本发明公开了一种黑豆补益米及其制备方法,是由大米、黑豆、无花果、红米、玉米粉、美藤果、鹰嘴豆、梨肉、泥螺肉、枸杞芽、春菜、黄牛茶、凤仙花、狼尾草、蓟根草、赤灵芝等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:黑豆含有丰富的花青素、维生素E、矿物质,但因其难煮且不易消化,食用过多会造成胀气。本发明将黑豆加工处理后与其他食材相结合,不仅改善了口感,且增加了营养,具有保健作用,适合广大消费群体。

本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种保健米及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养价值的要求也越来越高。虽然杂粮营养丰富,含有丰富的纤维素、维生素、矿物质的营养成分,但因杂粮口感较粗糙,且不易被消化,所以难以得到更广泛的应用。因此,粗粮应细作,以满足人们对丰富营养的追求。大米口感好、易消化,长久以来都是人们的主食,但大米单一的口感及营养成分已不能满足所有人对主食的需求。本发明经过长期的实践调配,研究出美味、营养的复合米,将多种粗粮、蔬菜及有益中草药成分与大米的营养相结合,提高了米制品特殊的营养价值,从而能够满足人们对于营养、美味且有养生保健功效的主食的需求,具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种黑豆补益米及其制备方法,方便人们的生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:黑豆补益米由以下重量份的原料组成:大米200-210、黑豆40-42、无花果12-13、红米7-8、玉米粉32-34、美藤果10-11、鹰嘴豆14-15、梨肉20-21、泥螺肉5-6、枸杞芽13-14、春菜24-25、黄牛茶2-3、凤仙花1-2、狼尾草1-2、蓟根草2-3、赤灵芝1-2、保健添加剂6-7、水适量。其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:芡实粉24-25、黑乌龙茶粉6-8、绿豆粉20-22、蔷薇果2-3、金钱草1-2、豇豆叶9-10、大蓟4-5、鳖甲1-2、蜂房3-4、冬瓜皮6-7、珍珠菜10-12、野胡萝卜根5-6、水适量。
本发明的黑豆补益米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)黄牛茶、凤仙花、狼尾草、蓟根草、赤灵芝加适量水煎煮2-3次,每次40-50分钟,滤去残渣合并煎煮液,继续加热20-30分钟,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)黑豆、红米、美藤果、鹰嘴豆炒熟后磨粉,加入步骤(1)中的中药浓缩液混合均匀,浸泡半小时,盛入密封容器内隔水蒸30-40分钟,得营养粉;
(3)无花果、枸杞芽、春菜洗净,与梨肉、泥螺肉加适量水打磨成混合浆液;
(4)大米磨粉过50-60目筛,与步骤(2)营养粉搅拌混合均匀,再与步骤(3)的混合浆液及其他剩余成分加适量水混合均匀后糊化制粒,干燥即可。
另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将蔷薇果、金钱草、豇豆叶、大蓟、鳖甲、蜂房、冬瓜皮、珍珠菜、野胡萝卜根加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀后用小火翻炒至完全干燥既得。
本发明中的美藤果为大戟科植物美藤果的果实,有降血脂,改善代谢,美容养颜,提高免疫力的作用,是很好的保健食物;黄牛茶为藤黄科黄牛木属的植物,有解暑清热,利湿消滞的作用。
本发明的有益效果:黑豆含有丰富的花青素、维生素E、矿物质,但因其难煮且不易消化,食用过多会造成胀气。本发明将黑豆加工处理后与其他食材相结合,不仅改善了口感,且增加了营养,具有保健作用,适合广大消费群体。
具体实施方式
黑豆补益米,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
大米200、黑豆42、无花果13、红米7、玉米粉32、美藤果10、鹰嘴豆15、梨肉20、泥螺肉6、枸杞芽13、春菜25、黄牛茶2、凤仙花2、狼尾草1、蓟根草2、赤灵芝1、保健添加剂6、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:芡实粉25、黑乌龙茶粉8、绿豆粉20、蔷薇果3、金钱草2、豇豆叶10、大蓟5、鳖甲1、蜂房3、冬瓜皮7、珍珠菜12、野胡萝卜根6、水适量。
本发明的黑豆补益米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)黄牛茶、凤仙花、狼尾草、蓟根草、赤灵芝加适量水煎煮3次,每次50分钟,滤去残渣合并煎煮液,继续加热30分钟,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)黑豆、红米、美藤果、鹰嘴豆炒熟后磨粉,加入步骤(1)中的中药浓缩液混合均匀,浸泡半小时,盛入密封容器内隔水蒸30分钟,得营养粉;
(3)无花果、枸杞芽、春菜洗净,与梨肉、泥螺肉加适量水打磨成混合浆液;
(4)大米磨粉过60目筛,与步骤(2)营养粉搅拌混合均匀,再与步骤(3)的混合浆液及其他剩余成分加适量水混合均匀后糊化制粒,干燥即可。

1.一种黑豆补益米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:大米200-210、黑豆40-42、无花果12-13、红米7-8、玉米粉32-34、美藤果10-11、鹰嘴豆14-15、梨肉20-21、泥螺肉5-6、枸杞芽13-14、春菜24-25、黄牛茶2-3、凤仙花1-2、狼尾草1-2、蓟根草2-3、赤灵芝1-2、保健添加剂6-7、水适量;其中保健添加剂由下列重量份的原料组成:芡实粉24-25、黑乌龙茶粉6-8、绿豆粉20-22、蔷薇果2-3、金钱草1-2、豇豆叶9-10、大蓟4-5、鳖甲1-2、蜂房3-4、冬瓜皮6-7、珍珠菜10-12、野胡萝卜根5-6、水适量;制备方法为:将蔷薇果、金钱草、豇豆叶、大蓟、鳖甲、蜂房、冬瓜皮、珍珠菜、野胡萝卜根加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀后用小火翻炒至完全干燥既得。
2.根据权利要求l所述的黑豆补益米的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)黄牛茶、凤仙花、狼尾草、蓟根草、赤灵芝加适量水煎煮2-3次,每次40-50分钟,滤去残渣合并煎煮液,继续加热20-30分钟,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)黑豆、红米、美藤果、鹰嘴豆炒熟后磨粉,加入步骤(1)中的中药浓缩液混合均匀,浸泡半小时,盛入密封容器内隔水蒸30-40分钟,得营养粉;
(3)无花果、枸杞芽、春菜洗净,与梨肉、泥螺肉加适量水打磨成混合浆液;
