本发明公开了一种具有健脾益气功效的复合营养米及其制备方法,是由粳米、黑米、小扁豆、沙棘、山药豆、蚕豆、黄花菜、薏米、红毛丹、蒲公英、枸杞叶、蜂王浆、花椒油、无花果、白芸豆、葡萄干、节节花、决明子、牡蛎壳等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:本发明具有健脾益气功效的复合营养米,配方搭配合理,营养丰富均衡,煮熟后香糯软嫩,口感独特;配方中还添加了有益中药成份,不仅能健胃消食、补中益气,而且还具有提高机体功能,强身健体的作用。

发明领域
本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合米制品及其制备方法。
背景技术
大米口感好、易消化,食用量大,长久以来都是人们餐桌上的主食,但大米中各种营养素的单个含量不是很高,且大米蛋白质中赖氨酸和苏氨酸的含量较少,营养成分有所欠缺,大米单一的口感及营养成分已经不能满足所有人对主食的需求。经过长期的实践调配,将多种杂粮、果蔬及有益中草药成分与大米的营养相结合,可提高米制品特殊的营养价值,从而能够满足人们对于营养、美味、健康主食的需求,具有很好的发展前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种具有健脾益气功效的复合营养米及其制备方法,方便人们的生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:具有健脾益气功效的复合营养米由以下重量份的原料组成:粳米220-225、黑米85-86、小扁豆32-33、沙棘14-15、山药豆21-22、蚕豆30-32、黄花菜11-12、薏米35-36、红毛丹16-17、蒲公英24-25、枸杞叶21-22、蜂王浆9-10、花椒油3-4、无花果15-16、白芸豆27-28、葡萄干11-12、节节花1-2、决明子3-4、牡蛎壳2-3、保健添加剂9-10、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:马蹄粉34-35、番茄粉20-21、桃仁粉17-18、荞麦粉25-26、芦荟粉11-12、海藻粉4-5、桑葚汁20-21、决明子6-7、黄精2-3、薏苡仁9-10、金线莲1-2、枳实3-4、当归叶2-3、水适量。
本发明的具有健脾益气功效的复合营养米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)选取新鲜无虫无霉变的蚕豆、薏米洗净晾干后磨粉过50-60目筛,得混合粗粮粉,备用;
(2)去除小扁豆、白芸豆中的杂质,洗净浸泡8-10小时直至完全泡发,捞出后与洗净的山药豆、葡萄干置于笼屉中备用,锅内放入节节花、决明子、牡蛎壳,加足量水煮开,将盛有食材的笼屉置于锅中密封熏蒸3-4小时,取出笼屉待食材冷却后加适量水打磨成浆,得营养浓浆;
(3)黄花菜洗净泡发,无花果、红毛丹取果肉,沙棘、蒲公英、枸杞叶洗净,用开水焯烫熟后捞出冷凉加适量水打磨成浆,得果蔬浓浆;
(4)粳米、黑米磨粉过50-60目筛,与步骤(1)混合粗粮粉、步骤(2)营养浓浆、步骤(3)的果蔬浓浆及其他剩余成分加适量水糊化制粒,干燥即可。
    另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将决明子、黄精、薏苡仁、金线莲、枳实、当归叶加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀静置2-3小时后用烘干机烘干,研磨成细粉即可。
本发明的有益效果:本发明具有健脾益气功效的复合营养米,配方搭配合理,营养丰富均衡,煮熟后香糯软嫩,口感独特;配方中还添加了有益中药成份,不仅能健胃消食、补中益气,而且还具有提高机体功能,强身健体的作用。
具体实施方式
具有健脾益气功效的复合营养米,由以下重量份(千克)的原料组成:
粳米225、黑米86、小扁豆32、沙棘15、山药豆22、蚕豆32、黄花菜12、薏米36、红毛丹17、蒲公英25、枸杞叶22、蜂王浆10、花椒油3、无花果15、白芸豆28、葡萄干12、节节花1、决明子3、牡蛎壳2、保健添加剂10、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份(千克)的原料组成:马蹄粉35、番茄粉20、桃仁粉18、荞麦粉25、芦荟粉11、海藻粉5、桑葚汁20、决明子6、黄精2、薏苡仁10、金线莲1、枳实3、当归叶2、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选取新鲜无虫无霉变的蚕豆、薏米洗净晾干后磨粉过60目筛,得混合粗粮粉,备用;
(2)去除小扁豆、白芸豆中的杂质,洗净浸泡10小时直至完全泡发,捞出后与洗净的山药豆、葡萄干置于笼屉中备用,锅内放入节节花、决明子、牡蛎壳,加足量水煮开,将盛有食材的笼屉置于锅中密封熏蒸3小时,取出笼屉待食材冷却后加适量水打磨成浆,得营养浓浆;

(4)粳米、黑米磨粉过50目筛,与步骤(1)混合粗粮粉、步骤(2)营养浓浆、步骤(3)的果蔬浓浆及其他剩余成分加适量水糊化制粒,干燥即可。

1.一种具有健脾益气功效的复合营养米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:粳米220-225、黑米85-86、小扁豆32-33、沙棘14-15、山药豆21-22、蚕豆30-32、黄花菜11-12、薏米35-36、红毛丹16-17、蒲公英24-25、枸杞叶21-22、蜂王浆9-10、花椒油3-4、无花果15-16、白芸豆27-28、葡萄干11-12、节节花1-2、决明子3-4、牡蛎壳2-3、保健添加剂9-10、水适量;其中保健添加剂由下列重量份的原料组成:马蹄粉34-35、番茄粉20-21、桃仁粉17-18、荞麦粉25-26、芦荟粉11-12、海藻粉4-5、桑葚汁20-21、决明子6-7、黄精2-3、薏苡仁9-10、金线莲1-2、枳实3-4、当归叶2-3、水适量;制备方法为:将决明子、黄精、薏苡仁、金线莲、枳实、当归叶加适量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣后得中草药液,继续加热浓缩至原中草药液体积的十分之一;与其他剩余成分混合均匀静置2-3小时后用烘干机烘干,研磨成细粉即可。
2.根据权利要求l所述的具有健脾益气功效的复合营养米的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
