本发明公开了一种补血养颜的营养大米及其制备方法,是由粳米、糯米、树仔菜、花生仁、山核桃仁、地瓜叶、辣椒籽粉、鸭血、拐枣、芭蕉芋、牛肉松、芦荟、莲子粉、黑豆、火腿肉、蕨菜、灯笼果、黄芪、海马、月见草、葛花等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:本发明提供了一种补血养颜的营养大米及其生产方法,本发明方法操作简单,配方合理,原料来源广,由于在原料中增加了多种中药保健成分,使得本发明产品不仅具有爽滑软糯的口感,还具有益气补血、美容养颜的保健功效。

一种补血养颜的营养大米及其制备方法
发明领域
本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合米制品及其制备方法。
背景技术
大米口感好、易消化,长久以来都是人们的主食,但大米单一的口感及营养成分已不能满足所有人对主食的需求。大米是补充营养素的基础食物,除了富含碳水化合物外,还含有蛋白质、脂肪、维生素及11种矿物质,能为人体提供全面的营养,但大米中各种营养素的单个含量不是很高,且大米蛋白质中赖氨酸和苏氨酸的含量较少,所以不是一种完全蛋白质,营养成分有所欠缺。将大米与杂粮、果蔬等食材相结合,在不破坏食材原有营养的条件下进行深加工,磨粉或打浆后重新制粒做成复合大米,不仅具有大米的外形和口感,方便食用且营养更加丰富,美味健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种补血养颜的营养大米及其制备方法,方便人们的生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:补血养颜的营养大米由以下重量份的原料组成:粳米430-440、糯米85-86、树仔菜30-32、花生仁15-16、山核桃仁28-30、地瓜叶30-31、辣椒籽粉2-3、鸭血11-12、拐枣20-22、芭蕉芋30-32、牛肉松15-16、芦荟24-25、莲子粉17-18、黑豆30-32、火腿肉17-18、蕨菜22-23、灯笼果10-12、黄芪2-3、海马1-2、月见草1-2、葛花4-5、保健添加剂15-16、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:燕麦麸皮粉46-48、白芸豆粉22-23、鹿角霜15-16、玉米淀粉11-12、草莓粉6-7、椰汁13-14、紫苏叶4-5、冬瓜皮2-3、芭蕉根1-2、杜仲叶3-4、黄芪花2-3、水适量。
本发明的补血养颜的营养大米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)选取新鲜无虫无霉变的芭蕉芋洗净去皮,切片烘干,冷却后与花生仁磨粉过50-60目筛,得混合粗粮粉,备用;
(2)去除黑豆中的杂质,洗净浸泡8-10小时直至完全泡发,捞出后与洗净的山核桃仁、鸭血、火腿肉置于笼屉中备用,锅内放入黄芪、海马、月见草、葛花,加足量水煮开,将盛有食材的笼屉置于锅中密封熏蒸3-4小时,取出笼屉待食材冷却后加适量水打磨成浆,得营养浓浆;
(3)拐枣、芦荟、灯笼果取果肉,蕨菜、树仔菜、地瓜叶洗净,用开水焯烫熟后捞出冷凉加适量水打磨成浆,得果蔬浓浆;
(4)粳米、糯米磨粉过50-60目筛,与步骤(1)混合粗粮粉、步骤(2)营养浓浆、步骤(3)的果蔬浓浆及其他剩余成分加适量水糊化制粒,干燥即可。
    另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将紫苏叶、冬瓜皮、芭蕉根、杜仲叶、黄芪花加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀静置2-3小时后用烘干机烘干,研磨成细粉即可。

具体实施方式
补血养颜的营养大米,由以下重量份(千克)的原料组成:
粳米440、糯米85、树仔菜30、花生仁16、山核桃仁30、地瓜叶30、辣椒籽粉2、鸭血11、拐枣20、芭蕉芋32、牛肉松15、芦荟24、莲子粉18、黑豆30、火腿肉17、蕨菜22、灯笼果10、黄芪2、海马1、月见草1、葛花5、保健添加剂16、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份(千克)的原料组成:燕麦麸皮粉48、白芸豆粉22、鹿角霜15、玉米淀粉12、草莓粉7、椰汁13、紫苏叶4、冬瓜皮2、芭蕉根1、杜仲叶3、黄芪花2、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选取新鲜无虫无霉变的芭蕉芋洗净去皮,切片烘干,冷却后与花生仁磨粉过60目筛,得混合粗粮粉,备用;
(2)去除黑豆中的杂质,洗净浸泡10小时直至完全泡发,捞出后与洗净的山核桃仁、鸭血、火腿肉置于笼屉中备用,锅内放入黄芪、海马、月见草、葛花,加足量水煮开,将盛有食材的笼屉置于锅中密封熏蒸4小时,取出笼屉待食材冷却后加适量水打磨成浆,得营养浓浆;
(3)拐枣、芦荟、灯笼果取果肉,蕨菜、树仔菜、地瓜叶洗净,用开水焯烫熟后捞出冷凉加适量水打磨成浆,得果蔬浓浆;
(4)粳米、糯米磨粉过50目筛,与步骤(1)混合粗粮粉、步骤(2)营养浓浆、步骤(3)的果蔬浓浆及其他剩余成分加适量水糊化制粒,干燥即可。

1.一种补血养颜的营养大米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:粳米430-440、糯米85-86、树仔菜30-32、花生仁15-16、山核桃仁28-30、地瓜叶30-31、辣椒籽粉2-3、鸭血11-12、拐枣20-22、芭蕉芋30-32、牛肉松15-16、芦荟24-25、莲子粉17-18、黑豆30-32、火腿肉17-18、蕨菜22-23、灯笼果10-12、黄芪2-3、海马1-2、月见草1-2、葛花4-5、保健添加剂15-16、水适量;其中保健添加剂由下列重量份的原料组成:燕麦麸皮粉46-48、白芸豆粉22-23、鹿角霜15-16、玉米淀粉11-12、草莓粉6-7、椰汁13-14、紫苏叶4-5、冬瓜皮2-3、芭蕉根1-2、杜仲叶3-4、黄芪花2-3、水适量;制备方法为:将紫苏叶、冬瓜皮、芭蕉根、杜仲叶、黄芪花加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀静置2-3小时后用烘干机烘干,研磨成细粉即可。
2.根据权利要求l所述的补血养颜的营养大米的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)选取新鲜无虫无霉变的芭蕉芋洗净去皮,切片烘干,冷却后与花生仁磨粉过50-60目筛,得混合粗粮粉,备用;
(2)去除黑豆中的杂质,洗净浸泡8-10小时直至完全泡发,捞出后与洗净的山核桃仁、鸭血、火腿肉置于笼屉中备用,锅内放入黄芪、海马、月见草、葛花,加足量水煮开,将盛有食材的笼屉置于锅中密封熏蒸3-4小时,取出笼屉待食材冷却后加适量水打磨成浆,得营养浓浆;
(3)拐枣、芦荟、灯笼果取果肉,蕨菜、树仔菜、地瓜叶洗净,用开水焯烫熟后捞出冷凉加适量水打磨成浆,得果蔬浓浆;
(4)粳米、糯米磨粉过50-60目筛,与步骤(1)混合粗粮粉、步骤(2)营养浓浆、步骤(3)的果蔬浓浆及其他剩余成分加适量水糊化制粒,干燥即可。
