本发明公开了一种阿胶枸杞面粉及其制备方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:面粉200-280、番木瓜籽4-7、糯米粉15-18、榛子9-14、刺蒺藜果8-12、昆布5-10、阿胶4-5、枸杞粉8-15、冰糖6-9、苦瓜根1-2、牛蒡子1-2、玉竹2-3、苦瓜叶2-3、薰衣草1-2、鸡蛋花2-3、向日葵根1-3;本发明面粉,口感独特,清香丝甜,营养丰富,含有阿胶、枸杞成分,增加保健价值,与其他中药成分协同作用,具有补虚益精、补血滋阴、补脾益胃、清热解毒、强壮机体、抗衰老的功效,有益人体健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面粉,尤其涉及一种阿胶枸杞面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
当今社会,人们生活水平的不断提高,食品以精米、面为主,但由于精细加工,精粮损失了麸皮(小麦)、米糠(谷物),从而损失了其中的大量B族维生素以及可常溶性和非可溶性纤维素等营养物质。缺少这些营养素容易患很多慢性退行性病症等,如便秘、结肠癌、神经衰弱、贫血、糖尿病甚至心脑血管疾病、脚气病等等。本发明添加阿胶、枸杞等原料,最大程度保留营养成分,强化营养结构,增强保健功效,改善精制面粉的不足。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种阿胶枸杞面粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种阿胶枸杞面粉,由下述重量份的原料制成:面粉200-280、番木瓜籽4-7、糯米粉15-18、榛子9-14、刺蒺藜果8-12、昆布5-10、阿胶4-5、枸杞粉8-15、冰糖6-9、苦瓜根1-2、牛蒡子1-2、玉竹2-3、苦瓜叶2-3、薰衣草1-2、鸡蛋花2-3、向日葵根1-3。
所述的阿胶枸杞面粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将刺蒺藜果去刺洗净,与洗净昆布一起破碎打浆,再加适量水研磨,得到浆液过120-160目筛,去渣,液体冷冻干燥研磨成粉,得冻干粉;
(2)、将番木瓜籽除杂,在温水中浸泡4-8小时,捞出冲洗沥干,加水煮制熟透,捞出烘干,与榛子一起入锅炒制出香,破碎研磨成粉,得籽仁粉;
(3)、将苦瓜根、牛蒡子、玉竹、向日葵根等中药原料混合破碎,加8-12倍水煎煮2-3小时,过滤去渣,滤液,加入切制成块状的阿胶和冰糖,熬煮成稠状,冷冻干燥,研磨成粉,得保健阿胶粉;
(4)、将保健阿胶粉、籽仁粉、冻干粉与其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得。

一种阿胶枸杞面粉,由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:面粉280、番木瓜籽7、糯米粉18、榛子12、刺蒺藜果9、昆布10、阿胶4、枸杞粉12、冰糖8、苦瓜根1、牛蒡子1、玉竹3、苦瓜叶2、薰衣草1、鸡蛋花3、向日葵根2。
所述的阿胶枸杞面粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将刺蒺藜果去刺洗净,与洗净昆布一起破碎打浆,再加适量水研磨,得到浆液过160目筛,去渣,液体冷冻干燥研磨成粉,得冻干粉;
(2)、将番木瓜籽除杂,在温水中浸泡6小时,捞出冲洗沥干,加水煮制熟透,捞出烘干,与榛子一起入锅炒制出香,破碎研磨成粉,得籽仁粉;
(3)、将苦瓜根、牛蒡子、玉竹、向日葵根等中药原料混合破碎,加12倍水煎煮3小时,过滤去渣,滤液,加入切制成块状的阿胶和冰糖,熬煮成稠状,冷冻干燥,研磨成粉,得保健阿胶粉;
(4)、将保健阿胶粉、籽仁粉、冻干粉与其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得。

1.一种阿胶枸杞面粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:面粉200-280、番木瓜籽4-7、糯米粉15-18、榛子9-14、刺蒺藜果8-12、昆布5-10、阿胶4-5、枸杞粉8-15、冰糖6-9、苦瓜根1-2、牛蒡子1-2、玉竹2-3、苦瓜叶2-3、薰衣草1-2、鸡蛋花2-3、向日葵根1-3。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的阿胶枸杞面粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将刺蒺藜果去刺洗净,与洗净昆布一起破碎打浆,再加适量水研磨,得到浆液过120-160目筛,去渣,液体冷冻干燥研磨成粉,得冻干粉;
(2)、将番木瓜籽除杂,在温水中浸泡4-8小时,捞出冲洗沥干,加水煮制熟透,捞出烘干,与榛子一起入锅炒制出香,破碎研磨成粉,得籽仁粉;
