背景技术
米是人们最重要的主食之一,众所周知,米提供给人体日常活动所必须的淀粉及其他微量营养物质,但除此之外,普通的米没有其他的辅助功能。人们对养生的关注,催生了保健米的生产。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种黑豆枸杞补肾保健米及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种黑豆枸杞补肾保健米,由以下重量份原料制成:粳米200-230、黑米130-150、黑豆80-100、淡竹叶汁40-50、羊肉40-50、黄酒50-60、海参35-40、发菜30-40、黑枣30-40、蓝莓50-60、菱角淀粉70-80、枸杞6-8、黄精5-7、淫羊藿6-7、杜仲5-6、巴戟天4-5、胡桃肉5-7、黑茴香籽2-3、灰菜2-3、食品添加剂8-10、粽叶足量、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:洋葱粉30-40、蛋白粉10-15、三文鱼肉40-50、山楂果肉30-35、乳酸菌5-6、覆盆子叶6-8、艾叶4-6、紫苏叶4-6、襄荷嫩芽3-4、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将三文鱼肉、山楂果肉洗净,搅碎后放入发酵瓶中,加乳酸菌,在35-38℃下发酵2-3天,得到发酵物,碾磨成浆液备用;
(2)将覆盆子叶、艾叶、紫苏叶、襄荷嫩芽用5-8倍量的水提取,得到提取物,将提取物与步骤1的浆液、洋葱粉、蛋白粉混合,搅匀即可。

(5)将杂粮粉、步骤2中的粉、步骤3的汁、提取物、菱角淀粉、食品添加剂混合,加适量水,搅拌均匀后送入造粒机中造粒,再烘干即可。
