一种助消化的茶香米及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:大米550-600、黑芝麻20-22、茶叶25-30、豆豉8-9、西米10-12、豆浆40-45、葡萄干8-9、藕粉50-55、莲子10-14、橙汁8-9、海参4-5、白酒20-22、鸡内金3-4、金银花2-3、砂仁4-5、枳壳3-4、毛稔根1-2、黑血藤2-3、营养添加剂8-9。本发明在加工过程中添加了黑芝麻、豆浆等,使得本发明富含矿物质、维生素,同时,本发明经与茶叶混合烤制,茶香浓郁,风味独特,此外,本发明还添加了砂仁、枳壳等中药,可帮助人体消化,适合消化不良的人群食用。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种助消化的茶香米及其制备方法。
背景技术
大米是人们的主食之一,其含有蛋白质、脂肪、多种维生素及矿物质,可为人体补充能量。但目前市场上有关大米的产品品种口味少,且不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种助消化的茶香米及其制备方法,本发明具有口感好、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种助消化的茶香米,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
大米550-600、黑芝麻20-22、茶叶25-30、豆豉8-9、西米10-12、豆浆40-45、葡萄干8-9、藕粉50-55、莲子10-14、橙汁8-9、海参4-5、白酒20-22、鸡内金3-4、金银花2-3、砂仁4-5、枳壳3-4、毛稔根1-2、黑血藤2-3、营养添加剂8-9;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:香菇10-11、松仁7-8、椰子汁3-4、豆腐20-21;
制备方法为:(1)将豆腐碾碎,沥去水分,与椰子汁混合拌匀,隔水大火蒸10-15分钟后取出,烘干后进行超微粉碎;
(2)将香菇加4-5倍的水打浆,得浆液;将松仁入锅,小火炒香后倒入浆液,大火煮沸后过滤除渣,所得滤液经喷雾干燥制成粉末,然后与步骤(1)所得物料混合均匀,即得。
所述的助消化的茶香米的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将鸡内金、金银花、砂仁、枳壳、毛稔根、黑血藤加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得药液;
(2)将豆浆入锅,大火煮沸后倒入西米、葡萄干,改用小火,加热搅拌15-18分钟后出料,打浆;
(3)将海参加白酒泡制8-9小时,过滤除渣,得海参酒;将大米、黑芝麻、莲子、豆豉与海参酒混合入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥后出料,研成粉末;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得物料与藕粉混匀,加水搅拌至含水量达到30-32%,制成米粒状,气蒸2-3分钟后送入烘箱,待含水量降至14-16%时出料;
(5)将锡纸铺平,均匀铺上茶叶,然后倒入步骤(4)所得物料及剩余物料,包好,送入烤箱,在200-250℃下烤制10-15分钟,即得。
本发明中的毛稔根为野牡丹科植物毛稔的根,黑血藤为豆科植物长荚油麻藤的老茎。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明在加工过程中添加了黑芝麻、豆浆等,使得本发明富含矿物质、维生素,同时,本发明经与茶叶混合烤制,茶香浓郁,风味独特,此外,本发明还添加了砂仁、枳壳等中药,可帮助人体消化,适合消化不良的人群食用。
