本发明公开了一种抗疲劳保健全麦面粉及其制备方法,是由下述原料制成:全麦面粉、紫甘蓝粉、松针超微粉、紫米、咖啡粉、玛卡、枇杷果肉、红巧梅、抹茶粉、胡桃叶、番红花、五味子、甜菊叶、余甘子、灵芝、鸡骨草、石菖蒲、黑皮根、海参肽、葡萄酒适量;本发明面粉,可加工制作各种面食,清香浓郁,引人食欲同时提神醒脑,风味独特;配方中含有胡桃叶具有抗菌抗炎的作用,增长食品保质期,番红花可以解郁安神,松针成分可以安神助眠,石菖蒲可以醒神益智,配伍合理,达到改善体质,增强睡眠质量,增强抗疲劳的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面粉,尤其涉及一种抗疲劳保健全麦面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
面粉是一种由小麦磨成的粉末,为最常见的食品原料之一。随着生活水平的提高,消费者对面制食品的风味性、特色性、营养性提出新要求。开发使用方便、满足制作多种食品要求的面包粉、面条粉、蛋糕粉、自发粉等常规专用面粉是面粉行业新的研究方向。但单一小麦制得的面粉,因其成分单一而限制其营养保健价值,本发明提供一种添加提神、健体成分原料的面粉,具有抗疲劳的功效,丰富了面粉的食用功能。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种抗疲劳保健全麦面粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗疲劳保健全麦面粉,由下述重量份的原料制成:全麦面粉180-250、紫甘蓝粉5-9、松针超微粉3-5、紫米10-12、咖啡粉4-6、玛卡6-10、枇杷果肉5-10、红巧梅6-8、抹茶粉4-6、胡桃叶1-2、番红花1-3、五味子2-3、甜菊叶3-4、余甘子1-2、灵芝1-2、鸡骨草2-3、石菖蒲1-2、黑皮根1-2、海参肽2-4、葡萄酒适量。
所述的抗疲劳保健全麦面粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将玛卡、枇杷果肉、红巧梅洗净合并,破碎研磨成浆,与浆液重量的0.5-2倍的红酒搅拌均匀,在0-8℃密封静置3-5天,过滤去渣,滤液冷冻干燥,研磨成粉得玛卡果粉;
(2)、将胡桃叶、番红花、五味子、甜菊叶、黑皮根等中药原料混合,加6-10倍水,煎煮1.5-3小时,过滤去渣,得滤液,与冲洗沥干紫米混匀,浸泡3-5小时,加水煮沸10-20分钟,研磨成浆,与抹茶粉、松针超微粉搅拌均匀,继续文火熬煮至稠状,冷冻干燥,研磨至200-300目,得保健紫米粉;
(3)、将保健紫米粉、玛卡果粉与其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得抗疲劳保健全麦面粉。

本发明面粉,可加工制作各种面食,清香浓郁,引人食欲同时提神醒脑,风味独特;配方中含有胡桃叶具有抗菌抗炎的作用,增长食品保质期,番红花可以解郁安神,松针成分可以安神助眠,石菖蒲可以醒神益智,配伍合理,达到改善体质,增强睡眠质量,增强抗疲劳的作用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种抗疲劳保健全麦面粉,由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:全麦面粉220、紫甘蓝粉9、松针超威粉4、紫米12、咖啡粉5、玛卡10、枇杷果肉10、红巧梅6、抹茶粉5、胡桃叶1、番红花2、五味子2、甜菊叶3、余甘子1、灵芝1、鸡骨草2、石菖蒲2、黑皮根1、海参肽3、葡萄酒适量。
所述的抗疲劳保健全麦面粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将玛卡、枇杷果肉、红巧梅洗净合并,破碎研磨成浆,与浆液重量的1倍的红酒搅拌均匀,在5℃密封静置4天,过滤去渣,滤液冷冻干燥,研磨成粉得玛卡果粉;
(2)、将胡桃叶、番红花、五味子、甜菊叶、黑皮根等中药原料混合,加8倍水,煎煮2.5小时,过滤去渣,得滤液,与冲洗沥干紫米混匀,浸泡4小时,加水煮沸20分钟,研磨成浆,与抹茶粉、松针超威粉搅拌均匀,继续文火熬煮至稠状,冷冻干燥,研磨至300目,得保健紫米粉;
(3)、将保健紫米粉、玛卡果粉与其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得抗疲劳保健全麦面粉。
Claims (2)
1.一种抗疲劳保健全麦面粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:全麦面粉180-250、紫甘蓝粉5-9、松针超微粉3-5、紫米10-12、咖啡粉4-6、玛卡6-10、枇杷果肉5-10、红巧梅6-8、抹茶粉4-6、胡桃叶1-2、番红花1-3、五味子2-3、甜菊叶3-4、余甘子1-2、灵芝1-2、鸡骨草2-3、石菖蒲1-2、黑皮根1-2、海参肽2-4、葡萄酒适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的抗疲劳保健全麦面粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将玛卡、枇杷果肉、红巧梅洗净合并,破碎研磨成浆,与浆液重量的0.5-2倍的红酒搅拌均匀,在0-8℃密封静置3-5天,过滤去渣,滤液冷冻干燥,研磨成粉得玛卡果粉;
(2)、将胡桃叶、番红花、五味子、甜菊叶、黑皮根等中药原料混合,加6-10倍水,煎煮1.5-3小时,过滤去渣,得滤液,与冲洗沥干紫米混匀,浸泡3-5小时,加水煮沸10-20分钟,研磨成浆,与抹茶粉、松针超微粉搅拌均匀,继续文火熬煮至稠状,冷冻干燥,研磨至200-300目,得保健紫米粉;
(3)、将保健紫米粉、玛卡果粉与其他剩余原料混合均匀,即得抗疲劳保健全麦面粉。
