其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:马蹄粉34-35、番茄粉20-21、桃仁粉17-18、荞麦粉25-26、芦荟粉11-12、海藻粉4-5、桑葚汁20-21、决明子6-7、黄精2-3、薏苡仁9-10、金线莲1-2、枳实3-4、黄芪花2-3、水适量。

(1)选取新鲜无虫无霉变的芡实、黑豆洗净,晾干后磨粉过50-60目筛,得混合粗粮粉,备用;
(2)去除青稞、发菜中的杂质,洗净浸泡8-10小时直至完全泡发,捞出置于笼屉中备用,锅内放入木芙蓉花、双肾参、结香花、榴莲壳,加足量水煮开,将盛有食材的笼屉置于锅中密封熏蒸3-4小时,取出笼屉待食材冷却后加适量水打磨成浆,得营养浓浆;
(3)荔枝取果肉,莲藕去皮洗净切小丁,金针菇、香芹、竹荪、鲜紫苏叶、地耳、藤三七嫩叶洗净,用开水焯烫熟后捞出冷凉加适量水打磨成浆,得果蔬浓浆;
(4)粳米磨粉过50-60目筛,与步骤(1)混合粗粮粉、步骤(2)营养浓浆、步骤(3)的果蔬浓浆及其他剩余成分加适量水糊化制粒,干燥即可。
