本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合营养米及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,公知的大米,均是将稻谷收割后,采用米机先将稻谷脱壳成糙米,再将糙米经米机加工成精米,由于精米外观光亮,手感好,口感也好,一直被人们所接受,但是其稻谷在由糙米被加工成精米时,米中绝大部分的营养价值均被机器加工时洗去了,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养价值的要求也越来越高。大米单一的口感及营养成分已不能满足所有人对主食的需求。市场上复合营养米的出现,因可以满足不同人群对于营养物质的需求而受到青睐。目前市场上的配合营养米品种主要包括:降血糖营养米、谷物配合营养米、荞麦配合营养米等等,均是利用现有的优势作物资源为原料,与大米进行复配,从而提供给米制品特殊的营养价值。本发明经过长期的实践调配,研究出美味、营养的复合米,以确保能够满足人们对于高营养方便米的需求,具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种苦荞复合保健米及其制备方法,以增加复合营养米的品种,促进人体健康、丰富人们的生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:苦荞复合保健米由以下重量份的原料组成:苦荞米400-410、糯米120-125、燕麦140-150、花生50-54、鹰嘴豆20-22、亚麻籽仁10-12、桂圆肉25-26、魔芋32-35、南瓜花6-8、刺藜2-3、草莓叶3-4、树舌1-2、红茶粉8-10、保健添加剂5-6、水适量。其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:百合粉30-35、山楂粉10-12、葡萄籽粉8-10、黄瓜籽2-3、皂角米7-8、炙甘草1-2、火麻仁5-6、藕节2-3、虫草花3-4、枇杷叶5-6、薏仁油10-12、水适量。
本发明的苦荞复合保健米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)苦荞米、糯米、燕麦去除杂质后用清水漂洗干净,加6-10倍量水浸泡8-12小时,加适量水打磨成浆,得料a;
(2)花生、鹰嘴豆、亚麻籽仁洗净晾干,磨粉过60-80目筛,得料b;
(3)魔芋洗净去皮,和桂圆肉加4-5倍量水煮熟,冷凉后打磨成浆,得料c;
(4)南瓜花、刺藜、草莓叶、树舌加6-8倍量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣得到中药提取液;
(5)料a、料b、料c、中药提取液、红茶粉、保健添加剂及其他剩余成分倒入搅拌罐中充分搅拌均匀,加热糊化后送入制粒机中制粒,充分干燥后冷却,分袋包装。
另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将黄瓜籽、皂角米、炙甘草、火麻仁、藕节、虫草花、枇杷叶加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

其中保健添加剂由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:百合粉35、山楂粉10、葡萄籽粉8、黄瓜籽2、皂角米8、炙甘草2、火麻仁6、藕节2、虫草花4、枇杷叶5、薏仁油10、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)苦荞米、糯米、燕麦去除杂质后用清水漂洗干净,加10倍量水浸泡8小时,加适量水打磨成浆,得料a;
(2)花生、鹰嘴豆、亚麻籽仁洗净晾干,磨粉过80目筛,得料b;
(3)魔芋洗净去皮,和桂圆肉加4倍量水煮熟,冷凉后打磨成浆,得料c;
(4)南瓜花、刺藜、草莓叶、树舌加8倍量水煎煮1小时,滤去残渣得到中药提取液;
(5)料a、料b、料c、中药提取液、红茶粉、保健添加剂及其他剩余成分倒入搅拌罐中充分搅拌均匀,加热糊化后送入制粒机中制粒,充分干燥后冷却,分袋包装。

1.一种苦荞复合保健米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:苦荞米400-410、糯米120-125、燕麦140-150、花生50-54、鹰嘴豆20-22、亚麻籽仁10-12、桂圆肉25-26、魔芋32-35、南瓜花6-8、刺藜2-3、草莓叶3-4、树舌1-2、红茶粉8-10、保健添加剂5-6、水适量;其中保健添加剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:百合粉30-35、山楂粉10-12、葡萄籽粉8-10、黄瓜籽2-3、皂角米7-8、炙甘草1-2、火麻仁5-6、藕节2-3、虫草花3-4、枇杷叶5-6、薏仁油10-12、水适量;制备方法为:将黄瓜籽、皂角米、炙甘草、火麻仁、藕节、虫草花、枇杷叶加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
2.根据权利要求l所述的苦荞复合保健米的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)苦荞米、糯米、燕麦去除杂质后用清水漂洗干净,加6-10倍量水浸泡8-12小时,加适量水打磨成浆,得料a;
(2)花生、鹰嘴豆、亚麻籽仁洗净晾干,磨粉过60-80目筛,得料b;
