本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合米制品及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们的饮食结构也发生了诸多改变,精细粮食、肉类及富含脂肪的食物在日常饮食中增加了很大的比重。随之而来的是缺失人体必须的纤维素和部分维生素、矿物质及其他微量之素,再加上营养结构的不均衡,身体锻炼的减少,造成了罹患糖尿病、高血压、高血脂等慢性疾病的人群迅速增加。为了解决这个问题,改善饮食结构是必要手段。本发明将多种天然绿色健康食材及有益中草药成分相结合,添加进人们日常的主食中,重新制粒成型,使得本发明的大米方便食用,营养也得到的极大的提高,同时还具有食疗保健作用,改善了人们日常饮食结构不平衡的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种温中暖胃的花椒叶保健大米及其制备方法,方便人们的生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:温中暖胃的花椒叶保健大米由以下重量份的原料组成:粳米320-330、鲜花椒叶21-22、木豆45-46、鹰嘴豆28-30、杏仁粉14-15、洛神果17-18、牛油果4-5、金花菜24-25、糖桂花5-6、马齿苋13-14、鸡蛋粉9-10、黄秋葵花蕾4-5、红芸豆粉15-16、山茱萸3-4、帝王花2-3、人参叶2-3、保健添加剂11-12、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:紫薯全粉40-43、茶花粉11-12、大麦粉35-36、莲子粉21-22、姜粉7-8、百合粉13-14、薏仁粉22-23、车前子2-3、柚子皮7-8、柏子仁4-5、刀豆壳3-4、买麻藤1-2、水适量。
本发明的温中暖胃的花椒叶保健大米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)山茱萸、帝王花、人参叶加入适量的水小火煎煮2-3小时,滤去残渣,继续熬煮浓缩40-50分钟,得浓缩中草药浆;
(2)粳米、木豆、鹰嘴豆去除杂质,清水淘洗2-3次,加入步骤(1)得到的浓缩中草药浆和足量的水浸泡6-8小时,捞出后烘干磨粉,得保健粳米粉;
(3)金花菜、马齿苋、黄秋葵花蕾洗净,打磨成浆后加入杏仁粉、鸡蛋粉、红芸豆粉搅拌均匀,滚揉和成面团,压制成片,烘烤后破碎成粉,得营养添加粉;
(4)洛神果、牛油果取果肉,鲜花椒叶洗净,加适量的水榨汁,滤去残渣,得鲜榨果蔬汁;
(5)将保健粳米粉、营养添加粉、鲜榨果蔬汁及其他剩余成分加入适量的水混合均匀,倒入搅拌罐中充分搅拌,加热糊化后送入制粒机中制粒,再经烘干、筛分、灭菌包装即可。
另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将车前子、柚子皮、柏子仁、刀豆壳、买麻藤加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀静置2-3小时后用烘干机烘干,研磨成细粉即可。

其中保健添加剂由以下重量份(千克)的原料组成:紫薯全粉40、茶花粉12、大麦粉35、莲子粉21、姜粉7、百合粉13、薏仁粉22、车前子2、柚子皮8、柏子仁5、刀豆壳3、买麻藤1、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)山茱萸、帝王花、人参叶加入适量的水小火煎煮2小时,滤去残渣,继续熬煮浓缩50分钟,得浓缩中草药浆;
(2)粳米、木豆、鹰嘴豆去除杂质,清水淘洗3次,加入步骤(1)得到的浓缩中草药浆和足量的水浸泡8小时,捞出后烘干磨粉,得保健粳米粉;

1.一种温中暖胃的花椒叶保健大米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:粳米320-330、鲜花椒叶21-22、木豆45-46、鹰嘴豆28-30、杏仁粉14-15、洛神果17-18、牛油果4-5、金花菜24-25、糖桂花5-6、马齿苋13-14、鸡蛋粉9-10、黄秋葵花蕾4-5、红芸豆粉15-16、山茱萸3-4、帝王花2-3、人参叶2-3、保健添加剂11-12、水适量;其中保健添加剂由下列重量份的原料组成:紫薯全粉40-43、茶花粉11-12、大麦粉35-36、莲子粉21-22、姜粉7-8、百合粉13-14、薏仁粉22-23、车前子2-3、柚子皮7-8、柏子仁4-5、刀豆壳3-4、买麻藤1-2、水适量;制备方法为:将车前子、柚子皮、柏子仁、刀豆壳、买麻藤加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀静置2-3小时后用烘干机烘干,研磨成细粉即可。
2.根据权利要求l所述的温中暖胃的花椒叶保健大米的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)山茱萸、帝王花、人参叶加入适量的水小火煎煮2-3小时,滤去残渣,继续熬煮浓缩40-50分钟,得浓缩中草药浆;
(2)粳米、木豆、鹰嘴豆去除杂质,清水淘洗2-3次,加入步骤(1)得到的浓缩中草药浆和足量的水浸泡6-8小时,捞出后烘干磨粉,得保健粳米粉;
