一种鱼香米粥及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:大米100-110、枳实2-3、小蓟3-4.5、大青叶4-5、覆盆子2-3、沙棘2.5-3.5、和合草1-2、肉穗草1.5-2、南瓜10-12、柿子8-9、山楂8.5-9.5、菠菜10-11、鱼肉90-95、米酒20-22、蜂蜜4-5、菜籽油4-6、千张10-12、马蹄粉7-8、肉松8-9、营养添加剂6-7。本发明添加了山楂、柿子等,其配比科学,使得本发明酸甜适中,且可促进食欲,同时本发明还添加了鱼肉,丰富了本发明的营养,此外,本发明还含有多种中草药成分,具有清热解毒、补肝益肾、健胃的功效,是一种绿色保健食品。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种鱼香米粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
粥是我国的传统食品,多采用稻米、小米或玉米等粮食煮制而成。目前,市场上销售的粥的种类繁多,但大多不具有保健功效,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种鱼香米粥及其制备方法,本发明具有香郁可口,营养健康的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种鱼香米粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
大米100-110、枳实2-3、小蓟3-4.5、大青叶4-5、覆盆子2-3、沙棘2.5-3.5、和合草1-2、肉穗草1.5-2、南瓜10-12、柿子8-9、山楂8.5-9.5、菠菜10-11、鱼肉90-95、米酒20-22、蜂蜜4-5、菜籽油4-6、千张10-12、马蹄粉7-8、肉松8-9、营养添加剂6-7;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:木瓜籽3-4、决明子2-3、麦冬4-5、女贞子1-2、鸡肉14-16、奶油4-5、青梅7-8、红豆沙20-25;
制备方法为:(1)将木瓜籽、决明子、麦冬、女贞子、鸡肉混合入锅,加4-5倍的水小火熬煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,得保健鸡汤;
(2)取青梅果肉,加一倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,所得滤液与保健鸡汤、剩余物料混合,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末。
所述的鱼香米粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将枳实、小蓟 、大青叶、覆盆子、沙棘、和合草、肉穗草加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤分离,得药渣和药液;
(2)将药渣烘干后进行超微粉碎,所得药渣粉与大米混合送入炒锅,小火炒制20-25分钟后将所得物料倒入筛子,将药渣粉筛除,得保健米;
(3)将药液加蜂蜜小火加热,熬成膏状,得中药膏;将鱼肉切片,加米酒腌渍30-40分钟,然后与中药膏、菜籽油混合拌匀,送入蒸锅,大火蒸15-20分钟后出料;
(4)取南瓜、柿子、山楂果肉,与菠菜混合,加一倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(5)将千张切成丝,与保健米混合入锅,加入4-5倍的水、滤液,大火加热,煮沸后加入步骤(3)所得物料及剩余物料,继续用小火加热8-10分钟,即得。
本发明中的和合草为远志科植物排钱金不换的全草,肉穗草为野牡丹科植物肉穗草的全草。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明添加了山楂、柿子等,其配比科学,使得本发明酸甜适中,且可促进食欲,同时本发明还添加了鱼肉,丰富了本发明的营养,此外,本发明还含有多种中草药成分,具有清热解毒、补肝益肾、健胃的功效,是一种绿色保健食品。
具体实施方式
一种鱼香米粥,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
大米100、枳实2、小蓟4.5、大青叶5、覆盆子3、沙棘3.5、和合草1、肉穗草1.5、南瓜12、柿子9、山楂8.5、菠菜11、鱼肉95、米酒22、蜂蜜5、菜籽油6、千张12、马蹄粉8、肉松8、营养添加剂6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:木瓜籽3、决明子3、麦冬5、女贞子1、鸡肉16、奶油5、青梅7、红豆沙25;
制备方法为:(1)将木瓜籽、决明子、麦冬、女贞子、鸡肉混合入锅,加4-5倍的水小火熬煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,得保健鸡汤;
(2)取青梅果肉,加一倍的水打浆,过滤除渣,所得滤液与保健鸡汤、剩余物料混合,小火加热搅拌,熬成膏状,烘干后研成粉末。

1.一种鱼香米粥,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
大米100-110、枳实2-3、小蓟3-4.5、大青叶4-5、覆盆子2-3、沙棘2.5-3.5、和合草1-2、肉穗草1.5-2、南瓜10-12、柿子8-9、山楂8.5-9.5、菠菜10-11、鱼肉90-95、米酒20-22、蜂蜜4-5、菜籽油4-6、千张10-12、马蹄粉7-8、肉松8-9、营养添加剂6-7;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:木瓜籽3-4、决明子2-3、麦冬4-5、女贞子1-2、鸡肉14-16、奶油4-5、青梅7-8、红豆沙20-25;
