背景技术
米是人们最重要的主食之一,众所周知,米提供给人体日常活动所必须的淀粉及其他微量营养物质,但除此之外,普通的米没有其他的辅助功能。人们对养生的关注,催生了保健米的生产。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种清热解毒的海藻米及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种清热解毒的海藻米,由以下重量份原料制成:粳米280-300、蚕豆100-120、绿豆70-80、鸭肉60-70、茼蒿30-40、丝瓜30-40、木瓜足量、荸荠淀粉60-70、香蕉粉60-70、海藻粉30-40、葛根6-8、连翘7-8、板蓝根7-8、石膏5-7、蒲公英5-7、苦芙苗4-5、漏芦根苗4-5、蠡实3-4、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:洋葱粉30-40、蛋白粉10-15、三文鱼肉40-50、山楂果肉30-35、乳酸菌5-6、覆盆子叶6-8、芒果叶4-6、紫苏叶4-6、襄荷嫩芽3-4、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将三文鱼肉、山楂果肉洗净,搅碎后放入发酵瓶中,加乳酸菌,在35-38℃下发酵2-3天,得到发酵物,碾磨成浆液备用;
(2)将覆盆子叶、芒果叶、紫苏叶、襄荷嫩芽用5-8倍量的水提取,得到提取物,将提取物与步骤1的浆液、洋葱粉、蛋白粉混合,搅匀即可。
一种清热解毒的海藻米的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粳米、蚕豆、绿豆洗净,放入锅中,加适量水煮熟,然后取出晒干,碾磨成粉备用;
(2)将鸭肉、茼蒿、丝瓜洗净,放入搅碎机中搅碎,得到混合物;将木瓜洗净去籽,装入混合物,加适量水,将木瓜至于蒸屉中蒸至木瓜汁融入混合物中,取出木瓜中所有物料,充分碾磨,得到浆液备用;
(3)将葛根、连翘、板蓝根、石膏、蒲公英、苦芙苗、漏芦根苗、蠡实用5-9倍量的水提取,得到提取物备用;
(4)将步骤1的粉、步骤2的浆液、提取物、荸荠淀粉、香蕉粉、海藻粉混合,加适量水,搅拌均匀后送入造粒机中造粒,再烘干即可。

食品添加剂,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:洋葱粉30、蛋白粉10、三文鱼肉40、山楂果肉30、乳酸菌5、覆盆子叶6、芒果叶4、紫苏叶4、襄荷嫩芽3、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将三文鱼肉、山楂果肉洗净,搅碎后放入发酵瓶中,加乳酸菌,在35℃下发酵2天,得到发酵物,碾磨成浆液备用;
(2)将覆盆子叶、芒果叶、紫苏叶、襄荷嫩芽用5倍量的水提取,得到提取物,将提取物与步骤1的浆液、洋葱粉、蛋白粉混合,搅匀即可。

1.一种清热解毒的海藻米,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:粳米280-300、蚕豆100-120、绿豆70-80、鸭肉60-70、茼蒿30-40、丝瓜30-40、木瓜足量、荸荠淀粉60-70、香蕉粉60-70、海藻粉30-40、葛根6-8、连翘7-8、板蓝根7-8、石膏5-7、蒲公英5-7、苦芙苗4-5、漏芦根苗4-5、蠡实3-4、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:所述食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:洋葱粉30-40、蛋白粉10-15、三文鱼肉40-50、山楂果肉30-35、乳酸菌5-6、覆盆子叶6-8、芒果叶4-6、紫苏叶4-6、襄荷嫩芽3-4、水适量;
所述食品添加剂的制备方法:
