    人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。

本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种土茯苓乌龟祛痘猪蹄糕及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种土茯苓乌龟祛痘猪蹄糕,由以下重量份原料制成:玉米粉395-405、燕麦粉105-110、抹茶粉15-20、猪蹄100-110、乌龟肉20-30、木耳20-25、山药30-40、土茯苓5-7、厚朴花6-7、金银花5-6、大蓟4-5、桔梗5-6、白微4-5、芙蓉花2-3、椰子适量、调味料适量、营养添加剂13-14、水适量:
营养添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:鸡蛋清50-60、香蕉汁40-50、奶油10-15、冻干树莓粉15-20、鱼胶粉10-13、醋栗5-7、玫瑰草6-7、百里香4-5、茶花花粉4-5、木瓜适量、水适量;
营养添加剂的制备方法:(1)将醋栗、玫瑰草、百里香、茶花花粉用5-10倍量的水提取,将所得提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉备用;
(2)将鸡蛋清放入容器中,倒入香蕉汁、奶油,不断搅拌,充分交融后放入去籽木瓜中,蒸30-40分钟,取出木瓜中所有物料备用;
(3)将中药粉、步骤2中所有物料与冻干树莓粉、鱼胶粉合并,充分搅拌,混匀即得营养添加剂;
调味料,由以下重量份原料制成:食盐300-320、绿茶粉8-10、花椒15-20、洋葱60-70、玫瑰汁20-30、孜然粉25-30、黑糖汁45-55、羊奶粉20-30、当归油0.02-0.03、辣椒油10-15;
调味料的制备方法:(1)将食盐、绿茶粉、花椒倒入锅中,加入当归油、辣椒油,加热翻炒30-35分钟,取锅中所有物料备用;
(2)将洋葱洗净,切碎后与玫瑰汁一起放入榨汁机中榨汁,得到洋葱玫瑰汁与步骤1中所有物料、孜然粉、黑糖汁、羊奶粉合并,搅拌均匀即得调味料。

一种土茯苓乌龟祛痘猪蹄糕,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:玉米粉395、燕麦粉105、抹茶粉15、猪蹄100、乌龟肉20、木耳20、山药30、土茯苓5、厚朴花6、金银花5、大蓟4、桔梗5、白微4、芙蓉花2、椰子适量、调味料适量、营养添加剂13、水适量:

所述营养添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:鸡蛋清50-60、香蕉汁40-50、奶油10-15、冻干树莓粉15-20、鱼胶粉10-13、醋栗5-7、玫瑰草6-7、百里香4-5、茶花花粉4-5、木瓜适量、水适量;
