本发明公开了一种樱桃滋补面粉及其制备方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:小麦粉200-250、牛奶10-20、杏鲍菇8-10、樱桃15-20、猕猴桃10-15、红枣10-13、桃花4-6、玫瑰花2-3、瓜蒌皮1-2、益母草1-2、白芍2-3、补血草2-3、黄芪1-2、五味子1-2、三七花2-3;本发明面粉,改善营养构成、平衡营养,促进人体对营养物质的全面消化吸收;配方中含有桃花、玫瑰花成分,提香同时具有活血通络、润泽皮肤的功效,还增加其他中药保健成分,瓜蒌皮可以润肺,益母草可以活血解毒,补血草可以温中健脾,滋补强壮,滋补保健功能显著,适合女性人群食用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面粉,尤其涉及一种樱桃滋补面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
当今社会,人们生活水平的不断提高,食品以精米、面为主,但由于精细加工,精粮损失了麸皮(小麦)、米糠(谷物),从而损失了其中的大量B族维生素以及可常溶性和非可溶性纤维素等营养物质。缺少这些营养素容易患很多慢性退行性病症等,如便秘、结肠癌、神经衰弱、贫血、糖尿病甚至心脑血管疾病、脚气病等等。本发明添加樱桃等原料,最大程度保留营养成分,强化营养结构,增强滋补保健功效,改善精制面粉的不足。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种樱桃滋补面粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种樱桃滋补面粉,由下述重量份的原料制成:小麦粉200-250、牛奶10-20、杏鲍菇8-10、樱桃15-20、猕猴桃10-15、红枣10-13、桃花4-6、玫瑰花2-3、瓜蒌皮1-2、益母草1-2、白芍2-3、补血草2-3、黄芪1-2、五味子1-2、三七花2-3。
    所述的樱桃滋补面粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将樱桃、猕猴桃、红枣处理得果肉合并,加0.5-1.5倍水打制成浆,在65-80℃焖润0.5-1.5小时,过滤去渣,渣末再次加水研磨,再次过滤,合并滤液,滤液冷冻干燥研磨成粉,得果粉;
(2)、将桃花、玫瑰花除杂,放入含有8-10%食醋的溶液中浸泡1-2小时,捞出沥干,与洗净切片杏鲍菇一起入笼蒸熟,研磨成浆,加入牛奶搅匀,煮至沸腾,冷冻干燥研磨成粉,得营养奶粉;
(3)、将瓜蒌皮、益母草、白芍、补血草、三七花等剩余中药原料混匀,加6-12倍水煎煮1.5-3小时,过滤去渣,滤液浓缩至稠膏状,冷冻干燥研磨成粉体,得中药粉;
(4)、将中药粉、营养奶粉、果粉与其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得樱桃滋补面粉。    
    与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:
本发明面粉,改善营养构成、平衡营养,促进人体对营养物质的全面消化吸收;配方中含有桃花、玫瑰花成分,提香同时具有活血通络、润泽皮肤的功效,还增加其他中药保健成分,瓜蒌皮可以润肺,益母草可以活血解毒,补血草可以温中健脾,滋补强壮,滋补保健功能显著,适合女性人群食用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种樱桃滋补面粉,由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:小麦粉250、牛奶20、杏鲍菇10、樱桃20、猕猴桃15、红枣10、桃花6、玫瑰花3、瓜蒌皮1、益母草1、白芍3、补血草2、黄芪2、五味子2、三七花3。
    所述的樱桃滋补面粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将樱桃、猕猴桃、红枣处理得果肉合并,加1.5倍水打制成浆,在80℃焖润1.5小时,过滤去渣,渣末再次加水研磨,再次过滤,合并滤液,滤液冷冻干燥研磨成粉,得果粉;
(2)、将桃花、玫瑰花除杂,放入含有10%食醋的溶液中浸泡2小时,捞出沥干,与洗净切片杏鲍菇一起入笼蒸熟,研磨成浆,加入牛奶搅匀,煮至沸腾,冷冻干燥研磨成粉,得营养奶粉;
(3)、将瓜蒌皮、益母草、白芍、补血草、三七花等剩余中药原料混匀,加12倍水煎煮3小时,过滤去渣,滤液浓缩至稠膏状,冷冻干燥研磨成粉体,得中药粉;
(4)、将中药粉、营养奶粉、果粉与其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得樱桃滋补面粉。

Claims (2)

1.一种樱桃滋补面粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:小麦粉200-250、牛奶10-20、杏鲍菇8-10、樱桃15-20、猕猴桃10-15、红枣10-13、桃花4-6、玫瑰花2-3、瓜蒌皮1-2、益母草1-2、白芍2-3、补血草2-3、黄芪1-2、五味子1-2、三七花2-3。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的樱桃滋补面粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将樱桃、猕猴桃、红枣处理得果肉合并,加0.5-1.5倍水打制成浆,在65-80℃焖润0.5-1.5小时,过滤去渣,渣末再次加水研磨,再次过滤,合并滤液,滤液冷冻干燥研磨成粉,得果粉;
(2)、将桃花、玫瑰花除杂,放入含有8-10%食醋的溶液中浸泡1-2小时,捞出沥干,与洗净切片杏鲍菇一起入笼蒸熟,研磨成浆,加入牛奶搅匀,煮至沸腾,冷冻干燥研磨成粉,得营养奶粉;
