一种玫瑰奶香小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦胚芽60-65、山楂7-8、枸杞子2-3、巴戟天1-1.2、栀子花0.9-1.4、葛根2-2.2、板蓝根2.2-2.5、芡实茎1.5-1.7、败火草1.8-2、核桃粉4-5、榛子仁10-12、豌豆18-20、糯米15-18、玫瑰花5-6、牛奶50-55、菱角粉4-5、牛骨粉2-3、胡萝卜30-33、营养添加剂3-4。本发明融入了玫瑰花的花香、牛奶的奶香,使得本发明风味独特,其中牛奶还可为人体补充钙质,同时,本发明在加工过程中添加了核桃、榛子等多种坚果,大大提升了本发明的营养价值,此外,本发明还具有补肝益肾、强壮筋骨、清热解毒的功效。

背景技术
小麦胚芽是小麦中营养价值最高的部分,含丰富的维他命E、B1及蛋白质。现在市场上销售的有关小麦胚芽的产品口味品种少,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种玫瑰奶香小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种玫瑰奶香小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
小麦胚芽60-65、山楂7-8、枸杞子2-3、巴戟天1-1.2、栀子花0.9-1.4、葛根2-2.2、板蓝根2.2-2.5、芡实茎1.5-1.7、败火草1.8-2、核桃粉4-5、榛子仁10-12、豌豆18-20、糯米15-18、玫瑰花5-6、牛奶50-55、菱角粉4-5、牛骨粉2-3、胡萝卜30-33、营养添加剂3-4;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:鸡内金1-1.3、昆布1.4-1.6、胡萝卜叶0.8-0.9、显子草1-1.1、豆腐乳5-6、火龙果25-30;
制备方法为:(1)将鸡内金、昆布、胡萝卜叶、显子草加5-6倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
(2)将豆腐乳加提取液打浆,小火加热,熬至粘稠,得调味汁;
(3)取火龙果肉,切块,加调味汁拌匀,送入烘箱烘至含水量降至7-8%时出料,进行粉碎,即得。
所述的玫瑰奶香小麦胚芽粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将枸杞子、巴戟天、栀子花、葛根、板蓝根、芡实茎、败火草加牛奶文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得保健奶;
(2)将玫瑰花加保健奶在60-65℃下焖制30-40分钟,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(3)将山楂去核,与小麦胚芽、榛子仁、豌豆、糯米混合入锅,小火炒香后加一倍的水研磨匀质,然后与步骤(2)所得物料混合拌匀,小火熬成糊状,再经冷冻干燥研成粉末;
(4)将胡萝卜切块,送入蒸锅大火蒸20-30分钟后取出,捣成泥,与剩余物料混合拌匀,送入锅中大火翻炒6-8分钟后起锅,冷冻干燥后研成粉末,所得粉末与步骤(3)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。

小麦胚芽60、山楂8、枸杞子3、巴戟天1.2、栀子花1.4、葛根2.2、板蓝根2.5、芡实茎1.7、败火草2、核桃粉5、榛子仁12、豌豆20、糯米18、玫瑰花5、牛奶55、菱角粉5、牛骨粉3、胡萝卜33、营养添加剂4;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:鸡内金1.3、昆布1.6、胡萝卜叶0.8、显子草1.1、豆腐乳6、火龙果30;
制备方法为:(1)将鸡内金、昆布、胡萝卜叶、显子草加5-6倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
(2)将豆腐乳加提取液打浆,小火加热,熬至粘稠,得调味汁;
(3)取火龙果肉,切块,加调味汁拌匀,送入烘箱烘至含水量降至7-8%时出料,进行粉碎,即得。

小麦胚芽60-65、山楂7-8、枸杞子2-3、巴戟天1-1.2、栀子花0.9-1.4、葛根2-2.2、板蓝根2.2-2.5、芡实茎1.5-1.7、败火草1.8-2、核桃粉4-5、榛子仁10-12、豌豆18-20、糯米15-18、玫瑰花5-6、牛奶50-55、菱角粉4-5、牛骨粉2-3、胡萝卜30-33、营养添加剂3-4;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:鸡内金1-1.3、昆布1.4-1.6、胡萝卜叶0.8-0.9、显子草1-1.1、豆腐乳5-6、火龙果25-30;
