一种高钙小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦胚芽60-65、人参花1-1.3、女贞子2-2.4、决明子1.4-1.7、黑皮根2-2.2、地黄叶1.2-1.4、马蹄叶3-3.3、芜菁花1.8-2、杏仁12-15、桃花粉1-2、菠菜汁1-2、黄瓜汁2-3、葡萄籽油2-3、矿泉水70-75、紫菜4-5、鱼骨18-20、米醋3-4、营养添加剂4-5。本发明的小麦胚芽口感细腻,营养丰富,其中添加的矿泉水富含矿物盐和微量元素等,丰富了本发明的营养,而添加的鱼骨含有丰富的钙质,可促进骨骼发育,此外,本发明还具有补益肝肾、清热明目、健脾益胃、增强人体免疫力的功效。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种小麦胚芽,尤其涉及一种高钙小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
小麦胚芽是小麦中营养价值最高的部分,含丰富的维他命E、B1及蛋白质。现在市场上销售的有关小麦胚芽的产品口味品种少,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高钙小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种高钙小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
小麦胚芽60-65、人参花1-1.3、女贞子2-2.4、决明子1.4-1.7、黑皮根2-2.2、地黄叶1.2-1.4、马蹄叶3-3.3、芜菁花1.8-2、杏仁12-15、桃花粉1-2、菠菜汁1-2、黄瓜汁2-3、葡萄籽油2-3、矿泉水70-75、紫菜4-5、鱼骨18-20、米醋3-4、营养添加剂4-5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:当归油0.1-0.2、千金花1-1.2、辣椒叶1.3-1.4、李树叶1.1-1.2、甜叶菊0.9-1、扇贝肉40-45、果酱7-8;
制备方法为:(1)将千金花、辣椒叶、李树叶、甜叶菊加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将扇贝肉与滤液混合入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥时加入剩余物料,在60-65℃下焖制30-40分钟后出锅,送入烘箱,烘干后粉碎,即得。
所述的高钙小麦胚芽粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将人参花、女贞子、决明子、黑皮根、地黄叶、马蹄叶、芜菁花装入纱布袋,与小麦胚芽混合入锅,加4-5倍的水文火煮30-40分钟,然后将小麦胚芽捞出沥干,加矿泉水研磨匀质,小火加热熬成糊状,得麦芽糊;
(2)将杏仁、菠菜汁、黄瓜汁混合入锅,小火炒香后出锅,加入葡萄籽油拌匀,烘干后研成粉末,得蔬菜杏仁粉;
(3)将紫菜加3-4倍的水大火煮沸,过滤除渣,得紫菜汤;将鱼骨送入开水锅中大火煮30-40分钟后捞出敲碎,然后加紫菜汤、米醋研磨匀质,得鱼骨泥;
(4)将步骤(1)、(3)所得物料混合拌匀,冷冻干燥后研成粉末,然后与步骤(2)所得物料及剩余物料混合均匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的小麦胚芽口感细腻,营养丰富,其中添加的矿泉水富含矿物盐和微量元素等,丰富了本发明的营养,而添加的鱼骨含有丰富的钙质,可促进骨骼发育,此外,本发明还具有补益肝肾、清热明目、健脾益胃、增强人体免疫力的功效。
具体实施方式
一种高钙小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
小麦胚芽65、人参花1.3、女贞子2.4、决明子1.7、黑皮根2.2、地黄叶1.4、马蹄叶3.3、芜菁花1.8、杏仁15、桃花粉2、菠菜汁1、黄瓜汁3、葡萄籽油2、矿泉水70、紫菜5、鱼骨20、米醋3、营养添加剂5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:当归油0.1、千金花1.2、辣椒叶1.4、李树叶1.2、甜叶菊1、扇贝肉45、果酱8;
制备方法为:(1)将千金花、辣椒叶、李树叶、甜叶菊加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将扇贝肉与滤液混合入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥时加入剩余物料,在60-65℃下焖制30-40分钟后出锅,送入烘箱,烘干后粉碎,即得。

小麦胚芽60-65、人参花1-1.3、女贞子2-2.4、决明子1.4-1.7、黑皮根2-2.2、地黄叶1.2-1.4、马蹄叶3-3.3、芜菁花1.8-2、杏仁12-15、桃花粉1-2、菠菜汁1-2、黄瓜汁2-3、葡萄籽油2-3、矿泉水70-75、紫菜4-5、鱼骨18-20、米醋3-4、营养添加剂4-5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:当归油0.1-0.2、千金花1-1.2、辣椒叶1.3-1.4、李树叶1.1-1.2、甜叶菊0.9-1、扇贝肉40-45、果酱7-8;
制备方法为:(1)将千金花、辣椒叶、李树叶、甜叶菊加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将扇贝肉与滤液混合入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥时加入剩余物料,在60-65℃下焖制30-40分钟后出锅,送入烘箱,烘干后粉碎,即得。
