一种猪肝糯米小麦胚芽饼及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦胚芽180-200、淫羊藿根1-1.3、冬瓜叶0.8-1、荔枝核1.2-1.4、龙眼壳1.5-1.7、车前草2-2.3、棕榈叶1.4-1.6、紫竹根0.8-0.9、燕麦10-11、红枣4-5、竹盐2-3、香菜5-7、猪肝14-16、糯米饭130-150、盐汽水7-8、苹果汁25-30、红薯淀粉50-55、营养添加剂4-5。本发明外酥里嫩,色泽美观,且其中添加的猪肝、竹盐富含维生素A和微量元素,可显著提升本发明的营养价值,而苹果汁则使本发明具有水果的清香,此外,本发明还具有清热解毒、行气散结、补肾明目的功效,适于各类人群食用,具有推广应用价值。

背景技术
小麦胚芽是是小麦中营养价值最高的部分,含丰富的维他命E、B1及蛋白质。现在市场上销售的有关小麦胚芽的产品口味品种少,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种猪肝糯米小麦胚芽饼及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种猪肝糯米小麦胚芽饼,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
小麦胚芽180-200、淫羊藿根1-1.3、冬瓜叶0.8-1、荔枝核1.2-1.4、龙眼壳1.5-1.7、车前草2-2.3、棕榈叶1.4-1.6、紫竹根0.8-0.9、燕麦10-11、红枣4-5、竹盐2-3、香菜5-7、猪肝14-16、糯米饭130-150、盐汽水7-8、苹果汁25-30、红薯淀粉50-55、营养添加剂4-5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:当归油0.1-0.2、千金花1-1.2、辣椒叶1.3-1.4、李树叶1.1-1.2、甜叶菊0.9-1、扇贝肉40-45、果酱7-8;
制备方法为:(1)将千金花、辣椒叶、李树叶、甜叶菊加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将扇贝肉与滤液混合入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥时加入剩余物料,在60-65℃下焖制30-40分钟后出锅,送入烘箱,烘干后粉碎,即得。
所述的猪肝糯米小麦胚芽饼的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将淫羊藿根、冬瓜叶、荔枝核、龙眼壳、车前草、棕榈叶、紫竹根加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,在所得提取液中加入竹盐,搅拌至完全溶解;
(2)将香菜加一倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,得香菜汁;红枣去核,与燕麦、香菜汁混合拌匀,送入蒸锅,大火蒸20-30分钟后加一倍的水研磨匀质;
(3)将猪肝加步骤(1)所得物料打浆,然后与步骤(2)所得物料混合拌匀,小火熬至粘稠,得猪肝酱;
(4)将糯米饭加盐汽水打成泥,得糯米泥;将小麦胚芽与猪肝酱混合送入锅中,小火炒香后出锅,与糯米泥、剩余物料混合揉匀、制坯,送入烤箱烤制7-8分钟,即得。

一种猪肝糯米小麦胚芽饼,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
小麦胚芽180、淫羊藿根1.3、冬瓜叶0.8、荔枝核1.4、龙眼壳1.7、车前草2.3、棕榈叶1.4、紫竹根0.9、燕麦11、红枣5、竹盐3、香菜5、猪肝16、糯米饭130、盐汽水8、苹果汁30、红薯淀粉55、营养添加剂4;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:当归油0.1、千金花1.2、辣椒叶1.4、李树叶1.2、甜叶菊1、扇贝肉45、果酱8;
制备方法为:(1)将千金花、辣椒叶、李树叶、甜叶菊加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将扇贝肉与滤液混合入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥时加入剩余物料,在60-65℃下焖制30-40分钟后出锅,送入烘箱,烘干后粉碎,即得。

小麦胚芽180-200、淫羊藿根1-1.3、冬瓜叶0.8-1、荔枝核1.2-1.4、龙眼壳1.5-1.7、车前草2-2.3、棕榈叶1.4-1.6、紫竹根0.8-0.9、燕麦10-11、红枣4-5、竹盐2-3、香菜5-7、猪肝14-16、糯米饭130-150、盐汽水7-8、苹果汁25-30、红薯淀粉50-55、营养添加剂4-5;
