本发明公开了一种可以促进消化的营养米及其制备方法,是由粳米、皂角米、南瓜、铁棍山药、羊肚菌、黄秋葵、佛手柑、金桔、百香果、焦山楂、绞股蓝、茯苓、鸡内金等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:口感香甜、促进食欲,而且具有很高的保健价值,其中海藻粉可提高人体免疫力、抗癌、抗病毒的活性。本品具有开胃消食、活血化瘀、平喘化痰等功效,有益人体健康。

本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合米及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,公知的大米,均是将稻谷收割后,采用米机先将稻谷脱壳成糙米,再将糙米经米机加工成精米,由于精米外观光亮,手感好,口感也好,一直被人们所接受,但是其稻谷在由糙米被加工成精米时,米中绝大部分的营养价值均被机器加工时洗去了,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养价值的要求也越来越高。大米单一的口感及营养成分已不能满足所有人对主食的需求。市场上复合营养米的出现,因可以满足不同人群对于营养物质的需求而受到青睐。目前市场上的配合营养米品种主要包括:降血糖营养米、谷物配合营养米、荞麦配合营养米等等,均是利用现有的优势作物资源为原料,与大米进行复配,从而提供给米制品特殊的营养价值。本发明经过长期的实践调配,研究出美味、营养的复合米,以确保能够满足人们对于高营养方便米的需求,具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种可以促进消化的营养米及其制备方法,促进人体健康,满足人们对养生保健的追求,丰富人们的物质文化生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:可以促进消化的营养米由以下重量份的原料组成:粳米150-160、皂角米32-35、南瓜50-54、铁棍山药20-22、羊肚菌16-18、黄秋葵20-22、佛手柑18-20、金桔15-16、百香果20-22、焦山楂3-4、绞股蓝1-2、茯苓2-3、鸡内金1-2、保健营养添加剂4-5、水适量。其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:豌豆粉30-35、蜂王浆冻干粉8-10、灵芝粉4-5、雪樱子2-3、紫苏叶7-8、益智仁1-2、韭菜籽5-6、栀子2-3、沙棘6-8、柠檬草3-4、石榴皮5-6、米糠10-12、水适量。
本发明的可以促进消化的营养米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)南瓜、铁棍山药用清水洗净去皮,加6-10倍量水煮熟,冷凉后连同汤汁打磨成浆,得料a;
(2)粳米、皂角米洗净晾干,磨粉过60-80目筛,得料b;
(3)羊肚菌、黄秋葵洗净,佛手柑、金桔、百香果,加取果肉,加4-5倍量水打磨成浆,得料c;
(4)焦山楂、绞股蓝、茯苓、鸡内金加6-8倍量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣得到中药提取液;
(5)料a、料b、料c、中药提取液、保健添加剂及其他剩余成分倒入搅拌罐中充分搅拌均匀,加热糊化后送入制粒机中制粒,充分干燥后冷却,分袋包装。
另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将雪樱子、紫苏叶、益智仁、韭菜籽、栀子、沙棘、柠檬草、石榴皮、米糠加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

可以促进消化的营养米,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
粳米160、皂角米35、南瓜50、铁棍山药20、羊肚菌18、黄秋葵20、佛手柑18、金桔16、百香果20、焦山楂3、绞股蓝2、茯苓3、鸡内金1、保健营养添加剂5、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:豌豆粉32、蜂王浆冻干粉8、灵芝粉5、雪樱子3、紫苏叶8、益智仁1、韭菜籽6、栀子2、沙棘8、柠檬草3、石榴皮6、米糠12、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)南瓜、铁棍山药用清水洗净去皮,加10倍量水煮熟,冷凉后连同汤汁打磨成浆,得料a;
(2)粳米、皂角米洗净晾干,磨粉过80目筛,得料b;
(3)羊肚菌、黄秋葵洗净,佛手柑、金桔、百香果,加取果肉,加5倍量水打磨成浆,得料c;
(4)焦山楂、绞股蓝、茯苓、鸡内金加8倍量水煎煮1小时,滤去残渣得到中药提取液;

1.一种可以促进消化的营养米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:粳米150-160、皂角米32-35、南瓜50-54、铁棍山药20-22、羊肚菌16-18、黄秋葵20-22、佛手柑18-20、金桔15-16、百香果20-22、焦山楂3-4、绞股蓝1-2、茯苓2-3、鸡内金1-2、保健营养添加剂4-5、水适量;其中保健营养添加剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:豌豆粉30-35、蜂王浆冻干粉8-10、灵芝粉4-5、雪樱子2-3、紫苏叶7-8、益智仁1-2、韭菜籽5-6、栀子2-3、沙棘6-8、柠檬草3-4、石榴皮5-6、米糠10-12、水适量;制备方法为:将雪樱子、紫苏叶、益智仁、韭菜籽、栀子、沙棘、柠檬草、石榴皮、米糠加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
2.根据权利要求l所述的可以促进消化的营养米的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)南瓜、铁棍山药用清水洗净去皮,加6-10倍量水煮熟,冷凉后连同汤汁打磨成浆,得料a;
(2)粳米、皂角米洗净晾干,磨粉过60-80目筛,得料b;
(3)羊肚菌、黄秋葵洗净,佛手柑、金桔、百香果,加取果肉,加4-5倍量水打磨成浆,得料c;
(4)焦山楂、绞股蓝、茯苓、鸡内金加6-8倍量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣得到中药提取液;
(5)料a、料b、料c、中药提取液、保健添加剂及其他剩余成分倒入搅拌罐中充分搅拌均匀,加热糊化后送入制粒机中制粒,充分干燥后冷却,分袋包装。
