效,常作为妇女产后进补食物。
南瓜子:南瓜子含有丰富的氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸、维生素及胡萝卜素等营养成分。南瓜味甘、性温,入脾,胃经;具有补中益气,消炎止痛,解毒杀虫,降糖止渴的功效。
葵瓜子:葵花子有助于降低人体的血液胆固醇水平,对于贫血、动脉粥样硬化、高血压、冠心病有一定的预防功效。
糙米:糙米中维他命、矿物质与膳食纤维的含量丰富,中医认为糙米味甘、性温,具有健脾养胃、补中益气,调和五脏、镇静神经、促进消化吸收的功效。
燕麦:燕麦富含淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、B族维生素、尼克酸、叶酸、泛酸、钙、铁等营养成分,具有益肝和胃、养颜护肤等功效。燕麦还能够抗细菌、抗氧化的功效,在春季能够有效的增加人体的免疫力,抵抗流感。中医认为,麦芽味甘性平,能益脾养心、敛汗。
花生:花生果实含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、维生素A、维生素B6、维生素E、维生素K,以及矿物质钙、磷、铁等营养成分,含有8种人体所需的氨基酸及不饱和脂肪酸,含卵磷脂、胆碱、胡萝卜素、粗纤维等物质。花生具有抗老化性、凝血止血、滋血通乳、促进发育、增强记忆的功效。
绿豆:含蛋白质(主要是球蛋白类)、脂肪、碳水化合物、钙、磷、铁、维生素A、B、C,矿物质钙、磷、铁。绿豆的药理作用为降血脂、降胆固醇、抗过敏、抗菌、抗肿瘤、清热、消暑、利水、解毒、增强食欲、保肝护肾。
黄豆:黄豆味甘,性平,不温不燥,能健脾利湿,益血补虚,解毒。西医认为黄豆含优质蛋白质是自然界少有的,含有完全蛋白的食物,其含有人体所需的八种必需氨基酸,还含有丰富的生物活性物质,如大豆异黄酮、皂甙等这些活性物质对于维持人体健康起到不可或缺的作用。
红豆:性平,味甘、酸,具有清热解毒、健脾益胃、利尿消肿、通气除烦等功效。
黑豆:黑豆营养丰富,含有蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、微量元素等多种营养成分,同时又具有多种生物活性物质,如黑豆色素、黑豆多糖和异黄酮等,具有消肿下气、润肺清热、活血利水、祛风除痹、补血安神、明目健脾、补肾益阴、解毒的作用。
白米豆:味甘,性微温,能健脾除湿。
枸杞:味甘,性平。归肝、肾经。有良好的补肾益精,养血明目,强筋壮骨,保健强身,延缓衰老功效。
核桃:味甘,性平、温,入肾、肺、大肠经。可补肾、固精强腰、温肺定喘、润肠通便
荞麦:味甘、性凉;具有开胃宽肠,下气消积的功效。
百合:味甘,微苦;性微寒;入心、肺经。具有养阴润肺;清心安神的功效。
甜杏仁:甜杏仁,味甘性平;归肺、大肠经,具有润肺,平喘的功效。
莲子:味甘、涩,性平,归脾、肾、心经,具有补脾止泻,止带,益肾涩精,养心安神的功效。
薏米:性凉,味甘、淡,入脾、肺、肾经,具有利水、健脾、除痹、清热排脓的功效。
龙眼肉:味甘、性温。入心、脾经。具有补益心脾、养血宁神、健脾止泻、利尿消肿等功效。
红枣:维生素含量非常高,有“天然维生素丸”的美誉。红枣味甘性温、归脾胃经,有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功能。
淮山:营养丰富,药用价值极高。味甘,性平,具有益气养阴,补脾肺肾,固精止带的功效。
黄芪:黄芪味甘性温,归肺经,具有补气升阳、益卫固表的功效。
无花果:味甘,性凉;归肺,胃,大肠经。具有清热生津,健脾开胃,解毒消肿的功效。
鸡内金:甘,平,归脾、胃、小肠、膀胱经,具有健胃消食,涩精止遗,通淋化石的功效。
茯苓:味甘、淡,性平。归心、肺、脾、肾经,具有利水渗湿,健脾,宁心的功效。
芡实:味甘、涩,性平,归脾、肾经,具有益肾固精,补脾止泻,除湿止带的功效。
藜麦:其种子营养价值极高,蛋白质含量是大米的2倍多,尤其含有一般谷物缺少的赖氨酸,可以做为大米等粮食的替代品。煮熟后有独特的坚果香味。藜麦被誉为“谷物之母”,是一种高蛋白,低热量,零胆固醇的“全能”食物。藜麦属于易熟易消化食品,口感独特,有淡淡的坚果清香或者人参香,具有均衡补充营养、增强机体功能、修复体质、调节免疫和内分泌、提高机体应激能力、预防疾病、抗癌、减肥、辅助治疗等功效。
葛根:味甘、辛,性平,归脾、胃、肺、膀胱经。具有解肌退热,发表透诊,生津止渴,升阳止泻的功效。
黑米:性平,味甘,入脾、胃经;具有开胃益中、健脾活血,明目的功效。可抗衰老;补充人体需要的蛋白质、锰、锌等多种矿物质。

