本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种保健米及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养价值的要求也越来越高。虽然杂粮营养丰富,含有丰富的纤维素、维生素、矿物质的营养成分,但因杂粮口感较粗糙,且不易被消化,所以难以得到更广泛的应用。因此,粗粮应细作,以满足人们对丰富营养的追求。大米口感好、易消化,长久以来都是人们的主食,但大米单一的口感及营养成分已不能满足所有人对主食的需求。本发明经过长期的实践调配,研究出美味、营养的复合米,将多种粗粮、蔬菜及有益中草药成分与大米的营养相结合,提高了米制品特殊的营养价值,从而能够满足人们对于营养、美味且有养生保健功效的主食的需求,具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种洋葱保健大米及其制备方法,方便人们的生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:洋葱保健大米由以下重量份的原料组成:大米240-250、紫色洋葱22-23、玉米粉34-35、红薯40-42、红芸豆10-12、杏鲍菇7-8、沙棘果13-14、乌梅肉2-3、麦胚5-6、柏子仁1-2、山楂叶2-3、兔耳风2-3、花生叶1-2、茯苓3-4、保健添加剂8-9、水适量。其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:杏仁粉32-33、百合粉11-12、黄酒6-7、苦瓜粉2-3、炙黄芪1-2、金樱子4-5、枳椇子10-12、玫瑰茄5-6、红参须1-2、菱角壳3-4、紫花地丁7-8、青钱柳叶1-2、水适量。
本发明的洋葱保健大米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)柏子仁、山楂叶、兔耳风、花生叶、茯苓加适量水煎煮2-3次,每次40-50分钟,滤去残渣合并煎煮液,继续加热20-30分钟,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)红芸豆、麦胚炒熟后磨粉,加入步骤(1)中的中药浓缩液混合均匀,浸泡半小时,盛入密封容器内隔水蒸30-40分钟,得营养粉;
(3)紫色洋葱、红薯去皮,杏鲍菇、沙棘果、乌梅肉洗净,加适量水打磨成混合浆液;
(4)大米磨粉过50-60目筛,与步骤(2)营养粉搅拌混合均匀,再与步骤(3)的混合浆液及其他剩余成分加适量水混合均匀后糊化制粒,干燥即可。
另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将炙黄芪、金樱子、枳椇子、玫瑰茄、红参须、菱角壳、紫花地丁、青钱柳叶根加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀后用小火翻炒至完全干燥既得。
本发明中的兔耳风为菊科植物长穗兔耳风的全草,入药有养阴清肺、祛瘀止血的作用;

具体实施方式
洋葱保健大米,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
大米240、紫色洋葱22、玉米粉35、红薯40、红芸豆10、杏鲍菇8、沙棘果14、乌梅肉2、麦胚6、柏子仁1、山楂叶3、兔耳风2、花生叶1、茯苓3、保健添加剂8、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:杏仁粉32、百合粉12、黄酒6、苦瓜粉2、炙黄芪1、金樱子5、枳椇子12、玫瑰茄6、红参须2、菱角壳4、紫花地丁7、青钱柳叶1、水适量。
本发明的洋葱保健大米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)柏子仁、山楂叶、兔耳风、花生叶、茯苓加适量水煎煮2次,每次50分钟,滤去残渣合并煎煮液,继续加热20分钟,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)红芸豆、麦胚炒熟后磨粉,加入步骤(1)中的中药浓缩液混合均匀,浸泡半小时,盛入密封容器内隔水蒸40分钟,得营养粉;
(3)紫色洋葱、红薯去皮,杏鲍菇、沙棘果、乌梅肉洗净,加适量水打磨成混合浆液;
(4)大米磨粉过60目筛,与步骤(2)营养粉搅拌混合均匀,再与步骤(3)的混合浆液及其他剩余成分加适量水混合均匀后糊化制粒,干燥即可。

1.一种洋葱保健大米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:大米240-250、紫色洋葱22-23、玉米粉34-35、红薯40-42、红芸豆10-12、杏鲍菇7-8、沙棘果13-14、乌梅肉2-3、麦胚5-6、柏子仁1-2、山楂叶2-3、兔耳风2-3、花生叶1-2、茯苓3-4、保健添加剂8-9、水适量;其中保健添加剂由下列重量份的原料组成:杏仁粉32-33、百合粉11-12、黄酒6-7、苦瓜粉2-3、炙黄芪1-2、金樱子4-5、枳椇子10-12、玫瑰茄5-6、红参须1-2、菱角壳3-4、紫花地丁7-8、青钱柳叶1-2、水适量;制备方法为:将炙黄芪、金樱子、枳椇子、玫瑰茄、红参须、菱角壳、紫花地丁、青钱柳叶加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀后用小火翻炒至完全干燥既得。
2.根据权利要求l所述的洋葱保健大米的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)柏子仁、山楂叶、兔耳风、花生叶、茯苓加适量水煎煮2-3次,每次40-50分钟,滤去残渣合并煎煮液,继续加热20-30分钟,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)红芸豆、麦胚炒熟后磨粉,加入步骤(1)中的中药浓缩液混合均匀,浸泡半小时,盛入密封容器内隔水蒸30-40分钟,得营养粉;
(3)紫色洋葱、红薯去皮,杏鲍菇、沙棘果、乌梅肉洗净,加适量水打磨成混合浆液;
