本发明公开了一种补中益气养生保健米及其制备方法,是由籼米、香米、南瓜、皂角米、芡实、无花果、菠萝蜜、芦蒿、牛肚、海参、椴树蜂蜜、人参、防风、刺藜等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:营养丰富同时具有补中益气、养胃健脾固肾的功能作用;同时具有增加食欲的作用,适合胃口不佳、体质虚弱、免疫力低下等亚健康人群食用,其他人群食之也能强身健体。

本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合米及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,公知的大米,均是将稻谷收割后,采用米机先将稻谷脱壳成糙米,再将糙米经米机加工成精米,由于精米外观光亮,手感好,口感也好,一直被人们所接受,但是其稻谷在由糙米被加工成精米时,米中绝大部分的营养价值均被机器加工时洗去了,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养价值的要求也越来越高。大米单一的口感及营养成分已不能满足所有人对主食的需求。市场上复合营养米的出现,因可以满足不同人群对于营养物质的需求而受到青睐。目前市场上的配合营养米品种主要包括:降血糖营养米、谷物配合营养米、荞麦配合营养米等等,均是利用现有的优势作物资源为原料,与大米进行复配,从而提供给米制品特殊的营养价值。本发明经过长期的实践调配,研究出美味、营养的复合米,以确保能够满足人们对于高营养方便米的需求,具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种补中益气养生保健米及其制备方法,促进人体健康,满足人们对养生保健的追求,丰富人们的物质文化生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:补中益气养生保健米由以下重量份的原料组成:籼米160-170、香米50-54、南瓜32-35、皂角米30-32、芡实16-18、无花果15-16、菠萝蜜12-14、芦蒿25-26、牛肚14-15、海参6-8、椴树蜂蜜10-12、人参2-3、防风1-2、刺藜2-3、保健营养添加剂4-5、水适量。其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:豌豆粉30-35、蜂王浆冻干粉8-10、灵芝粉4-5、雪樱子2-3、紫苏叶7-8、益智仁1-2、韭菜籽5-6、栀子2-3、沙棘6-8、柠檬草3-4、石榴皮5-6、米糠10-12、水适量。
本发明的补中益气养生保健米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)皂角米、芡实去除杂质后用清水漂洗干净,加6-10倍量水浸泡8-12小时,加滤去浸泡剩余的残液后再加适量清水打磨成浆,得料a;
(2)籼米、香米用清水洗净晾干,磨粉过60-80目筛,得料b;
(3)南瓜、无花果、菠萝蜜取果肉,芦蒿、牛肚、海参用清水洗净,加4-5倍量水一同煮熟,冷凉后打磨成浆,得料c;
(4)人参、防风、刺藜加6-8倍量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣得到中药提取液;
(5)料a、料b、料c、中药提取液、椴树蜂蜜、保健添加剂及其他剩余成分倒入搅拌罐中充分搅拌均匀,加热糊化后送入制粒机中制粒,充分干燥后冷却,分袋包装。
另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将雪樱子、紫苏叶、益智仁、韭菜籽、栀子、沙棘、柠檬草、石榴皮、米糠加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

具体实施方式
补中益气养生保健米,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
籼米160、香米50、南瓜35、皂角米30、芡实16、无花果15、菠萝蜜12、芦蒿25、牛肚15、海参8、椴树蜂蜜12、人参2、防风1、刺藜3、保健营养添加剂5、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:豌豆粉32、蜂王浆冻干粉8、灵芝粉5、雪樱子3、紫苏叶8、益智仁1、韭菜籽6、栀子2、沙棘8、柠檬草3、石榴皮6、米糠12、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)皂角米、芡实去除杂质后用清水漂洗干净,加10倍量水浸泡8小时,加滤去浸泡剩余的残液后再加适量清水打磨成浆,得料a;
(2)籼米、香米用清水洗净晾干,磨粉过80目筛,得料b;
(3)南瓜、无花果、菠萝蜜取果肉,芦蒿、牛肚、海参用清水洗净,加5倍量水一同煮熟,冷凉后打磨成浆,得料c;
(4)人参、防风、刺藜加8倍量水煎煮1小时,滤去残渣得到中药提取液;
(5)料a、料b、料c、中药提取液、椴树蜂蜜、保健添加剂及其他剩余成分倒入搅拌罐中充分搅拌均匀,加热糊化后送入制粒机中制粒,充分干燥后冷却,分袋包装。

1.一种补中益气养生保健米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:籼米160-170、香米50-54、南瓜32-35、皂角米30-32、芡实16-18、无花果15-16、菠萝蜜12-14、芦蒿25-26、牛肚14-15、海参6-8、椴树蜂蜜10-12、人参2-3、防风1-2、刺藜2-3、保健营养添加剂4-5、水适量;其中保健营养添加剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:豌豆粉30-35、蜂王浆冻干粉8-10、灵芝粉4-5、雪樱子2-3、紫苏叶7-8、益智仁1-2、韭菜籽5-6、栀子2-3、沙棘6-8、柠檬草3-4、石榴皮5-6、米糠10-12、水适量;制备方法为:将雪樱子、紫苏叶、益智仁、韭菜籽、栀子、沙棘、柠檬草、石榴皮、米糠加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
2.根据权利要求l所述的补中益气养生保健米的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