一种甲子米,包括以下按重量份计的原料,芝麻28份,小黄米25份,南瓜子14份,葵瓜子13份,糙米28份,燕麦25份,花生15份,绿豆8份,黄豆15份,红豆8份,黑豆10份,白米豆10份,枸杞20份,核桃21份,荞麦10份,百合18份,甜杏仁20份,莲子21份,薏米15份,龙眼肉18份,红枣20份,淮山18份,黄芪22份,无花果16份,鸡内金15份,茯苓15份,玉竹10份,芡实12份,藜麦5份,葛根7份,黑米5份,玫瑰花8份,高粱5份。将上述原料加水打成浆状,并煮熟。或者将上述原料,在60-80℃的条件下烘焙,磨粉,备用,将大米洗净后,加入适量的水;称取50份的粉置于25份的大米上一起煮,煮熟后,搅拌均匀即可食用。

上述甲子米制备成甲子粥的方法,包括以下步骤:

实施例4
欧某,女,自诉产前无便秘病史,产后便秘特别严重,使用开塞露,也无法排出。将100g的本发明甲子米打成豆浆后食用,2个小时后,宿便排出。患者月子期间,无食欲、易反胃,每天坚持食用甲子米,早晚各一次,每次50g,产后恢复好,气色佳,产后无肚腩。
刘某,女,长期肠胃不好,时而便秘时而泻肚子,多方求助,仍无法治愈。食用本发明的甲子米一个多月,每天早晚各一次,每次50g,没再出现便秘和泻肚子情况,睡眠也好了。
姚某,女,长期肠胃不好,大便不通畅,两三天才排便一次,并且大便干结;每次食用少量辣椒,胃部疼痛、不适。坚持食用本发明的甲子米两个月,每天早晚各一次,每次50g,肠胃功能明显得到改善,每天排便规律,并且食用辣椒胃部不再出现不适反应。
杨某,女,长期胃口不佳,且经前乳房胀痛严重。每天坚持食用本发明的甲子米,每天早晚各一次,每次50g,两个月后,自诉胃口变好,并且经前乳房不胀痛。
实施例5
本发明以习惯性便秘为例,选择确诊40例临床病例。诊断便秘的标准为:每周排便少于3次,或排便经常感到困难。在确诊的观察对象中,无其他严重疾病,男性20人,年龄20-50岁;女性20人;年龄20-50岁,长期受便秘困扰。本临床试验采用的疗效判定标准为:
(1)显效:症状明显改善,每天规律排便,排便通畅。
(2)有效:症状有所缓解。
(3)无效:症状无改善。
试验前1个月,停止其他治疗,服用本发明实施例1的产品,每天早晚各一次,每次50g,观察2个月。临床实验的40人中,显效35人,有效5人,无效0人,总有效率为100%。

(1)将芝麻、小黄米、南瓜子、葵瓜子、糙米、花生、绿豆、黄豆、红豆、黑豆、白米豆、核桃、百合、甜杏仁、莲子、薏米、淮山、黄芪、无花果、鸡内金、茯苓、玉竹、芡实、葛根、黑米清洗干净后,加入3-5倍量的水,浸泡;
(2)将浸泡好的原料和水一起倒入锅中,大火煮沸10min后,转为文火熬煮;
(3)加入燕麦、枸杞子、荞麦、龙眼肉、红枣、藜麦、玫瑰花、高粱继续熬煮,即可。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备成甲子粥的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中浸泡时间为1-3小时。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备成甲子粥的方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中文火熬煮的时间为30-120min。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制备成甲子粥的方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中熬煮的时间为30-60min。
10.权利要求1-5所述的甲子米制备成甲子饭的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份称取各原料,在60-80℃的条件下烘焙,磨粉;
(2)将大米洗净后,加入适量的水;
(3)将50份的粉置于25份的大米上一起煮,煮熟后,搅拌均匀即可食用。
