米是人们最重要的主食之一,众所周知,米提供给人体日常活动所必须的淀粉及其他微量营养物质,但除此之外,普通的米没有其他的辅助功能。人们对养生的关注,催生了保健米的生产。

本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种红茶黄豆保健米及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种红茶黄豆保健米,由以下重量份原料制成:粳米280-300、扁豆50-60、黄豆100-120、红茶粉10-15、西谷椰子淀粉60-70、黑木耳粉40-50、猪肉50-60、干贝肉40-50、牛奶80-90、熟地5-7、白芍4-6、何首乌5-7、人参4-6、布渣叶3-5、薇菜3-4、白背黄花稔2-3、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:黑芝麻粉45-55、沙棘粉35-40、雪莲菌25-30、纳豆10-15、米酒40-50、葡萄籽6-8、西洋参6-8、女贞子2-3、异叶茴芹1-2、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将雪莲菌、纳豆洗净,放入锅中,加入米酒,加热煮透,将其打成浆并喷雾干燥成粉;
(2)将葡萄籽、西洋参、女贞子、异叶茴芹用5-9倍量的水提取,得到提取物,喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;将中药粉与步骤1的粉、黑芝麻粉、沙棘粉混匀即可。
一种红茶黄豆保健米的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粳米、扁豆、黄豆洗净,沥干水后放入锅中炒熟后送入超微粉机中制粉,得到米粉备用;

所述食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:黑芝麻粉45-55、沙棘粉35-40、雪莲菌25-30、纳豆10-15、米酒40-50、葡萄籽6-8、西洋参6-8、女贞子2-3、异叶茴芹1-2、水适量;
