背景技术
大米口感好、易消化,食用量大,长久以来都是人们餐桌上的主食,但大米中各种营养素的单个含量不是很高,且大米蛋白质中赖氨酸和苏氨酸的含量较少,营养成分有所欠缺,大米单一的口感及营养成分已经不能满足所有人对主食的需求。经过长期的实践调配,将多种杂粮、果蔬及有益中草药成分与大米的营养相结合,可提高米制品特殊的营养价值,从而能够满足人们对于营养、美味、健康主食的需求,具有很好的发展前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种五谷养生复合保健米及其制备方法,方便人们的生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:五谷养生复合保健米由以下重量份的原料组成:粳米320-326、芸豆38-40、大麦仁45-46、大黄米22-23、铁棍山药17-18、补血菜26-27、红豆19-20、芡实11-12、板栗仁27-28、榆树钱14-15、柿饼9-10、花生芽22-23、黑芝麻酱5-6、小茴香菜11-12、大豆粉25-26、牛肉粉7-8、淡菜13-14、雪樱子24-25、香蜂花2-3、泥胡菜4-5、北沙参1-2、保健添加剂12-13、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:马蹄粉34-35、番茄粉20-21、桃仁粉17-18、荞麦粉25-26、芦荟粉11-12、海藻粉4-5、桑葚汁20-21、决明子6-7、黄精2-3、薏苡仁9-10、金线莲1-2、枳实3-4、黄芪花2-3、水适量。
本发明的五谷养生复合保健米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)选取新鲜无虫无霉变的铁棍山药去皮洗净,切片烘干,冷却后与芸豆、芡实磨粉过50-60目筛,得混合粗粮粉,备用;
(2)去除淡菜、大麦仁、大黄米、红豆、板栗仁中的杂质,洗净浸泡8-10小时直至完全泡发,捞出置于笼屉中备用,锅内放入香蜂花、泥胡菜、北沙参,加足量水煮开,将盛有食材的笼屉置于锅中密封熏蒸3-4小时,取出笼屉待食材冷却后加适量水打磨成浆,得营养浓浆;
(3)补血菜、花生芽、榆树钱、小茴香菜、雪樱子洗净,用开水焯烫熟后捞出冷凉与柿饼加适量水打磨成浆,得果蔬浓浆;
(4)粳米磨粉过50-60目筛,与步骤(1)混合粗粮粉、步骤(2)营养浓浆、步骤(3)的果蔬浓浆及其他剩余成分加适量水糊化制粒,干燥即可。

制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选取新鲜无虫无霉变的铁棍山药去皮洗净,切片烘干,冷却后与芸豆、芡实磨粉过60目筛,得混合粗粮粉,备用;
