本发明公开了一种胡萝卜营养复合米及其制备方法,是由大米、胡萝卜、糯米粉、马齿苋、韭黄、大黄米、杨桃、红酒、枸杞、苹果粉、余甘果、香菇、牛蒡根、薏米、核桃仁、罗勒、红菜、木耳菜、三七花、紫苏叶、鹿角胶、金雀花等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:本发明的胡萝卜营养复合米制作工艺简单,制得的大米不仅口感好、色泽诱人、营养丰富,而且具有一定的补虚益肾、润肠通便的作用,适异多数人群食用。

本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合米及其制备方法。
背景技术
大米口感好、易消化,长久以来一直作为人们的主食,但精制的大米蛋白质中赖氨酸和苏氨酸的含量较少,所以不是一种完全蛋白质,其营养价值有所欠缺。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养价值的要求也越来越高,大米单一的口感及营养成分已不能满足所有人对主食的需求。本发明将多种天然食材及中草药成分与大米进行复配,从而提供给米制品特殊的营养价值,研究出营养均衡、味道鲜美、口感好的大米制品,从而确保能够满足人们对于高营养主食的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种胡萝卜营养复合米及其制备方法,方便人们的生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:胡萝卜营养复合米由以下重量份的原料组成:大米300-310、胡萝卜65-68、糯米粉40-42、马齿苋24-25、韭黄14-15、大黄米33-35、杨桃27-28、红酒5-6、枸杞4-5、苹果粉12-13、余甘果22-23、香菇15-16、牛蒡根11-12、薏米28-30、核桃仁16-17、罗勒2-3、红菜20-21、木耳菜13-14、三七花2-3、紫苏叶4-5、鹿角胶1-2、金雀花2-3、保健添加剂11-12、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:小扁豆粉30-32、芡实粉13-14、糙米粉25-26、大蒜粉9-10、山药粉17-18、桑白皮1-2、当归叶3-4、油蒿2-3、月见草4-5、玄参叶2-3、北沙参2-3、海螵鞘1-2、水适量。
本发明的胡萝卜营养复合米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)胡萝卜、牛蒡根洗净去皮后切块,三七花、紫苏叶、鹿角胶、金雀花用纱布包起,一同用小火煮制3-4小时,去除纱布包,胡萝卜、牛蒡连同汤水冷却至室温后打磨成浆,得胡萝卜牛蒡浓浆;
(2)马齿苋、韭黄、香菇、罗勒、红菜、木耳菜洗净后用开水焯烫熟后捞出冷凉加适量水打磨成浆,得蔬菜浆液;
(3)杨桃、余甘果取果肉,与枸杞、核桃仁加适量水打磨成混合水果浆液;
(4)大米、大黄米、薏米、磨粉过50-60目筛,与步骤(1)胡萝卜牛蒡浓浆、步骤(2)蔬菜浆液、步骤(3)的混合水果浆液及其他剩余成分加适量水糊化制粒,干燥即可。
另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将桑白皮、当归叶、油蒿、月见草、玄参叶、北沙参、海螵鞘加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀静置2-3小时后用烘干机烘干,研磨成细粉即可。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的胡萝卜营养复合米制作工艺简单,制得的大米不仅口感好、色泽诱人、营养丰富,而且具有一定的补虚益肾、润肠通便的作用,适异多数人群食用。
具体实施方式
胡萝卜营养复合米,由以下重量份(千克)的原料组成:
大米300、胡萝卜68、糯米粉40、马齿苋25、韭黄14、大黄米35、杨桃28、红酒5、枸杞4、苹果粉12、余甘果23、香菇16、牛蒡根12、薏米30、核桃仁16、罗勒2、红菜20、木耳菜13、三七花2、紫苏叶5、鹿角胶1、金雀花2、保健添加剂12、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份(千克)的原料组成:小扁豆粉32、芡实粉14、糙米粉25、大蒜粉9、山药粉17、桑白皮1、当归叶4、油蒿2、月见草5、玄参叶2、北沙参3、海螵鞘1、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)胡萝卜、牛蒡根洗净去皮后切块,三七花、紫苏叶、鹿角胶、金雀花用纱布包起,一同用小火煮制4小时,去除纱布包,胡萝卜、牛蒡连同汤水冷却至室温后打磨成浆,得胡萝卜牛蒡浓浆;
(2)马齿苋、韭黄、香菇、罗勒、红菜、木耳菜洗净后用开水焯烫熟后捞出冷凉加适量水打磨成浆,得蔬菜浆液;
(3)杨桃、余甘果取果肉,与枸杞、核桃仁加适量水打磨成混合水果浆液;
(4)大米、大黄米、薏米、磨粉过60目筛,与步骤(1)胡萝卜牛蒡浓浆、步骤(2)蔬菜浆液、步骤(3)的混合水果浆液及其他剩余成分加适量水糊化制粒,干燥即可。

2.根据权利要求l所述的胡萝卜营养复合米的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)胡萝卜、牛蒡根洗净去皮后切块,三七花、紫苏叶、鹿角胶、金雀花用纱布包起,一同用小火煮制3-4小时,去除纱布包,胡萝卜、牛蒡连同汤水冷却至室温后打磨成浆,得胡萝卜牛蒡浓浆;
(2)马齿苋、韭黄、香菇、罗勒、红菜、木耳菜洗净后用开水焯烫熟后捞出冷凉加适量水打磨成浆,得蔬菜浆液;
