本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种杂粮粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的进步和经济的发展,人们的饮食结构也发生了重大变化,精细主食及肉类显著增多,杂粮谷物、蔬菜等相对减少。粗粮含有丰富的营养素,其中某些微量元素,例如铁、镁、锌、硒的含量要比细粮多一些。如豆类中富含优质蛋白;小米富含色氨酸、胡萝卜素;薯类含胡萝卜素和维生素C。此外,粗粮还有减肥之功效,如玉米中含有大量的镁,镁可加强肠壁蠕动,促进机体废物的排泄,对于减肥非常有利。杂粮中均含有较多的膳食纤维素,膳食纤维素经过代谢的作用,可以促进肠蠕动,增强排泄功能。最重要的是,常吃杂粮可以防治心脑血管疾病、高血糖、糖尿病等多种疾病,有利于人体健康。适量食用杂粮是保持健康的不二选择,但因其口感较为粗糙,不易被人们广泛接受,本发明将多种杂粮谷物、天然健康的有益食材及中草药成分有机结合,制作出口感良好、营养健康的食疗保健产品,很好的解决了细粮营养不均衡、杂粮口感粗糙等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种枣香营养杂粮粉及其制备方法,方便人们的生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:枣香营养杂粮粉由以下重量份的原料组成:干红枣35-36、荞麦200-204、金丝瓜13-14、花豆22-23、吊瓜子仁7-8、巴旦木3-4、沙棘果20-21、黑心乌30-31、豇豆15-16、鸡腿菇11-12、朱蕉花2-3、樱桃核1-2、蜂巢3-4、附地菜1-2、保健添加剂8-9、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:芦荟粉45-47、榴莲粉20-21、辣椒籽粉13-14、海藻粉25-26、菠菜粉22-23、魔芋精粉8-9、灵芝4-5、韭菜根2-3、陈皮11-12、茼麻子3-4、马鞭草6-7、腊梅花4-5、水适量。
本发明的枣香营养杂粮粉制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)朱蕉花、樱桃核、蜂巢、附地菜加入足量的水文火煎煮3-4小时,滤去残渣,喷雾干燥后得中草药保健粉;
(2)挑拣除去荞麦、花豆中的杂质,淘洗干净后加水浸泡10-12小时,捞出沥干水分后拌入步骤(1)中的中草药保健粉,混合均匀后置于蒸汽锅中蒸制2-3小时,冷凉后烘干磨粉,得混合杂粮粉;
(3)干红枣去核,吊瓜子仁、巴旦木取果仁,金丝瓜取瓜丝,沙棘果、黑心乌、豇豆、鸡腿菇用清水洗净,加适量水打磨成浆,用小火熬煮成细滑泥状,得果蔬营养糊;
(4)将上述步骤制得的混合杂粮粉、果蔬营养糊及其他剩余原料倒入搅拌罐中,加适量水搅拌均匀,加热糊化后烘干磨粉,过70-80目筛,分装即可。
另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将灵芝、韭菜根、陈皮、茼麻子、马鞭草、腊梅花加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀静置2-3小时后用烘干机烘干,研磨成细粉即可。

其中保健添加剂由以下重量份(千克)的原料组成:芦荟粉45、榴莲粉20、辣椒籽粉14、海藻粉26、菠菜粉22、魔芋精粉8、灵芝5、韭菜根2、陈皮11、茼麻子3、马鞭草7、腊梅花4、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)朱蕉花、樱桃核、蜂巢、附地菜加入足量的水文火煎煮4小时,滤去残渣,喷雾干燥后得中草药保健粉;
(2)挑拣除去荞麦、花豆中的杂质,淘洗干净后加水浸泡12小时,捞出沥干水分后拌入步骤(1)中的中草药保健粉,混合均匀后置于蒸汽锅中蒸制3小时,冷凉后烘干磨粉,得混合杂粮粉;

2.根据权利要求l所述的枣香营养杂粮粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
